For gaining weight and muscle mass, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Try to include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/Almond shake Go for weight gain exercise.

Dear lybrateuser, - To develop your body & to keep fit you have to consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - it is not necessary to join a gym, you can also do exercises at home, do jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do weight bearing exercises like pushups, pull ups, squats, crunches, also can lift light dumbbells to develop muscles 2-3 times a week, do different group of muscles each day, give rest to that part for 1-2 days then again repeat - have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein food in each of your meals & also have as snack in between meals when you feel hungry - also sleep well for 8-9 hrs at night as sleep is very important for proper development of the body.

Weight gain is very slow process for weight gain you have to eat healthy and frequent meals. You can take 2tsp aleovera + 2 tsp amla Juice+ 2tsp wheat grass juice in equal amount of water empty stomach as these juices help in liver detoxification. In breakfast include options like paneer stuffed besan cheela /1-2 potato stuffed roti+ 1bowl curd/1-2 bowl suji upma+ green chutney + 1cup milk/coffee .Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Try to include more frequent meals.
