According your age deficiency of vit d and calcium levels so do test that's are reason of joint pain. Back pain due to overstrain activity like toward bending, lifting heavyweight, long sitting, continuous work long standing bad posture, different reason possible so tk rest and do heat fermentation twice a day I avoid all strain full activity. Spine strength exercise must if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days.

Back Pain. Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Hi joint pain is very common in Rheumatoid Arthritis and it requires lots of exercises to reduce the pain and to maintain and restore joint movement. Because of pain patient avoid movement which furthur leads to joint stiffness and development of joint deformity. We in our clinic have a proper graded exercise protocol which focuses on individual joint and specific muscles so that patient can maintain joint mobility and can lead an active lifestyle.

hi vidya!!! head n back pain is common in pregnancy.only your BP should not be high.correct posture is important. use balm for headache.use pain sprays for backache. weight will increase don't worry. indigestion and acidity is also common.avoid fatty n spicy foods.take antacid syrup like digene half hour before meals. start going for a walk daily.you'll feel more active. these simple tips will help you feel better. if not then consult your obstetrician.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
