Dear user, There is no cure for migraine. Medicines are given to prevent the attacks of migraine. There are 4 to 5 medicines which are available. All are having equal efficacy ; but we choose the medicine according to patients.

Dear User, First we to be sure that the patient is suffering from Parkinson disease. There are broadly two types of parkinson disease. Idiopathic Parkinson's disease and Parkinson plus syndrones which have many causes. Idiopathic Parkinson disease is a treatable disease with Tab Syndopa Plus and other medicines. If the patient will have side effects from these medicines thena surgery called Deep Brain Stimulation can be done. Thanks.

Dear user, Epilepsy is a treatable condition. But to treat this, we nwed to know what type of epilepsy the patient is suffering from and her EEG and MRI BRAIN done. Then the patient will be started a medicine out of the around 20 medicines available. If seizures are not controlled on one medicine then either a second medicine is started or the dose of the first medicine is increased to the maximum tolerable dose. If the patient is not getting controlled on 2 medicines then epilepsy surgery will be an option. Take care.
