Drs.
First you have to do some stretching Nd strengthening exercises for ankle and calf muscle, if the problem not resolved, you have go for physiotherapy clinic And take ultrasonic, TENS and manual mobilization of heel help to resolve the plantar fascitis.

Im suffering from back pain from last few months. Consulted doctor. He advised only physiotherapy. Continued physiotherapy for approx 10 days. But no relief. I feel pain only while bending forward. Please advice for suitable exercise. (Also I want to start running. Is is advisable during my backache.

If you have pain, don't start running nd go for the back extension exercises nd core strengthening exercises daily, check the vitamin D3 nd if you feel pain don't bend forward it will aggrivate the symptoms nd avoid stair climbing.

I need to loose weight. I have thyroid and asthma and I am on medication. Also, my right foot's heel bone is protruding resulting in pain and I can't walk or exercise. Kindly help.

You have to go for the dietitians visit nd take the dietary chart to loose the body weight nd improve the life style nd change the footware, you have to do short walk daily.

You have to take following precautions: use an ice pack to reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever, like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Rest your feet by staying off of them as much as possible for a few days when your heels are aching. Exercise your feet. Some good foot flexing and stretches can help stretch out the plantar fascia, and make it feel better. Adjust your shoes with inserts that raise the heel and support the arch of your foot. Avoid walking on uneven walking surfaces.

You have to take following precautions: maintain good posture to help your shoulder muscles heal quickly you can even try some simple neck stretching exercises use a thicker pillow while sleeping to give enough support to your neck and shoulder. Practice some light stretching exercises for shoulder joint. You can use a number of different stretching methods. If unsure, consult an expert. Drink a few glasses of warm lemon water daily to prevent mineral deposits in the joints that can cause pain in your shoulder and other body parts.

You have to do following precautions you have to do hot fermentation for 15 to 20 min, practice some light stretching exercises for knee joint. You can use a number of different stretching methods. If unsure, consult an expert. Rest the affected area as much as possible.
