For weight loss along with exercise it is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.

Hi lybrate-user , Conditioner should be applied on hair tips not on roots/scalp. Yes applying it on scalp may enhance hair fall. Hair fall/loss can be due to variety of causes. However, many of them can be controlled and dealt with. Most common cause is nutrient deficiency which can be rectified by oral medications and supplements. There are medicines available for local application which are also known to give significant results. Treatments like mesotherapy, microneedling and PRP show significant long term effects. Weight gain has happened due to physical inactivity. Include high fiber diet, fruits and salad in your diet. Avoid refined flour. Take frrequent meals. Sample Plan: Breakfast:Wheat Flakes With Milk, Mid Morning: Fruit Platter, Lunch: Oat Meal Chapati With Vegetable and Salad, Evening: Jasmine Tea, Dinner: Quinoa Salad.

You have to follow healthy dietary habbits. Maintain a healthy weight, go for exercise. Avoid fried fatty food, junk food, preserved food. Sugar and salt intake should be moderate. Start taking 1 tsp Amla and 1 tsp alovera juice in a cup of water every early morning as it helps in detoxification of the liver and would help in better nutrient absorption. Do some physical activity. Follow healthy breakfast, have fruits, healthy lunch including high fibre like salads and veggies. Follow green tea twice a day. Follow light dinner. Drink plenty of water.

Acne Scar Removal - Reasons Why You Must Go For It!

With the current self-obsession of the need to look good all the time, acne is seen as a major problem by the teenagers and adolescents. It is related to the hormonal changes but also aggravated by food habits. During their active phase, acne causes a lot of pain and burning. There is a constant tendency to pick at them to get rid of the pain and the itching.

They dry over a period of time and leave scars which are not as painful but are esthetically a major concern. For someone with oily skin who are more prone for developing acne, these scar marks could be very traumatic emotionally.

There is good news for these people as cosmetic advancements give multiple options for getting rid of these scars. Read on to know some of the most effective ones.

  1. Laser: A beam of light is aimed at the scar tissue, which does not affect the surrounding tissue but gets rid of the scar tissue. In addition to acne, laser is used in multiple skin ailments (whiteheads, cysts, blackheads, etc.) There is an intense bacterial presence in the acne, and when the laser beam is aimed at the acne, the bacteria are killed. This also reduces further incidence of acne and amount of sebum produced. The number of sittings required would depend on the severity of acne, and most people would require 2 to 3 sittings for complete removal of the scars.
  2. Photofacials: The outer layer of the skin (epidermis) is cooled and the inner layer (dermis) is heated. This stimulates the production of collagen and fibrous tissue, which replaces the acne tissue, giving a fresher, youthful look.

In both cases, remember to:

  1. Avoid use of irritants like perfumes and deodorants in the affected area
  2. Avoid waxing or shaving for at least 10 days before the procedure
  3. Avoid exposure to harsh sun for about a week prior to the procedure
  4. Avoid medicines which increase the risk of bleeding, aspirin for instance

Post treatment: In both treatments, the skin may appear red, swollen, and inflamed for the first day. There also may be a prickly sensation, similar to a sunburn. Cool packs or moist cloths and a good moisturizer can be used to soothe the skin. Avoid makeup until the skin is back to normal appearance. Depending on the type of skin and acne, the appearance will take about weeks to months after the procedure.

You can reduce your weight by following a healthy dietary pattern. You have to avoid fatty, fried and processed food items. Start your day with 1 tsp of amla and 1 tsp of alovera juice mixed in a cup of water, go for physical activity, have haelthy breakfast, have fresh fruits and veg juices, cut down on your calories (chapati/rice), add more veggies and salad to your diet, follow light dinner. Drink plenty of water and you can follow jasmine tea before going to bed. Cut down on your sugar and salt intake.

Hello lybrate-user. This Scars are Common in Chickenpox Don't Panic & have patience once it dries completely the scar also vl reduce gradually. It may take a month too. Depends on individuals. Do not touch it or apply anything as of now wait & see. If after month too it's not reducing just apply Neem oil on Scars and leave it for 30 mins & Take Shower. Hello sir, if your belly is sapping your body confidence, do not despair. The reason for your puffy midsection may be bloat not fat. Add more fiber-rich food in your diet, take less sodium ,add more fluids like water 8-10 glasses plus plenty of fluid rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, add potassium rich foods also.

Instead of using cream take plenty of water juice cucumber and orange etc. Avoid sun use umbrella and wash your face by 10 ml cow milk with light rubbing. Will be helpful.

My skin is getting dull day by day, I have used some cosmetic products as well as ointments. Before using any cosmetics check if they are suitable to you or not. & Change in weather conditions also affect your Skin. So taking proper care of your Skin is utmost important. Just Follow this tips & see for changes if still you couldn't find results it's better you meet a Dermatologist & take advice. Skin care Tips. 1. Keep urself clean & Tidy, Take Shower using Soaps which suits your Skin type. 2.Use Clean & Washed Towels 3.
