The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. There are several benefits of water namely:
1. Water indirectly helps weight loss. If we choose water or eat a diet higher in water-rich foods that are healthier, more filling, and help you trim calorie intake.
2. Food with high water content tends to look larger, its higher volume requires more chewing, and it is absorbed more slowly by the body, which helps to feel full. Water-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, broth-based soups, oatmeal, and beans.
3. Water can help lower blood pressure, as blood is mainly comprised of water. Dehydration will definitely affect your blood pressure adversely. Excessive salt consumption can adversely affect blood pressure, sodium can be flushed out of the body by drinking clean purified water daily.
4. Water can help lower the cholesterol. Drinking plenty of water will keep the blood ways clean and eliminate excess build up of cholesterol waste from the body.
5. The quality of the drinking water can also have an effect on our cholesterol levels. Chlorine in drinking water can raise levels of plasma cholesterol, most tap water is chlorinated. Therefore, it is good to install a quality water filtration system that can remove chlorine and other harmful chemicals from drinking water.
6. The main toxin in the body is blood urea nitrogen, a water-soluble waste that is able to pass through the kidneys to be excreted in the urine. If you chronically drink too little, you may be at higher risk for kidney stones, especially in warm climates.
7. Water helps maintain normal bowel function. When you don't get enough fluid, the colon pulls water from stools to maintain hydration and results in constipation.

Take milk and products. Take paneer, egg , omelette, dry fruits, milk shake, milk cornflakes, . Take any sweet item .do strach exercise alternate days. Have small nd frequent meal every 2 - 3 hr interval. Don't skip your breakfast specially.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Generally these kind of concerns are very common. Mastrubation is a healthy sexual activity. The frequency and duration is not very important and has no reason to feel bad about it. Masturbating is good and natural for both men and women. In healthy individuals, masturbation is seen as a harmless expression of sexuality.

The best exercises are those involving stretching the neck backwards, as that works against cervical spondylosis. In yoga, start doing bhujangasana, tadasana, gomukhasana etc. Don't use pillows while sleeping. Put cow ghee 2 drops in nose daily. Massage with medicated oil followed by fomentation. This will relax the muscles. If it is more, then go for greeva vasti at a panchakarma centre.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Hye. Proteins are not stored in the body like other nutrients. Your body will utilize only as much protein it needs and the rest will be broken down for energy purpose which is it's secondary function; main being building/repairing muscles. Depending on the exercise (ie. Strength training/cardio or activities like gymnastics or weight lifting) your body's needs for proteins varies. Although whey is natural and the most easily and quickly assimilated form of protein - it is not needed to be exclusively included in your diet. You have to have a balanced healthy protein rich diet for the supplement to be utilised.       Protein need totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. Protein needs have to be assessed. Most often we depend only on supplements and don't know how much is actually needed and take it randomly. So, side effects are less if you are taking a balanced diet and protein intake is not exceeding your body's needs or you have no inherent medical condition.
