You can exercise just like a normal person. You can do a mix of cardiovascular and weight training exercise. Start with a very low intensity but gradually increase the intensity. As you keep exercising it will keep you fitter and stronger.

Dear Lybrate user, your question is a very theoretical one and many studies have been conducted regarding this. Aging is a mystery for scientists and many exceptions exist that defy common aging phenomena. For example, take the cases of such rare people who have lived more than 110 or 120 years. No one knows for sure what is their diet and physiology that led them live for so many years. We may say that such people are chance phenomena. Because not everyone is living up to 100 or more years. The questions you have put are interesting but they lack logical validity. You seem to indicate that less sleep leads to great scientific discoveries. Or that people who take less sleep live for longer. It seems you want to say that by sleeping less one may focus on productive endeavors. But there are many critical points in this argument. First of all, there is no such evident certain causation. There may be people who seem to be productive but not because they are utilizing sleep hours. One or two hours may not make you super-productive if you are not determined and hard working towards your goals. We may reason otherwise that people who are productive and energetic may not require too much rest because their ambitions make them alert and competitive. They are living a meaningful life. Compare the life of a person who is watching television all the time and spending time on whatsapp or facebook. His life is too monotonous and dry. This kind of person usually sleeps more. He has so much time to spend in leisure. His brain is working slowly. On the other hand, a person like Narendra Modi or Shahrukh Khan, works for 18-20 hours per day. They remain fit and calm due to productive work schedule. They enjoy their life more. So the key to less sleep and more productivity may lie in hard work, ambition, and meaningful life. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take bc-11, 5 tab every 4 hourly drink lots of water and take light food. If fever does not goes then go for blood test.

Hi, Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed because they don’ t have proper knowledge about the size of their organs. It is important to know that size of penis doesn’t matters unless it is too small to perform sexual intercourse. Sperm count/ volume, penis size (if it does not hinder sexual intercourse), scrotum size, duration of ejaculation has nothing to do with sexual life and stamina. Heart-healthy behavior is penis-healthy behavior. You should quit smoking, eat more low-cholesterol foods, and get plenty of regular cardio exercise—particularly squats, hip thrusts, and leg lifts—to send blood rushing to the pelvic and gluteal area. In case if it is really small to perform intercourse, PLEASE do not waste your time and money with quacks/ new paper adds/ various miracle pills. Consult some doctor preferably urologist/ endocrinologist to seek help.

Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration, with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person wishes. It may result in an unsatisfactory sexual experience for both partners. This can increase the anxiety that may contribute to the problem. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.
