Drinking lemon juice with warm water also helps reduce joint and muscle pain. Lemon juice with warm water is also good for your dental health as it helps with toothache and prevents gingivitis. Lemon juice with warm water helps with digestion and hence, helps regulate natural bowel movement

Hello, try to do some workout daily for atleast 40 min. In general, few tips for weight loss include: Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber.

Hi, While working out, you need to take care of pre and post gym meals. Pre workout meal should be 20-30 min before gymming. It should be a carb. Like a banana or few nuts or any fruit. Post workout should be a combo of carb and protein. Taken after 30 min of workout. Getting enough protein is important for health. For adding protein in your diet--- Replace Cereal with Eggs Top Your Food with Chopped Almonds Almonds are incredibly healthy. Have Greek Yogurt Topping your salad with poultry, cheese, fish or legumes will help you meet your protein needs and stay full and satisfied. Include a High-Protein Food with Every Meal Pair Peanut Butter with Fruit Indulge in Cottage Cheese / paneer at Any Time

Doctor I do not know whats my problem? I regularly go to gym for last 1nd half year ,control my diet. Still my body is soft like jelly. When I do workouts it will be hard. Again after few hrs its will come back to state. A belt of thick fat around my belly and thighs is the worst. Which I cannot even undress in front of my friends. My muscles are also very weak. I'm what my other friends are doing in gym. They are building muscle but me. Still same unhealthy situation. Who ever see me they say I'm not healthy .not slim not fat situation. Slim on upper body and fat around belly. I'm fed up. I want to live like every one. Do I have some hormone issue? If so what should I do?I do not know. I body is such a bad state that someone who sees it they will not speak to me further. Due to this I even refuse to be in relationships. When ever some girls approach me I avoid them. I feel like cheating them. What should I do?whats my problem. Help me.
