Indulging in self pity will bring more harm than good. A healthy body needs a healthy mind. So think positive. No one else is responsible for you but you yourself. Start today and make healthy eating choices. Get involved in physical sports. You are young and energetic so channelise your energy in positivity instead of self pity.

I am suggesting you one week course 1 day four tomatoes in morning before meals 2 day four carrots in morning before meals 3 day four dates in morning before meals 4 day one glass milk with boiled egg 5 day some leaves of spinach (palak) uncooked 6 day one glass juice with beet root if interested for comprehensive treatment.

You eat everything a well nutritious and balanced diet including all seasonal vegetables and fruits cereals pulses milk nuts etc and drink 3to 4 lyra of water every day.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Bringing changes in your food choices & lifestyle can help you to reduce weight. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber in your diet such as whole & whole pulses. Keep yourself hydrated through out the day by drinking lots of water. Keep check on your food intake. Walk for at least 45 minutes daily. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

I have a problem last five days I feel very lazyness in my body so please tell me what can I do.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling tiredness & weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
