Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Hello, There are different types of LASER Therapies available in the market for hair removal. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light. That destroys the hair. Lasers are useful for removing unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line, and other areas. Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Small areas such as the upper lip can be treated in less than a minute, and large areas, such as the back or legs, may take up to an hour. Most patients have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions. And later in few cases, maintenance sittings are also needed in future. If you are planning on undergoing laser hair removal, you should limit plucking, waxing, and electrolysis for six weeks before treatment. That's because the laser targets the hairs' roots, which are temporarily removed by waxing or plucking. You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely. The rate varies from place to place and area to be treated (e.g. Rs. 500/ sitting for upperlips).

Helloo Thyroid problems can make your hair dry n frizzy.with proper hair Care n diet u cn manage ur hair pproperly. Use medicated shampoo like triclenz or hair 4 u on regular basis. use hair conditioner like triflow or hair 4 u. Tab nutricap-H once a day after food.for 3 months. Juene hair oil 2-3 Times per week. . Drink 2-3 lit of water, include protein rich food,green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits n juices in ur diet.daily exercise of 45 min is must. Avoid chemical hair treatments n blow dry. Thanx

Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Dear its due to disturbed life routine... 1.Mix equal proportions of Fuller’s earth (multani mitti), rose water, and sandalwood powder.Apply this mud pack to your face,Wash after it dries up.Repeat the process once a week.and keep ur face clean. 2. Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons. There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. Apart from this, treatment may b needed in resistant cases.

Hello, if you are not getting proper sleep it will affect your routine cycle. So you must sleep in between 11.00pm to 4.00am. Drink a glass of warm milk at bed time. Apply honey around your eyes to get rid of dark circles. Drink plenty of water. Apply carrot pulp, cucumber slice, potato slice will help you to get rid off those dark circles.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Hair falling is generally due to malnutrition, over exposure to pollution or hormonal imbalance. Usually there is fall of 10-15 hairs daily, which is quite natural process. But excess of hairfall is indication of some disease. Regular exercises helps to control hair growth. There are some remedies which can help to control hair fall. One of them is. Curd is the best remedy for hair loss. This may also gives smoothie hair. Curd not only prevents hair loss but also gives shiny hair. You can combine curd with mustard seeds (paste) or black peeper and curd or curd in honey (moisturizer). Apply to the hair and shampoo it after 30 minutes.
