Hello, start to eat healthy and balance diet. Eat hight protein diet like paneer, sprouts, milk products, soya and its product etc. Eat small and frequent meals instead of large meals. Drink lots of water, start some exercise. Exercisewill helps to increase your appetite and also you muscles.

Mother's milk is the best milk till the child is upto 5-6 months. If child is not taking mother's milk, please follow your child doctor's advise.

Hello lybrate-user, Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For gaining weight and muscular body, eat lots of proteins (include more non-veg food if you are a non-vegetarian). Drink milk regularly. Also include other dairy products in your diet. Eat more of cheese, potatoes, rice, bananas. Add various nuts and dry fruits, peanut butter, whole grain/ multigrain bread to your diet. Along with all this, exercise regularly too. Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Can be eaten as wholesome powder also 6.Avoid too much off starchy foods like Potato, Yam, arvi, sweet-potato, sabu dana (Sago), Maida, corn-flour. 7.Eat lots and lots of vegetables and green leafy vegetables in form of cooked vege, Salads & Soup. 8.Avoid canned and processed foods like cream biscuits, wafers, pickle, papad For specific weight loss diet loss plan, We plan customised diet for our clients according to food habits, blood group, medical history and life stlye.

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.

Hello, Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. Choose weight loss-friendly food. Eat small and frequent meals and avoid fried foods on daily basis.
