Honey and Cinnamon in Water This is one of the easiest as well as effective home remedies which will help you to lose weight successfully. Let’s learn how to prepare this weight loss remedy! Required Things: Organic Honey – 1 tbsp Organic Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp Filtered Water – 1 cup Process: Take the cinnamon powder in a bowl. Boil the water and pour it on the cinnamon powder. Let the cinnamon powder steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. Now add the honey, stir the liquid and drink it. Drink this mixture twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and once before going to the bed to boost up your weight loss process. Note: Always add honey to the cooled liquid as the enzymes in the honey get destroyed when added to the hot liquid.

Pruritus Vulvae!

Pruritus Vulvae!

Pruritus vulvae:- 
Pruritus vulvae is itchiness of the vulva.

Causes:- 
1.) vulva irritation can be caused by any moisture left on the skin. This moisture may be perspiration, urine, vaginal discharge etc. 
2.) it may be caused by vaginal infections, vulvitis, HPV (human papilloma virus) infection, anal incontinence.
3.) dietary irritants (caffeine, potatoes, chilli, capsicum, tomatoes, and peanuts).
4.) treatment with antibiotics can lead to a yeast infection and irritation of the vulva.
5.) some diseases increase the possibility of yeast infections, such as diabetes mellitus.

Sign and symptoms:- 
❄ ulcers or blisters on the vulva.
❄ pain or tenderness.
❄ genital redness or swelling.
❄ trouble in urination.
❄ an unusual vaginal discharge.

Homeopathic treatment:- 
1.) Sepia:- It is prescribed in cases when there is itchiness that is not relieved by scratching, causes soreness and swelling of the labia minora, vulva and vagina, heat in the genital area and excoriation of the vulva. 
2.) Calcarea Carb:- In cases where the discharge worsens after passing urine or where the discharge is accompanied by burning and itchiness is the genitals.
3.) Pulsatilla:- Vaginal candidiasis that is characterised by a creamy vaginal discharge.
4.) Thuja:- This is used to treat vaginal candidiasis accompanied by excessive soreness and ulcers in the vulva and vagina. 

5.) Nitric Acid:- It is helpful in cases where a stitching pain is prominent and there is a complain of irritation in the genital area. A white vaginal discharge may also leave behind a yellow stain.

Mixed juices of cabbage, mustard greens, kale, spinach and radishes. Drink one cup of this mixed juice once daily. Take 10 gm of dhania seeds (coriander) and add it to a glass of water. Boil and allow it to cool. Strain the mixture and take twice a day to reduce high cholestrol levels. Mix equal quantities of long pepper (pipali), black pepper and dry ginger powder. Consume half teaspoon twice a day with lukewarm water.

1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim. 7. Green Tea/ Coffee / lemon etc, nothing will help. There is no medicine to reduce fat. 8. Only proper diet + exercise is the solution.

I am taking one boiled egg with a cup of milk in my breakfast daily so as to heal the lateral malleolus fracture quickly. Also eat yogurt everyday in addition with lunch. Is this much of diet is helpful for intake of calcium? Tell me some more about food, fruits and nuts which can contribute in effective healing of my bone fracture.

Apart from having curd and eggs , you can have green leafy vegetables, broccoli, spinach, cheese, vit. C rich fruits, bell peppers, strawberries, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds. Restrict your intake of sugar, colas, salt, caffein, refined grains, alcohol.Have omega 3 fats.

Hello , we cannot say that, now a days kids are carrying cancer, diabetes, etc etc heavy diseases from their birth. So you better be careful, let me add few food supplements to your diet, so that degeneration happened in your body due to smoking and drinking may recover and chances to get a healthy baby. You need to reduce 4 kg-6kg more. Most dangerous bus belly fat so avoid rice,tea,sweet,Eat intermittently. Some times constipation and gases are the cause of the belly fat so do panchakarma procedure which is called as Basti. Which is more beneficial and then start diet.

Hi Rahul... increasing testosterone level by artificial means is very dangerous... as there are many other side effects... Also see that whey protein doesn't contain any steroids... For healthy way take homoeopathic medicine Alfalfa Q 10 drops tds

Hi. I want to loose my fat. Now I had joined gym where I do running around 3 kms and some other exercise. Also I am taking whey protein (26gms in a spoon). Is it good to take whey protein? Meal # 1 (Breakfast) 4 hard-boiled egg whites. 1 Egg white omelet in olive oil. 2 slices of brown bread. 1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste). Meal # 2 (Snack) 1 serving of broccoli. 3 hard-boiled eggs whites. Meal # 3 (Lunch) Half tandoori chicken. 1 roti. 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Specially cucumber). 1 apple. Meal # 4 (Post workout meal) 1 Banana with whey protein shake. Meal #5 (Dinner) 2 large cups of vegetables and fruits (Including cucumber, watermelon and papaya). ½ cup spinach. 5-6 berries such as strawberries.

Trying gym, diet should be consistent without any breaks and cheating. Definitely without supplements, tablets one can reduce weight and get back to their healthy ideal body weight by boosting their metabolism and making certain, i've style modifications to complement their weight loss. Dedication, discipline and self belief are what to be needed. Include metabolism boosting foods like flaxseeds, wheat germ, bran, lemon grass, peppermint, black pepper tea, etc in your daily regime.
