It has many reasons few are in balanced diet and hyderation lack of warm up and stretching exercises or physical activity pathological reasons injury or trauma etc do take balanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do regular physical activity and breathing exercises and strengthening and stretching exercises from neuro physiotherapist for about 15 minutes duration each time regularly best wishes.

Pain in the heel not only restricts movement, but the general discomfort on walking or standing also disturbs the whole persona of a person. The pain can be attributed to a medical condition known as Calcaneal Spur. It refers to a sharp, pointed, horny outgrowth on the calcaneal bone present in the heel. The outgrowth is the build-up of calcium deposit on the heel bone. The reason behind Calcaneal Spur formation is repeated stress on the heels. When the heels are exposed to repeated stress, it leads to damage of muscle, ligaments and fascia that cover the heel bone. As a result, the heels are exposed and become prone to trauma and formation of Calcaneal Spur. People who are obese and athletes are prone to develop Calcaneal Spurs. Wearing of high heels and ill-fitting shoes also spurs the formation of calcium deposits on the heel bone. The main symptom of Calcaneal Spur is pain in heel around the spur. The pain gets worse when a person steps on ground after a period of inactivity especially in morning following a long rest. The pain increases while walking, running and standing. It may be because of meniscus tear. Get mri of knee at best centre with 3 tesla machine. That will be helpful to have diagnosis.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Hello. Drink at least 200ml of water after every hours and do stretching exercises for legs. Stretching: Sit with your knee straight and try to touch your toe with both hands. You will feel stretch pain in your leg. Do this for at least 3 times a day.

as per my experience there is no relation between back pain and height stop, otherwise exercise very important to prevent back pain.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. Surya namaskar is also best asan in back pain. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly . *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

You need to take high protein diet. If possible start morning walk. And avoid smoking and alcohol. Take dhatu paushtik churna 2 spoonful twice a days with a glass of milk.

Goodevening I read your question. What would help you is to wear a knee cap. Start walking with your heel first. At home do a few exercises such as ankle toe movements. Pressing the knee down and the heel down a a towel in the lying down posuiton. You could have more of protein food and that will also bulid up your stamina.

Hello lybrate user, unless your condition is not associated with a proceeding trauma or you suffer from some arthritis this symptom is inconsequential and don't worry about the sound of snapping. For weak legs try practicing running every morning and do some weight training at the gym. God bless you.
