Hello, On an average one, manages to lose 3 to 4 kgs in a, month, but you always have exception to this number. 10 kgs in a months is unrealistic and unhealthy.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

No singal thing is stand alone fat burner till it's a part of well planned balanced according to ones needs along with proper rest and exercises. Everyone has different lifestyle and body. There is no fit for all diet chart. You need customized diet plan along with proper workout schedule. Mean while few tips for you are- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Quit smoking and drinking if any manage stress keep positive frame toward life appreciate yourself as it is not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

Hi, You are about 15 kgs less than what you could be. First and foremost is to be fit and be active without worrying about weight. Be more relaxed and happy.. that is important. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Nat Mur 30 ( 4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days and revert. *Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. *Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *Avoid fried and spicy food. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *Avoid harsh skin products.

Hi, You haven't mentioned about the type of dark spot? Are those acne marks? Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: Apply homoeopathic Topi-Berberis ointment over them. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. 1.Prepare a decoction by boiling 20 to 30 Neem leaves in 4 to 5 cups of water for 20 minutes. Let it cool and use this water to wash the affected area. 2.Mix one teaspoon of Licorice (mulethi) root with a small amount of Sesame (til) oil. Warm this in a pan and then apply to the affected part. Warp a bandage over it for 3 to 4 hours and repeat it twice. 3. Take 2 tab khadiradi vati with 20 ml mahamanjishthadi qwath twice daily 40 min after meals for 15 days. Plz tell other symptoms and send snaps of affected area for further medication.

Dear sir, I had panic attack, but it cured But now I have migraine. I face compilation in loud sound and brighter light like bright bulb, seeing on smartphone, etc Also I guess I have tic disorder/Parkinson's disease. Please suggest me some medications. Thank you.
