Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.

My girlfriend got her periods last month after having a foreplay in which I fingered her two months back. I am doubted that precum has attached to my fingers. But I have touched only her upper parts not much deep. And even holder of my bedsheets and her dress after touching precum. Hello, precum can't make a woman pregnant. There, might be stress or anxiety of her to obstruct period-flow. She should tk, plenty of water to hydrate herself to establish flow. I can feel cracking sound from my knees once I bend my knees between 135- 90 degrees The doctor has diagnosed osteoarthritis and advised not to climb stairs. I do not have constant pain, but If I walk 2-3 km, I feel pain on my back/pelvis. My mother has acute OA and she find it difficult to move and cannot travel more than 5-10 meters that to with support. What exercise do you suggest to delay any surgery or knee transplant op in future ?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi. As your are having pain, so it's always advisable not to do any exercise rather give your shoulder rest and once the pain has gone, then only you can perform exercises! Meantime to relieve the pain take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

I am around 40 year old and have a spine bend which is affecting my lower body and the back. This first occurred 6 months ago and since then I have visited several doctors. But all of them including spine specialist have recommended for operation. Though my medicines are regular the situation is not improving and I am having trouble to walk properly and work. Also, find attached the prescription of few doctors and the x-ray report. Request you to kindly go through them for better understanding. Please suggest some remedy for it. Is operation the only way out for it knowing that they are risky for spine. What should I do?

Kindly show me a photograph & x-rays of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot.

Never tense for knee joint pain take 2 gm turmeric powder with hot milk 200ml and 1/4 tsf deshi ghee mix all these drink at bedtime. Find better result in pain and stiffness, do mild excercise and walking apply any oil over the joints.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
