Include Calories In Your Diet Everything we eat has some calorie content. So like we eat food with fewer calories to lose weight, we need to eat food that has more calories to gain weight. You need to take in more than 250 calories daily to add roughly half a kilo to your current weight. What You Need Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. What You Have To Do Add vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don’t cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd at the store. Hello Pallobi Welcome to Lybrate White liquid secretion after your periods its normal. If it can not make your vaginal are itch or burn. If it smells, itching or burning causes such infection and for that you should have to consult gynecologist or Ayurveda Doctor. Good Evening You can have 2-2.5 litre of water in a day. For Hydration you can have 1 glass buttermilk/coconut water/1 glass lemon water. You can also have infused water of cucumber, lemon, mint and small ginger in it. You can also take sattu dissolve in water. Cigarette and marijuana are foes of health. But it doesn't have direct effect on size of penis. Short penis could be due to depressed feelings and pessimistic mind set where supply to penile vessels is not adequate - not even during erection. I would suggest you to pour hit/ warm water over penis when bathing, massage with some fine medicated oils based in seasame oil, take some nervine herbal combos which will not only make you stress free but help to get better blood supply to penis.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hello, you can continue with Gambogia tabets as these are good for weight loss. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

It is not healthy to eat lunch post 3 p. M. Our body is designed in a way that there are specific energy needs during different hours of the day. Try to have something while you are travelling if you can't have lunch in the office. Carry dry fruits, fruit box or roti wrap and try to eat before 4 p. M.

Arke rahat:- with its refreshing scent, peppermint helps open up clogged blood vessels which cause headache. It contains menthol which helps regulate blood flow in the body. Quietly breathe in the aroma in a cool, dark room. You can also mix 3 drops of peppermint oil in one tablespoon of almond oil, or just add a little water and massage the temples or the back of your neck with it. Alternatively, can apply crushed peppermint leaves on your forehead. Make an herbal tea by adding 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint to a cup of boiling water. Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and add some honey to sweeten it. Sip the tea slowly. Lavender oil: not only does lavender have a beautiful fragrance - it's also a great remedy for alleviating headaches. Simply smelling the soothing scent of lavender essential oil helps, so you can just put a few drops on a tissue and inhale it. You can also add 2 drops of lavender oil to two cups of boiling water and inhale the steam. Another option is to mix two or three drops in one tablespoon of almond oil or olive oil and massage your forehead with it" you can even draw a foot bath of lavender oil and peppermint, since the hot water draws blood to your feet and the aroma relaxes muscles relax. So when a headache looms, you know what to do. On the pain. And believe it or not, just soaking your feet in hot water also helps get rid of a headache. For a severe headache, add a bit of hot mustard powder to the water. Inhale the steam after boiling basil in a pot of water.

Belly fat is not due to eating less or more. It is due to your body tendency to put on fat around your waist. But there is no such thing called spot reduction, it means you can not lose your weight only around stomach. You have to pay attention to your whole body to be fit and toned. Sometimes stomach also comes out due to digestion problems and too much toxins in your body. Please follow a healthy diet and workout and you will start seeing results. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Panner & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Dear lybrate user, I hope your sugar control is fine. Hence, in view if this, the following would be useful for you this summer: - try having sufficient water - yes, please do exercise, as your weight is on the higher side, for at least 1 hour (brisk walking with proper walking shoes in the morning or evening, or cycling). Also, try to incorporate 20-30 mins everyday of strength training under a qualified trainer, as this has shown to reduce insulin resistance (ie improve your sugar control). - try not eating very sugary fruits like grapes, chikoo, mangoes (this you may have half a small bowl everyday). You may eat in limited quantity- oranges, guava, sweet lime, papaya, half a banana. You may have coconut water if you are feeling drained on a hot afternoon. - your diet for summer should include more fluids and fibre and less of cold, chilled, processed foods (even if they are sugar-free as these tend to contain fats or too much sodium- which will leave you more thirsty). - avoid going out in the day time, and always carry some sweet with yourself whenever you step out of the house. - though you would get tempted to weat open shoes in the summer, do ensure you take care of your feet and carefully wash your feet properly once you are back home. Ensure there are no wounds, cuts on your feet. - your daily meal would follow the same precautions you normally observe in your diet.
