Hello You can try to break your work into small targets and take 5 10 mins break in between work. During the break do something that you like, like listening to music. Actually it is difficult to suggest something without knowing the whole scenario. I would suggest you to take some sessions on coping skills from a clinical psychologist. Some tips which I can give are like Sleep 8 hours After going to bed do not touch your phone or tv When you go home from work, try to stay away from work mentally Take out time for pleasurable activities Break the long term goals of a day into short terms goals and in between take small breaks. More you can learn to cope if you visit a professional face to face or take online sessions.

It's OK to feel some stress that motivates you. But too much of stress is counterproductive. Just relax. You are young. Just work hard and leave everything to God. Do deep breathing exercises. Make a schedule. Work on your weaknesses. Consult for counseling and therapy.

Prothiaden definitely is not the first choice medication for panic disorder, mostly a GP would have prescribed the same. Etilaam is effective for short duration, what you need is a long time solution, so better consult a psychiatrist either in person or online and seek proper medication and therapy for panic disorder. Your problem appears to be more of a psychological and behavioural in nature which can be improved by reducing the speed of spoken words and lengthening and prolonging the word which you r unable to speak. Please continue this therapy for a week if it shows marginal improvement then you May hv to go for regular speech therapy for 8 weeks. It is very essential to know your hearing status for which pure tone audiometery would be required.
