Mansi is a founder of Soulful, a journey within for beautiful life ahead. She is a Clinical Psychologist, Mind Therapist, Trainer & Self Help Facilitator. She works with a personal mission of facilitating transformation of an individuals and organizations, beginning from the self. Mansi believes in a simple philosophy of Bhagwad Geeta which says “to have fulfilled land happy life it is important to come out of your personal issues and to understand yourself better”
Mansi worked with the corporates for five years after completing her M.B.A. Thereafter she decided to pursue her passion and trained herself in “Clinical Psychology’ and “Clinical Hypnotherapy”. She is also trained in “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”, “Mindfulness”, “Past Life Regression” from California Institute of Hypnosis, USA.  Mansi is an international teacher in Yoga and Meditation from Shivananda Yoga .

Mansi regularly speaks at conferences and seminars and was recently one of the panelists who gave her views on “Helping patients deal with stress- multidisciplinary approach” at PCOS Conference, New Delhi 2018.

In the last 9 years of her professional career, she has
-	 Counseled individuals and couples, helping them overcome their problems and limitations through mind therapy. She was the highest rated counselor in Gurgaon on Urban Clap with rating of 4.9/5. 
-	Corporate workshops with X L Caltin, Xerox India,AECOM, Airtel, AT Kearney , Orange Business Services and host of other companies
-	Courses at various management institutes like MDI, Asia Pacific and BIMTECH etc as full time as well as visiting faculty for their Post Graduate and Management Development Programs.
