Hi, I am sahil 23 year old male. I have back lower back pain from more than 3 years. Kindly guide me what to do for it?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I am 38th years old. I can't fully bent my fingers. I feel pain every joint of my fingers & wrist also. I can't bent my wrist. I can't catch anything tightly. In morning I feel stiffness in my fingers. I feel pain on my left knee. I feel pain in my feet also. I can't open cap of a bottle if tight. I feel pain on my Palm also. My ASO level is high. If your body is not routinely used to do hard work, and if you do it once in a while, it will cause you pain. You should exercise regularly and increase you muscle strength gradually to be able to do that hard work. If possible avoid such work and if you have pain right now, do take pain killers for it.

I am 22year old male. I am having backbone problem, it always pain when I woke up in the morning, sometime even I can't stand properly and after sometime I gets to normal, please tell me what to do.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

I am 75 years of age, and suffering from knee pain since last 3 years, I took lot of medicines ayurvedic and alopathic, but could not get relief. Please advice what should I do?

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn knee exercises 3. Wear knee cap 4. Don't sit on floor 5. Do hot fermentation twice a day 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping 7. Wear sports shoes 8. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum. Also take Glucosamine supplement for one month.

I have been fracture my collarbone before two month. I have wear figure of 8 bandage about 45 days Can I get strong collarbone before fracture.

You can regain your previous strength post collarbone fracture but you need to start physiotherapy as soon as the orthopedic allows. You will probably need good mobilization and strength training.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Pl consult for further guidance after 5 days.

Cervical radiclulopathy left arm in little and ring finger congenital fusion of c3-c4 vertebra and mild disc bulge c5-c6. Doctors on paper wrote c7-T1 nerve compression. Any suggestions I taking physio and medicines. Am really depressed of this pain and numbness in finger.

No need to worry at all. First educate yourself about this illness. For congenital fusion there will be no problem now. For nerve compression I will advice you for postural guidance and change in living style. Go for physiotherapy . it can be cured completely by Physio and occupational therapy treatment. Use medicine as prescribed by physician as it also have a good role.
