Me and my gf had unprotected sex but I didn't cum inside vagina and I gave Her ipill within 6 hours . Than later we again had unprotected sex that time also I didn't cum inside her vagina after 10 days and again I gave her ipill . I.e. I gave her ipill 2 times in 10 days . Hello, these are progesterone side effects and she is likely to experience her withdrawal bleeding in next few days which generally occur in next 5-7 days post taking the ipill. As she has taken the second pill before waiting for the withdrawal bleed, hence the effects are more. She should just increase her water intake to dilute the effect of progesterone and use hot fomentation for sore breasts. Once the bleed arises, the symptoms shall subside and pregnancy shall be ruled out was well. If no menses in next few days then get a serum beta hcg test done to rule out pregnancy, possibly due to ecp failure.

yes it affect in pregnancy...pl. do all tests for pre-pregnancy. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. For successful ivf treatment, take the medicines properly as advised by doctor. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength.

Sir, I got twin babies premature. I am unable to feed both due to low milk production. Is there any way to increase her milk production. Doctor asked to feed babies with formula feed (nestle pre nan). But due to family problem I am unable to purchase formula feed. Can you please suggest me whether goat's milk can be given to babies instead of formula feed. Or there is any other substitute for formula feed. I will be obliged.

Goat milk is not the substitute. If mother take meal 5-6 times including milk porridge fruits dry fruits and lot of protein in diet. It will be helpfull. Raw alsi 2-3 times a day may be helpfull.

I-pill is an emergency contraceptive and it can not be used as a regualar contraceptive. It will work with the same efficacy if taken second time. Only problem is thet menses can become little irregular or even postponed because of two doses of the pill. Efficacy of the i-pill is 95% that means 5% failure rate which gets double in your case. Still she is protected by 90%.

Core stability and its importance.
Are you in your 30s or 40s and frequently experience frequent neck, back or shoulder pain? do you feel tired easily or feel weak inspite of a regular routine of jogging? may your core is to blame for that.

Today is 8th april and you ovulated on 3rd april, it is too early tp predict scientifically by any test. Vague symptoms need observation, get tested for urine strip test around 17 march + 22 days = after 13th april.(9th april will be period date, 4-5 days later or may be later than 13th.) have patience for test to become positive. Remember negative test can be despite pregnancy but a positive test is positive for sure.

I am a 29 year old woman who has been diagnosed with solitary rectal ulcer syndrome after undergoing colonoscopy which was previously diagnosed as piles. I have been suffering from bleeding rectum for the past 9 years. I have constipation and have to use my finger to remove my faces from the rectum. I take dulcoflex regularly but that doesnt help much. In course of the diagnosis I was also diagnosed with gall stone which I got removed through lap choly 15 days back. I have been suffering from bulimia for the past 11 years and have the habit of vomiting whatever I eat by drinking a lot of water. It is a habit now and I can't get over it. Due to bulimia my menses have stopped. But my prime concern at the moment is my bleeding rectum I want a permanent treatment for it as it is hampering my work and I feel very weak due to regular bleeding and I can't concentrate on my work as I am in a calling profile its quite hectic and I find it difficult to manage my work with this problem. One more thing to add is I get my feet and face swollen due to protein leakage from my urine. I have to take drips of albumin every year. Please help me.

Hi lybrate user, if you have burning sensation at genitalia please get screening for infection once again as it was done 3month back. Also rule out urine infection and constipation.

I am 53 yrs old. My periods have not yet stopped. I have been facing a lot of problems for the past 11/2 years. I went for a complete check up and there has not been any problems. The doctor advised me to wait for about six months. Is it okay or should I have to do something else. Please advise.

If you have done an endometrial biopsy and it's normal, then you need not worry. Also, you need to have a colposcopic examination.
