After 3 caesarean if one gets pregnancy then fourth caesar which is more risky with increasing number. Best is to be happy with 3 children and go for permanent family planning procedure of wife or husband.

I had unprotected sex on november 21st 2015. Which was the 5th day of my period. I had taken I pill on 22nd november within 18 hrs after the incident. There was no direct ejaculation inside my vagina. But he had rubbed his penis on my back butt region. And I had not totally taken out my jeans. It was there. But the ejaculation was there outside the butt region. Touching my skin. And he had pulled my jeans a little down from back. As a result there was ejaculation there. Soon I got it washed with warm water instead of wiping it out with a cloth. My previous periods before november 17th 2015. Were in october 19th 2015. In september 23rd 2015. And in august 28th 2015. The november 21st episode was the first and last incident of any sexual act. After taking the I pill. On 22nd november. I had no symptoms of side effects initially but later after 6 days i. E on november 27 th & 28th november I had bleeding for 2 days. Slightly low than my regular periods. And slight abdomen pain. N. Dizziness. Was there. On december 20th 2015. I got my normal period for 4 days. And again on january 19th 2016. I got my periods for 4 days. But in these both periods there were slight brownish blood in the beginning. And then the normal flow was there. In the meanwhile I had taken 8 hpt test using preganews kit. All with morning samples. And all came negative. The test were taken on 21.27. 30.33. 42.63. 91 days from the unprotected incident. And I had also taken 2 beta hcg blood test. The first one was taken 42 days from the unprotected sex incident and the second one was taken 63 days from the incident. Both of which had result < 1 mIU /ml. I had also taken a pelvic sonography on 73 days from the unprotected incident. And it came as uterus is anteverted. Empty. Measures 8.9cm*4.7cm*3.7cm. I also did not have any pregnancy symptoms such as nausea. Vomiting. Etc. The problem is this month ie february 17th 2016 I got my period but only for 1 day. And then on 18th. Nothing. And on 19th. Two spots of blood. And I could feel the blood near the vagina but its not coming. Also I feel my stomach is slightly bigger. And also my breast colour has changed a little. It looks slightly darker in colour. please help me. Just tell me that am I pregnant or. Pregnancy is not there. And it is because of the I pill. please help me with your advise. As I need it badly. This worry is constantly killing me day by day. please help me. N also let me know what should I do now?

Bored With Regular Humdrums? 7 Tips to Help You Spice up Your Sex Life

Bored With Regular Humdrums? 7 Tips to Help You Spice up Your Sex Life

Indulging in the regular intercourse routine starts getting monotonous and might take a toll on your love life in a big way. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to add spice to your regular diet, it is also important to spice up your sex life by adding more variation.

Here are seven ways in which you can work up the spice levels in your sex life:

  1. Indulge in foreplay: Foreplay is like warming up before the real run. Adding more variations of foreplay to your sex routine will help spice it up. You could opt for oral sex and more fingering and caressing before the actual intercourse which will help in heightening your orgasm as well.
  2. Diverse sex positions: Instead of sticking to the same old missionary position, try and spice up your sex life by trying out more positions like doggie, 69,G-whiz etc. Exploring new positions add variation to your sex life and help in arousing the different stimulation points in your body for maximum pleasure.
  3. Don’t restrict yourself to the bed: Go beyond the bed and explore newer areas to have sex in such as the kitchen slab or in the shower. This change in location will add more thrill to your sex life.
  4. Talk dirty: Moan and talk dirty to your partner occasionally during sex. This will arouse them as well as you and make things more exciting. You could also address your partner as master/sir/mistress/ma’am during sex for an exciting role-play.
  5. Incorporate food into your sex routine: You could smear chocolate sauce or whipped cream all over your partner’s body and lick it off. This will add a fresh element to your foreplay. Also, invest in aphrodisiac foods such as chocolate, strawberries and bananas during sex.
  6. Feel sexy: You can only appear to be sexy when you feel sexy and confident internally. Pamper yourself with sexy lingerie and aromatherapy oils which will make you feel like a sex Goddess instantaneously.
  7. Invest in sex toys: With a huge range of sex toys available in the market, it would only make sense to invest in them in order to spice up your sex life. You could go for vibrators and penis rings for starters and if you and your partner are the experimental kind, the sky is your limit.

If you wish to discuss about any specific sexual problem, you can consult a specilized sexologist and ask a free question.

Sir, I got married three years before. We are doing sex with condom protection. When I insert my penis inside vagina, she does not feel anything like that she is complaining. Without condom how we can do sex to give pleasure?

First of all please understand safe unsafe period. First day of mentrual cycle is called day 1st. From ist day to 7 th day safe for intercourse. 8th day to 20 th day is unsafe. And 21 st day start of mc is again safe. So during safe period you can do intercourse without condom. During unsafe period use condom. Now I think you will enjoy more during sex.

General Physician, Chandigarh
She can go in for an abortion if she wants to for that she should consult a gynaecologist and get it done properly rather than trying with medication etc.

5 Health Benefits Of Strawberries

M.Sc. in Dietetics and Food Service Management , Post Graduate Diploma In Computer Application, P.G.Diploma in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics , B.Sc.Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics

5 Health Benefits Of Strawberries

1. They are an excellent source of folate. Strawberries are an amazing source of folate (the folic acid found in food). Inadequate amounts of folate in the aging population can contribute to atherosclerosis, vascular disease and even a decline in cognitive function. Medications used for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis can actually deplete folic acid in the body, so stock up on strawberries to replenish!

2. They could reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Strawberries are being studied for their unique ability to suppress the inflammatory responses of the body and reduce our risk of hypertension by lowering ldl cholesterol. A 2013 study published in circulation found women who ate three or more servings of strawberries and blueberries in a week reduced their risk of heart attack by 32 percent.

3. There's more than enough vitamin c. Strawberries contain more than 100 percent of our daily recommended intake of vitamin c in just one cup. Recent studies show that when vitamin c is consumed during times of stress, it actually has the ability to decrease our blood pressure to a normal level, preventing the development of hypertension especially in kids.

4. They are a great source of fibre. Strawberries are high in fibre, which is important for moving food through your digestive system and helping bowel movements. This can help improve digestion, especially for those with constipation or irregular stools.

5. They are high in antioxidants. Strawberries contain anthocyanin, which is a powerful antioxidant that protects us from the damaging effects of our environment, especially the sun. The antioxidant power of the anthocyanins found in strawberries lasts up to 24 hours after consumption; this makes them a great defence against free radical damage.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and lost all my symptoms. I'm worried about missed miscarriage. I already had one 5 years back. So I'm so worried. There is no scan till two weeks so please advice me.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Kolkata
There is no need to relate the health of the pregnancy to severity of your symptoms on a day to day basis. These are subjective phenomena which differ from person to person and from one pregnancy to the next. The only worrisome problems in your case would be lower abdominal pain or bleeding or brownish vaginal discharge. In absence of these, you may wait for 2 weeks whilst taking prescribed medication.

Your developing baby is protected by the amniotic fluid in your uterus, as well as the strong muscles of the uterus itself. Sexual activity won't affect your baby. So it is completely safe to sex during pregnancy.

. Breastfeeding, suppresses menstruation at least for a while. For some mothers, there may be an absence of menstruation for weeks, months, and even years while still breastfeeding. Some mothers will even need to completely wean before they see their first period. Others, once their babies begin taking supplemental foods or sleeping longer periods at night, will see the first period. Once menstruation returns it may continue to be irregular during lactation. It's not uncommon to have a shorter or longer than normal period while breastfeeding. It's also not abnormal to skip a period or see the first period return and then find that months pass before the next one. When the first period returns depends upon several factors: 1. how frequently the baby is nursing, 2. how often the baby is supplemented with bottles, 3. how long the baby is sleeping at night, 4. whether or not solids have been introduced, and 5. the mother's own individual body chemistry and the way it responds to hormonal influences associated with breastfeeding. 6. Any time the stimulation to the breast is decreased, especially at night, menstruation is likely to return soon after.

For irregular periods we have to investigate the hormonal profile and ultrasound pelvis too. Hormonal profile includes tsh, prolactin, fsh, lh. If all inv are normal then you can be given ocps to regularise your cycles.
