Hi doctor, I am asking the question for my friend. She is an assistant professor in college, it's been a 6 more years she feels terrible headache everyday with eye pain. Cannot sit upright. Her whole body feels pain. Sometimes there is vomiting. Sometimes there is abdominal pain. The doctor says it is migraine. Migraine medications often relieve headaches. Very sleepy while taking that particular tablet. So she stopped the medication herself. The headache comes again. The pain is more in the back of the head. Nerve throbbing at the back of the head can be felt. She calls herself a tumor. Doctor what is really wrong with her?

I am suffering from chest pain in the middle for past one month, I have gone through multiple eggs, 2d echo, endoscopy, usg and xray all are normal. Sir, I had plural effusion 11 months ago and tb bacteria was detected in the fluid. Then I had no other illness but just pain in the chest and couldn't breath sufficiently. I suffered from drowsiness even after I returned to normal life after 1 month of treatment on may 20,2023. My tb drug ended on october 19. However still now attempting heavy mental task I face drowsiness and can't communicate with others potentially as I could previously. May I suffer from dementia? I do not smoke.
