Headache is one of the most common maladies which refers to a pain sensation in the head. It may itself be an ailment or may be the symptom of any other illness. Headaches can last for a short time or may persist up to several weeks depending on its cause or type. Many reasons can trigger headache.

The following are eight reasons why you might get that headache

  1. Stress: Physical stress or emotional stress can be identified as one of the most common causes for your headache. Tension, anxiety and depression may trigger a headache. This is also known as tension headache. In this condition, the muscles of your scalp, neck, face and jaw tighten, thus causing pain. Fatigue may also lead to this type of headache.
  2. Eye problems: Sometimes eye problems may be the cause of your headache. Diseases such as glaucoma can cause headache. Straining your eyes for seeing distant objects or glaring at your computer screen for long can also result in headache.
  3. Eating and sleeping pattern: Change in eating and sleeping pattern can also cause headache. Inadequate sleep or caffeine withdrawal can give you terrible headache sometimes.
  4. Ear, nose or throat disorders: Ear, nose or throat problems can also give rise to headache. Sinus caused by cold or infection, tonsillitis or throat infections can also prompt a headache.
  5. Medication: Excessive use of medication can be a factor responsible for your headache. This is also known as rebound headache.
  6. Dental problems: Jaw or dental problems sometimes may trigger a mild headache which can turn severe also. The alignment of lower and upper jaw, tooth decay may be some of the causes for headache.
  7. Hormonal problems: Sometimes a decline of your estrogen levels can also be a reason for your headache.
  8. Bad posture: Sometimes, poor posture may strain the muscles of your back and neck, triggering a headache.

Headache can be very annoying. Sometimes pain relief medicines help in controlling headache, but consuming them regularly may affect your health. You must consult a doctor in order to get your headache treated in a proper manner.

It seems you are leading a sedentary life style. Your heart can not cope up with sudden change in action. You should be more active rather pro active. Meanwhile get an ecg and tmt done along with all blood tests especially lipid profile.

Browsing on the phone before you sleep can potentially cause serious damage to your health. According to studies the side effects can be far reaching and detrimental for your overall health. It can disrupt your sleep and contributes to several complications like heart diseases, obesity, etc.

Following are the bad effects of browsing on the phone before bed:

  1. Browsing on the phone till late in the night affects your sleeping pattern and deprives your body from the rest it requires. Loss and lack of sleep significantly contributes to various health problems like poor sleep, depression, stroke, cardiovascular problems, obesity etc.
  2. Staring at a bright screen for a long time before sleeping can slow down the activity of neurons that make you sleepy, thereby, keeping you in a state of wakefulness. Staring at artificial lights suppresses melatonin, the sleep hormone, which affects the sleep wake cycle of your body.
  3. Browsing on the phone before sleep also takes a toll on your eyes. It can cause serious damage to your eyes if you make a habit out of it. You can see visible signs if you wake up with dark circles in the morning and feel tired and lousy. Looking at brightly lit screen for a long time especially in the dark puts a lot of strain in your eyes and also affects mental health.
  4. Browsing on the phone till late in the night will make it difficult for you to wake up on time. The light on your cell phone affects your sleep, which can even trigger insomnia. Lack of sleep affects your alertness and concentration level and makes you feel drowsy and exhausted.

Hormones and diet play major role in body smells. Diet rich in non veg, onions, garlic, alcohal even drugs cause bodily smell. Pls check his hormonal levels too.

I am having back pain from last 7 days all the time because from last 7 days I am sleeping in a mattress which is laid on floor and earlier I use to sleep on bed, what to do now , I am doing exercises but not getting permanent relief however I get relief for some hours after exercise. Suggest me proper exercise I don't want to take medicines unless very important.

Pls stop all exercises until back pain. Get a x-ray or mri done. Meanwhile do hot fomentation. Apply analgesic spray. Use lumbar belt. Do not bend or lift any weights not more than 1 kg.

This morning when I wake up, I have a very abnormal thing happening to me. After a minute or two from the time I wakeup I felt dizzy and I suddenly fall on the floor and lay unconscious for a while. Yes you have weakness. Kindly get you tests hb, blood sugar done. Before getting up from bed, you try to lay down more with active moving of arms and limbs, after some time keep sitting on the bed for some time moving your toes. Drink some water. Take some time to stand up.

Headaches have various reasons. If you stay more in sun, fasting, stress, lack of sleep and looking at screens of phone, laptop, tv for long hours etc are some of causes. It also lead to sleepless nights.

There must be a weakness, you can take some multi vitamins. If still persists repeat the tests from another good lab.

Eating whole some fruit is always better than drinking juices. Juice contains lots of added sugar. Artificial flavors. Fruit also provides you sufficient amount of fibrinogen needed for your body. Coffee as such is not bad in right amounts. No. You can eat eggs in proper amount. Remember always that excessive of everything is bad.

Use LYCIL as oil in night n wash off in the morning. Dont forget to wash your combs, clothes, bed linens. Avoid sharing yous things.

It seems you have stomach infection. First of all, take some antacids and emetics, then some antibiotics. Please keep eating liquid or semi solid foods to avoid weakness. Drink lots of water.

Your symptoms suggest you have infection of different parts along with deficiency of vitamins. If you have dry cough you can gargle with warm saline and for loose motions drink plenty of water mixed with electrolytes or simple lemon shikanji, some multi vitamins like health ok, if no stomach pain no need for anti biotics. You need to get tests done for your hb and vitamins, because it seems you have lot of deficiencies.

If you are not getting enough of sleep or continuously watching some screen like phone, tv or playing some video games etc you are bound to have headaches. Have a sound sleep, walk in open nature, listen to some good music. Have some break time from studies and play some outdoor game or above said activities. Get you eyesight checked.
