get your B P checked. xray of cervical spine. back with report. do some exrcise of neck muscles. use hot water towel on neck and shoulder . apply volini cream over neck, shoulders. take tab mobizox 1tab od 2-3 day. it will help you. welcome for further help.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. I am 24 years old and I am suffering from low bone density and heavy weight. Can you please give suggestion.
First of all you need to work on losing weight. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Exercise as per what is advised for your condition. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss. Include, apart from supplements, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet.

Curl your toes. Stiffness me cause so. Also, be careful with your footwear. You can also curl your toes in lukewarm water every morning.

Apply hot fomentation Take care of your posture Avoid slouched posture While sitting your back should be well supported Use foot rest while sitting Avoid bending forward Avoid long standing Do back isometrics- lie down & keep a towel roll under your lower back; press it downwards, hold for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily Do bridging- lie down, fold your knees, lift your back upwards, hold for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily

I advice you to stop shoulder exercises like weight lifting etc for some days. If you want to remain active, go for walk. No use of Overloading shoulder if you feel pain. Let your body heal by its own. Or if pain is unbearable or obstructing your daily activities better you go to physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctors for further investigation and treatment. Regards.

It must be some muscle pull, because infective lesions are generally sore irrespective of movement, whereas inflammatory muscle pull generally sore when stretched. you must be having some form of tendinitis. give urgent attention because lesions around shoulder generally leads to adhesive capsulitis if not mobilized regularly.

Hello, please go for a mri, it seems that you have injured some prestigious soft tissue of your knee joint that could be ligaments or meniscus. And if you keep ignoring them, it could result in to osteoarthritis regards.

I have pain in my feet from toe to heel. All the bones in feen pain. I got my vitamin d examined and fount to be in order. Please suggest some remedy.

Flat foot at times causes pain. But we must rule out other causes as well rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Post injury knee pain is mostly because of meniscus tear or ligament injury. Get MRI of knee at best centre with 3 tesla machine. That will be helpful to have diagnosis Then treatment can be advised

Back pain. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

These are signs of nerve impingement somewhere along the course, could be entrapment neuropathy of median nerve due to which your thumb opposition has become weak. Please get a nerve conduction study done for involved limb and send the reports to me. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

plz awareness of back posture is very vital. if u have sitting job, keep changing your position i.e sitting to standing. involve some physical activity in your daily schedule. Do some back exercises. Before doing back exercises take hot fermentation for 5 to 10 mins. If it is sever plz see some near by physiotherapist. Thank you.
