5 Causes Of Bacterial Vaginosis!

What is Bacterial Vaginosis?

Bacterial Vaginosis is an infection that occurs in and around the female genitalia. It does not usually pose a major health threat and is a mild infection that can be controlled and cured with timely medical intervention. Although it is believed to be sexually transmitted, it can also affect women who are not sexually active.

Bacterial Vaginosis can however, be dangerous for women who are pregnant and are near to their delivery date. It can cause severe uterine infection and increases the chance of miscarriage.

In some cases, pelvic surgeries, which include caesarean, hysterectomy, abortion or other abdominal surgery, bacterial vaginosis can be contracted during the surgical procedure. This can further complicate the condition of the patient.

Bacterial Vaginosis is a common complaint among women who have physically reached the child bearing age and symptoms of this physical problem can become prominent at any time of the menstrual cycle.

Causes of Bacterial Vaginosis

  1. Unhygienic washrooms

  2. Dirty, unwashed underwear

  3. Multiple sexual partners

  4. Change in the vaginal pH, causing the reduction in the protective acidic secretion that prevents the growth of other harmful bacteria

  5. It can also arise from the placement of Intrauterine device (IUD), a contraceptive device placed to prevent the eggs released by the ovaries, from reaching the uterus.

Symptoms of Bacterial Vaginosis

  1. The most common sign of bacterial vaginosis is a foul smelling vaginal discharge.

  2. The discharge increases after sexual activities.

  3. Discomfort during urination

  4. In some rare cases, there is itching and dryness

  5. In most cases, bacterial vaginosis does not reveal too many symptoms and does not even cause intense irritation.

Treatment

  1. Bacterial Vaginosis can be treated with antibiotics that are generally to be continued for a course of 7 days.

  2. Symptoms and discomfort of bacterial vaginosis generally recede within 2-3 days. However, it is recommended that the medicine should not be stopped even after the symptoms disappear.

  3. Only in rare cases, certain antibiotics may lead to a vaginal yeast infection. In case of redness, inflammation, irritation and undesirable discharge, you must seek medical attention immediately.

Role Of Stress In Infertility

stress boosts levels of stress hormones, such as adrenaline, catecholamines, and cortisol, which can inhibit the release of the body’s main hormone, gonadotropin releasing hormone, which is responsible for the release of sex hormones. Subsequently, this may suppress ovulation in women, reduce sperm count in men and lower libido in both women and men.

Essential Oils In Erectile Dysfunction-a Perspective!

Essential Oils In Erectile Dysfunction-a Perspective!

Essential oils for ED

Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that contain the chemical compounds that make up the aroma of the plant they derive from. They are produced through distillation, and can be harmful if used in their pure form; people must dilute essential oils in a carrier oil before use.

Do not apply essential oils directly to the skin. Dilute essential oils in a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil — the usual dilution is 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in one ounce of carrier oil.

Each type of oil has different properties and can be used to achieve different effects. While there is evidence to suggest that essential oils can help to treat certain conditions, such as acne or a headache, studies have shown that they can have several adverse side effects, including allergic reactions.

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) do not regulate essential oils, so they should be used with a high degree of caution and only in consultation with a doctor or healthcare professional.

Six essential oils for ED

Ginger is popular for treating a wide range of conditions, including male infertility.

The evidence underlying the use of essential oils in treating ED is often anecdotal, but some empirical work has been conducted to suggest certain oils may be helpful:

  1.  Ginger: Ginger is used widely in alternative medicine for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. A study in 2014 found that daily ginger extract supplementation in mice stimulated the production of sperm after 22 days compared to a control group. Other studies found that ginger extracts reduced male infertility in rats.
  2.  Cinnamon: Research in rats has found that cinnamon extracts could promote reproductive health and stimulate the production of sperm and testosterone, to improve sexual functioning.
  3.  Watermelon seed: Watermelon seed extracts have antioxidant properties and can protect and promote sperm health in rats. A 2013 study found that the daily administration of watermelon seed extract in male rats for 28 days increased their sperm concentration and motility compared to a control group.
  4.  Aloe veraAloe vera is widely used in both traditional and modern medicine for several purposes. Research in mice has found that Aloe vera extracts may be useful for treating sexual dysfunctions as it can stimulate cell division and increase testosterone production, which has the effect of increasing sperm cell count.
  5.  Nutmeg: Nutmeg extracts have long been used in the traditional medicine of South Asia (Unani medicine) to treat sexual dysfunction in males. One study found nutmeg to be associated with higher levels of sexual activity in rats.
  6.  Clove: Clove extracts are another traditional aphrodisiac used in Unani medicine, as suggested by one study that found a sustained increase in the sexual activity of male rats that consumed clove extracts.

Takeaway

Currently, there are no conclusive studies to demonstrate that essential oils can effectively treat ED in human males because much of the empirical research has been conducted in rodents rather than humans.

Essential oils can be toxic and should never be taken by mouth. Anyone considering using essential oils for ED should speak with a certified aromatherapist first. Essential oils should be diffused into the air or applied diluted in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. While essential oils can have adverse side effects, when used correctly, they are considered safe and could still have benefits for ED.

Aside from essential oils, there are other alternative treatments for ED that people can pursue. Talk to a healthcare provider for the best treatment as ED can be a symptom of other problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, or prostate issues.

G-spot In Females-an Unexplored Area For Orgasm!

G-spot In Females-an Unexplored Area For Orgasm!

Making her happy doesn't always have to be a mystery. For years, the clitoris was considered the only trigger for the female orgasm. Alas, even finding the clitoris turned out to be a daunting task for many men, and things didn't get any easier in 1950 when a physician by the name of Dr. Ernst Grafenberg found an even more mysterious female pleasure spot hidden within the vagina.

This area became popularized by sexologists in the 1980s as the "G-spot." It turns out that stimulation of the G-spot produces a very powerful kind of female orgasm; and in some women, it even produces female ejaculation, colloquially known as "squirting."

For both of these reasons, finding, stimulating and discovering how to master the woman's G-spot has become, for both men and women, the Holy Grail of female pleasuring.

What exactly is the g-spot?

It is the bean-shaped, spongy tissue of the paraurethral gland, which is analogous to the male prostate. The actual area is only about the size of a quarter, but it feels rougher to the touch than the surrounding tissue. Because the G-spot is composed of erectile tissue, it swells up when blood rushes to it -- especially if you learn how to master the woman's G-spot effectively.

It is located about one to two inches back from the vaginal opening inside the front vaginal wall. The "front" wall is the wall of the vagina on the same side as her belly button.

The best way to find the g-spot

First of all, the G-spot is easiest to locate when a woman is sexually aroused, so don't stint on your foreplay first. (You knew I would get that in!)

To locate and master the woman's G-spot, face your partner while she is lying on her back and insert your index or long middle finger into her vagina as far as it will easily go. Then crook it up toward yourself in a "come hither" motion, sliding your fingertip along the top of the vagina until you find an area that is rougher than the rest of that vaginal wall. (Make sure you have your fingernails clipped short and buffed before you do this -- sharp fingernails will definitely spoil the effort.) This rough or slightly ridged area is the "G-spot," and touching it will often cause a woman to react with surprise or pleasure.

Girth Versus Length - What Does She Really Prefer?

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)

Girth Versus Length - What Does She Really Prefer?

Let's face it, for decades and decades, this question has haunted every man's mind, and that is, does she likes girth or length? In either of the two, the end result is a deeply satisfied and happy woman. But again, why and what does a woman prefer? Another question to wonder about is whether or not a woman really thinks about either of these two? Well, it is obvious that a woman will have preferences but how exactly does she prefer a certain thing is what men need to know!

After all, who would want to leave an unsatisfied beau in bed? Believe it or not, but problems in bed can destroy even the happiest of the relationships! For years on end now, men have been trying to get an answer whether they should have an above average length or above average girth. Well, it is time that you guys should come out of your misery and finally get an answer since we have now found out a legit scientific answer to this Holy Grail question. To know the truth, continue reading below and discover the ultimate preference of women in case of girth versus length!

After decades of research and studies related to the sexual psychology of women and a man's health, we have been able to conclude that girth always comes ahead of length. Every 8 women out of 10 would prefer a man with a thicker penis over a man with longer but thinner penis. And guess what? There is a scientific logic behind this answer which has to do with a woman's desire.

As we all know that the vagina of a woman is very shallow in nature, hence, a thicker penis is good for stimulating the clitoris. The vagina is merely 4 inches or lesser in girth, and hence, a penis with thicker girth gives most sexual stimulation to the partner and therefore, a good time! And it is only natural for a woman to seek a man with thicker penis since he will be able to promise her more impact and a good orgasm. This does means, for a fact, that a man might have 10 inches of a penis but if they don't have a thickness of at least, 4.5 inches you are almost invisible to a woman!

But again, the thing is that every man cannot be perfect. Let's face it, as much as having a perfect hourglass figure for a woman is difficult as much as it is difficult for a man to have a penis with perfect thickness and perfect length! The revelation of the long asked question above could either be good news for you or life ending news for others. But the truth is that we don't mean to scare you by this answer especially now when we are living in the age of manipulation and medical advancements!

I am guessing that most of you men must be thinking of pushing hard on your lenses to make it thicker but we all know it, it is just not possible! The best and most successful way is to use organic ayurvedic medicine. Believe it or not but Ayurvedic medicine is the only way to ensure that you get a thicker penis. In order to know more about penis thickening and girth improving medicine, click the link given below!
