I am 31 year old male. My weight is 60 kg and height is 5 ft 11 inch. Since last 10 years my weight is still same. As per the height and age my weight is very less. My physique is also very thin and slim. I am feeling very tired every time even complete rest. My body is very sensitive like one time if I miss to take lunch due to some bg schedule then quick my body is looking like a patient. My face skin is also rough and dry means even though after taking bath I am not looking fresh. My body is also quick affected by cold and winter weather. Twice in a year fever and cold attack me. My weight is not increasing even though I am taking too much meals. My body is not strong. My stomach is also clean and no any issue like constipation. As per the lab test report lipid profile is normal. T3=79 T4=8 TSH=6.92 25-OH vitamin D (total)=14.25 What should I have to do?

You need antioxidant rich diet along with small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meals like stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat colorful diet means eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables which are full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Do breathing exercises as well. Quit smoking or drinking if any. Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight consult me privately for customized diet plan as per your needs.

Hi, due to improper digestion and absorption of food in the body the wt will not increase, you should eat while some diet, not only non veg, eat healthy, nutritious diet, sleep for 8 hrs, drink plenty of fluids. Hello, You have just mentioned your weight without height so one cannot estimate your BMI. For the gas problem, you need to have more of fruits and vegetable in your diet that have more fibre that help in reliving constipation. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water and warm water first thing in the morning and also before going to bed. Do exercise or walking which will also reduce gas problem.

1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Vegetarian diet is better than nonveg. So do not get depressed. Take mix pulses specially in sprouting form. Milk,curd, paneer. All these along with seasonal fruits are good for you.
