Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Management: -Sponging or bathing with tepid water. The use of a fan or air conditioning may somewhat reduce the temperature and increase comfort. The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Masturbation does not produce premature ejaculation. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. Sir I have an problem. When I do something such as when I plays a game then all the day I feel that I am in that game and behaves like that. For more clearance I takes the game subway surf. Probably you are addicted to computer games. Please start playing actual physical games like football, basketball, cricket, or badminton, tennis etc. Or go for jogging or cycling, swimming etc. It will improve your physical and mental health. Restrict you computer time to only 1 hour per day. Getting addicted to computer games is very harmful. It will affect your physical health adversely. And you are already experiencing the ill effects on your mind. You are unable to differentiate between the actual and virtual world. Before it harms you further, control yourself, spend more time reading books, or pursue your hobby. Consult a counsellor if you need further assistance.

You should continue scan. As it may develop at 14th day or some days later. Don't give up. Wait and watch. Also even if it doesn't develop, this sonography reading will be helpful as pilot reading as it will show the pattern of your menstrual cycle.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. Hi, I'm a male, 23 years old. I weigh around 73 kilos, 5'8. I used to be fat 7-8 years ago and lost majority of the weight by following a diet for sometime. It was technically sudden and I really didn't put a lot of effort. I must have followed a diet for not more than 2-3 months if I remember correctly. My weight has been stable for the past few years but strange as it sounds , I keep loosing facial fat on and off. I feel its thin one day and suddenly seems to be a bit fatter after a few days. I have pictures from 2-3 years ago and if I compare them now, I feel I really have lost quite some weight on my face whereas barely anything from my body. I was studying in Boston, United States for 5 years and during that period my diet was very poor. Sometimes I would have only 1 meal a day and mostly junk food and majorly always used to order in from the restaurants. No home cooked food. I got back to my hometown India, about 7-8 months ago and trying to eat properly.I have started to work out from the past few months and take a healthy diet and try to have 1-3 litres of water everyday. I just started to take a few supplements( whey protein, bcaa, zma pro). They are all advised by my trainer. I'm kind of concerned about the facial fat loss as I always get comments that I look weak and gaunt. I have sunken eyes and cheeks. Can you please help me identify the underlying reason/problem. Could it be malnutrition? Also my stomach is kind of fat compared to the rest of my body. Like my hands, arms,face, chest look very petite but just have fat thighs and stomach. Is there a way I could make it proportionate. Thanks in anticipation

Hi Drs, I have bad posture problem due to which I am facing lot of problem in my day to day life. I tried ayurvedic massage, physiotherapy but nothing works. Whenever I sit or stand with someone they do exercises just like teasing me, lowering my confidence. Its hectic now for me to live, creating metal stress. Now I heard some foam roller are used to reduce stress in muscles.
