Hello lybrate user your weekness and other compalints are result of low haemoglobin level. Just start some haematinic tablet or syp daily. Also eat beet, palak, methi and khajur fruits. It help to increase hb level and as your hb become normal other complaint will reduce gradually.

Hi there, Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a neurological disorder characterized by uncomfortable leg sensations that can interfere with resting or falling asleep. Experts believe that low levels of iron in the brain may be responsible for RLS. An imbalance of dopamine is also believed to be involved. About 60% of people with restless legs have a family member with the condition, indicating a strong genetic component. Anyone can have restless legs syndrome, but it’s more common in older adults and women. Mild symptoms of RLS may start in early adulthood and then increase with age. After age 50, RLS symptoms often increase in severity and significantly disrupt sleep. Restless legs syndrome is also common during pregnancy (approximately 40% of pregnant women experience it). Restless legs syndrome: It's real Studies estimate that 1 out of 10 people suffer from restless legs, yet it’s not always easy to find help and support. Many people with RLS never get proper treatment. Part of the problem is that it’s hard to explain and often dismissed as being “nervous.” Those who haven’t experienced the distressing symptoms may not understand how severely they can impact the quality of your life. Even doctors may not take restless legs seriously, recognize the symptoms, or realize it’s a real medical condition. The good news is that recent research has increased our understanding of restless legs syndrome, leading to more effective treatments. At the same time, RLS is becoming more widely recognized. If you or your partner suffers from restless legs, there’s never been a better time to find relief. There’s a lot you can do to take care of restless legs syndrome yourself. In fact, mild RLS can often be treated with lifestyle changes alone. Avoiding known restless legs triggers is a smart first step. Manage stress. RLS symptoms get worse when you’re anxious and overwhelmed. Anything you can do to keep stress in check will help, including relaxation techniques such as meditation and deep breathing. Cut back or eliminate alcohol. Alcohol is known to worsen the symptoms of restless legs, so be cautious about drinking in the evening. Alcohol also disrupts sleep, so you’re more likely to wake up in the middle of the night and be bothered by RLS symptoms. Don’t overdo it. Strenuous exercise can exacerbate the symptoms of RLS, especially close to bedtime, so be smart about your exercise routine. It’s also wise to avoid sudden changes in your activity level. Stop smoking. Nicotine is a stimulant that impairs blood flow to muscles and can make restless legs worse, so it’s best to avoid cigarettes, vaporizers, and e-cigarettes. Experiment with caffeine. For some people with RLS, caffeine is a trigger. However recent research shows that it may actually be beneficial for others. Makes the symptoms of restless legs syndrome worse. To see which camp you fall into, try cutting out coffee, tea, and soft drinks and monitor your symptoms. A number of vitamin and mineral deficiencies are linked to restless legs syndrome (RLS). Iron. Iron deficiency (anemia) is a well-known cause of RLS, so ask your doctor to test you for anemia. However, supplementing with iron can also improve RLS symptoms in those who aren’t anemic. Magnesium. Magnesium can improve sleep and some studies have shown it to be beneficial for restless legs. Try experimenting with a magnesium supplement (250 to 500 mg) at bedtime to see if your symptoms improve. Vitamin D. Recent studies show that RLS symptoms are more frequent and more severe in people with vitamin D deficiency. Your doctor can easily test your vitamin D levels or you can simply make it point to get out more in the sun. Folate (folic acid). Folate deficiency has been linked to RLS, which may explain why restless legs are so common in pregnant women (folate plays a key role in healthy fetal development). When folic acid is low, B12 is often low as well, so you may want to try supplementing with a B-complex vitamin. I hope this helps. I wish you a very quick and speedy recovery. Sincerely,

My age is 23. I am suffering from sexual weakness. It all started at the age of 11 through night falls and after 6 years I started masturbation (but I stopped this practice). Now I feel too much weakness in my body, eyes became pale yellow, wrist is too weak and several other aches in my body. Coming to the condition of pennis, it appears to be small in size, hanging testicles, small size of testis. On the other hand I am preparing for govt. Exams and wanna know that is sexual weakness going to fail me in the medical examination? What if I take treatment to cure sexual weakness? In simple words micoalbuminuria is due to loss of holding capacity of the kidney and absorb protein and leak more than usual protein in the urine. The reasons are many. Usually injury to the kidney (infection, hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune diseases etc) causes this. Finding out the reason for the same will help us doctors to treat the problem and bring the leak down. Please consult a Nephrologist for the same.

I don't know if this is casual or a problem with me, I have some doubts about my sexual aspects. Basically if I watch porn I feel much more pleasure then in bed, and not that I had done it many times, it will max like 2-3 times till now at the age of 26. I can't even perform well, I mean I start well but then within few minutes something happens and everything (erection, pleasure, confidence, energy) goes down and I feel very bad and under confident. Mr. lybrate-user, If diabetes is there for long time and even if it well controlled, there is certain amount of damage to small vasculature, which can cause ED. But it is absolutely important to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. Then you might consider using a drug like PDE-V Inhibitor. For Premature Ejaculation: For Premature ejaculation, or ejaculating before you or your partner wanted you to, is a common problem that strikes most men at some point in their lives. Several factors can influence when ejaculation occurs, but it can be controlled with some forethought or, in extreme cases, medical intervention. Here are some strategies to help you get over premature ejaculation: 1.Use Lignocaine gel or spray. Apply it over glans penis 15 minutes before intercourse. 2. Control your mind. Do Yoga and Meditation. 3. Slow down your ****ing intercourse speed. 4. Do: Stop - Start technique. 5. You can use penile silicon rings or bands 6. Keep your penis clean always. Wash its head twice daily. 7. Pinch base of penis @ the peak of ****ing. 8. Ask your partner to do this pinching job. Ask her to gently pull your balls. 9. Withdrew penis and squeeze it and insert again. 10. Do Kleegel exercise. 11. Do Sun therapy for glans penis. 12. Divert your attention. 13. Get Circumcision done. Night Fall in Men. Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, especially among adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation during sleep in the night or in the early hours of the morning. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep. 7. If night fall happens then they should not worry about this, because if you keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then there more chances to have it reoccur. 8. Should avoid constipation because an upset digestive system also sometimes causes this condition. 9. If the person is having the habit of taking milk at night then they should take milk in the evening instead of at night. 10. Kegel exercise also helps control Night Fall. 11. Do yoga and meditation. Remember to talk to your doctor or a qualified professional like a doctor before you start or stop your medications and never self-medicate. There is nothing to be embarrassed about if you suffer from this problem as it is a normal physiological phenomenon.
