It's a combination of medicines deposited over your inflamed nerve. Usually works long if it's a chemical irritation of your nerve, in case it's a mechanical compression then a nerve block injection alone by itself doesn't work long time.

As per your wt, you r prone to get jt pains very early. Evn now for your pain, the same thing is effecting u, I feel. If its very severe or progressing fast, then you need to see any near by physician. Otherwise, try to take bryonia 200 & rt 200 potency pills in homeo stores. Take thrice one after another for few days n let me know the progress. Each doae means 6-8 pills. Which r just chewable. No need of taking water.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems (including pain in knees & feet) which are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Exercises: Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Stop running or engaging in any other activity that works your leg muscles for at least one week. This gives your muscles time to heal. Soak your sore muscles in very warm water in the bath or a hot tub to ease your pain and reduce inflammation. Alternating hot and cold baths works especially well for some people. Rub the affected muscles using moderate pressure to improve blood flow to the area Stretch after your walks and periodically throughout the recovery period. Stretching helps prevent inflammation and stiffness and can improve your mobility while your legs recover.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I have been working as a software engineer for the last three years and thus have a continuous sitting job. As a result of which I have developed severe lower back and neck pain, the pain is also accompanied by numbness in both the hands. Since the last two years I have been moving to and fro with doctors each having his different theory. Vitamin D deficiency, nerve compression, chronic fatigue syndrome are the different reasons which doctors have suggested. I have been taking Vitamin D supplements, medicines to heal nerve pain and doing meditation sincerely for the last two years but nothing has helped. Please advise some solution. I am 25 years old and feel pitiful of myself because of these issues.

Ok symptoms are like cs according your age it may be deficiency of bit d and calcium levels but your job is long sitting its also a cause so defined it tk a x-ray of cervical. Avoid long sitting and toward bending of spine. At time tk physiotherapy treatment for relief and reduce numbness this is due to overstrain of muscle tk muscle relaxant medicine firstly do that it will help you.

Hi I am Amit, 29 working in IT company in Bangalore, I am suffering from back pain and neck pain for quite a long time around 2 years when it started, have seen few doctors and done MRI as well (which was fine), it looked like posture issue and weakening of neck muscles. They advised few exercise which I did and got lil relieved but it was never 100%. From now past 2 days I have too much of pain (never before) and pain spreads in my shoulder and head. Its difficult time for me. Can someone suggest what sud I do. Cannot concentrate in work, moving head is a big problem.

Hi lybrate-user, Usually in this age back pain appears due to weakness of par-spinal (back) muscles. Of course, the solution is to strengthen the concerned muscles, but it should be without exertion. Weakness of the muscle will lead to spasm and pressure to the tissues involved which may develop further tissue damages. Wrong posture is the major cause for continuous injury. Take steps to correct it. Dehydration will cause muscle spasm- so drink 2.5 litres liquid daily. Cold exposure to be avoided to protect muscle tone. Constipation and distended abdomen will give extra pressure to back muscles. Vitamine D 3 helps in absorption of calcium to strengthen bones and other tissues. Sun light is source of Vit. D. Further Ayurvedic treatments are available for support. Navarakizhi, Pizhichil and Vasthy may be suggested accordingl for a long term solution. Exercises for back muscles may be practiced with consultation with physio or Ayurveda doctor. Resting position: on a plain firm and flat surface, preferred on a wooden surface. EXERCISES: 1) Lift the leg without folding knee- 5 each alternatively 2) Fold the knee towards chest alternatively 5 each 3) On the shoulder position, fold the knee towards chest 5 each one after the other leg on both sides. 4) On the stomach position, lift opposite limbs together, alternatively 5 each.
