Hello. Sorry to hear this. Ask her to meet a physiotherapist who will suggest back and core strengthening exercises for her. She should not sit continuously for more than 30 min and should get up and move around for 1 min after every 30 min. Regards.

Hi L4 L5 disc bulge to treat this problem. You can use mckenzie technique exercises for lower back pain. And also sleeping position is most important. How to keep the pillow properly on which side. Dos and do nots to be followed. You will be getting complete guide for all the exercises and need to follow it. please consult privately for best results. Regards.

Do have proper and balanced diet and for knee pain do take ust and laser therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist best wishes.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

You should take acupressure therapy and take biochemic kali phos 200x +nat mur 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

You should take ashwagandha powder ayirved with milk everuday it will help you for weight gain and back pain both. You can ask more medicine for back pain personally.
