Everyone has suffered constipation or hard stool at one stage of their life but most of them does not develop fissures in anal but for my case if occasionally my stool becomes hard then blood comes with stool and drop of bright red blood also come and severe burning severe pain during motion which takes one month to correct but last time it does not correct and surgery was done to correct this problem and this was corrected but once again few days ago my stool again becomes little hard and dry and I give little force to pass stool and again same problem. Why only I suffer this problem if stool becomes little hard? But I have asked my parents and other family members, they all told that they also suffered constipation at one stage of their life but they do not develop anal fissures. So I think only constipation is not sole cause of anal fissures, what is the cause of it? I asked a homeopathic physician about this problem and he told that it is due to deficiency of vital force in your body and he also told this disease has no lifetime cure by any means it is best known to come again and again if stool becomes little hard. Is it true? I do not want to control this problem by taking high fibre diet, fruits vegetables and lot of waters I want to overcome this problem and want a lifetime cure so that in future if I get hard stool still anal fissure not come because occasionally hard stool and diarrhea is common matter but anal fissure is not common matter it is very very painful only sufferers know it. Pls tell medicine name for lifetime cure from it if any medicines have in homeopathy. I cannot bear the fear of getting anal fissures it make my life values as surgery fail to give lifetime cure.

Piles/Hemorrhoid swelling occurs when there is an increase in the pressure in the small vessels that make up the hemorrhoid causing them to swell and engorge with blood. This causes them to increase in size leading to symptoms. Increased pressure may be caused by a variety of factors: Low fiber diet and smaller caliber stool causes a person to strain when having a bowel movement, increasing the pressure within the blood vessels. The first home treatment for piles (and not anal fissure which you are referring to) that is highly recommended is ice. Ice will help constrict the blood vessels, reduce swelling and give you immediate pain relief. •Apply an icepack or a partially melted piece of ice wrapped in a cloth directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes. Do this several times a day until the hemorrhoid goes away. •You can even use a small pack of frozen vegetables such as peas or corn. Wrap the pack in a tea towel and then apply it on the hemorrhoid. Do this for 20 minutes at a time, three times a day. Take Nux vom 30 – twice daily for next 10 days Continue treatment.

Your abdominal aorta (normal artery in the abdomen) may be palpable in very thin people or those with lax musculature. If the pulsations are very large or visible get a USG or CT done to rule out Aneurysm.

Although the gallstones cannot be removed with medicines but being a homoeopath and with an experience of 20 years besides me,I have developed certain technical medicinal combinations with which our gallstones will be removed completely but the percentage of removal of gallstones is 70% ( means if out of 100 patients ,70 patients were removed of gallstones.)This is very high percentage and I am very much confident about it.consult me if you dont want to go for surgery.

Hi, I am Dr Monty Talwar. I am practising homeopathy since last 20 years. Presntly I am practising in Gurgaon. Today, let us discuss about Gallstones.

Gallstones is the formation of stones in the gall bladder. These gallstones can be either Cholestrol stones or Bilirubin stones.

The cholestrol stones appear yellowish or whitish in colour. The bilirubin stones appear blackish in colour. Sometimes there is a combination of these two stones. THere may be either single stones or multiple stones. The patient may complain of moderate to severe pain in abdomen, nausea, vomiting, lot of gas, fever.

Now the causes can be dietary. If the patient is taking very less water or fluid. Diet which is rich in carbohydrates. THe diet which is rich in oily fatty food like ghee, oil, cheese, byutter. and again lack of exercise

Other causes can be Obesity, constipation, liver disease, diabetes or family history of gallstones, pregnancy.

Earlier, gallstones were most commonly found in women around 40 years of age. BUt these days we see lot of younger adults facing problem of gallstones. So, the treatment includes;

  • Advising a proper diet to the patient.
  • More intake of water (atleast 10-12 glasses of water everyday).
  • Reduce carbohydrates in diet
  • Reduce the intake of oily, fatty food like ghee, butter, oil and cheese.
  • Regular exercise is advised to the patient.

In homeopathy, we give acute medicines when the patients come with the acute totality or having lot of pain Nausea, vomiting, acute fever. We give acute medicines to relieve the patient from the pain. Once the pain is settled, we give constitutional medicine to the patient. These constitutional medicines are deep acting medicines. THey help to stimulate the immune system of the patient.

The constitutional medicines are given on the basis of the nature temperament of the pateint, physcial generalities whether he is comfortable in hot weather or cold weather. How much he sweats, his urination, desire in food, his nature, temperament. All these things make up this constitutional make up. These medicines have to be given for the long time, liek 6 months to 1 year so that the stoens can dissolve. In this way we approach a case with gallstones.

If you have any query regarding gallstones or any other complain, you can consult me online through Lybrate or visit my clinic which is in Sohna Road.

Thank you.
