My mother is 70 years old. She is having pain in both the knees. Doctor has told that this is due to arthritis. Can you please share what are the possible remedies, what precautions can be taken to avoid it and how can we reduce the pain. Are there home reamedies for It? Regards

Hii. Home remedies for pain relief is hot n cold therapy. Take hot water.Dip towel in it n place over her knees.Keep it for 10-15 mins then put ice spell for 10-15 mins.Thrice in a day.With this she needs to do strengthening exercises for leg muscles. Some precautions as well like No folding legs.Use of western toilet.Placing foot one by one while climbing up.Wearing proper shoe.No standing /sitting for long periods.

Hello- Colorless or transparent semen suggests deficiency, it may be either due to poor dietary habits or due to excessive loss of semen from masturbation. A healthy semen is thick and milky whitish in nature and it shows the health of the reproductive system. Start some herbal aphrodisiacs to avoid further damage or it will make you sexually weak someday.

check ur hb content...anemic conditions may also result in poor absorption of nutrients and weak body..take more milk, as it is complete food and lot of veggies n fruits since it hav all the essential vitamins and minerals..

Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk. You need to take balanced diet. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5.Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain .6. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 7.if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult cardiologist

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Your weight should be 65 kg. For dark circles do pappaya massage daily on your face and for puffy eyes there are so many causes like lack of sleep, high bp etc.

Hi, according to your height your weight should be in 52kg to 65 kg. For increase weight you have to maintain time schedule, like you have to tale 6-7 meal in a whole day since morning to night.

All About Melasma

A common skin condition, which causes the discoloration of your skin in patches across the face, melasma is more of a social embarrassment and cause for distress rather than being a serious condition. Although it affects men as well, studies have shown that over 90 percent of patients are women. It is also known as the mask of pregnancy as many pregnant women develop this skin condition.

Causes of Melasma
Primary causes of melasma have been attributed to various hormonal changes within the body. Let's look at some of the factors that may cause this disorder:
1. Pregnancy: This is often attributed as the leading cause of melasma, the primary cause has often been attributed to hormonal changes that a woman may experience due to pregnancy.

2. Treatments that may change hormonal balance: Women on contraceptive pills or who have implants such as intrauterine devices may also develop this disorder. This is due to the balance of estrogen and progesterone being changed within the body.

3. Sun exposure: Continued sun exposure may also lead to melasma. This is due to the activation of melanocytes within the body which start producing more melanin.

4. Stress: Long periods of stress on the body can also trigger hormonal changes and cause melasma.

5. Thyroid problems: If someone suffers from Hypothyroidism or low levels of the thyroid hormone, it can trigger other hormonal changes and also cause this skin disorder. 
It has also been noticed that people with generally a darker skin tone tend to get melasma and it is less common in people with fairer skin.

Certain characteristics of Melasma
Melasma develops in certain patterns which can be easily diagnosed either as spots on the skin similar to freckles or brown patches of skin that grow bigger. Some of these patterns are:
a. Malar pattern: This grows on the nose and cheeks
b. Mandibular pattern: Starts growing around the jaw line
c. Brachial melasma: This grows on the upper arms and shoulders
d. Lateral cheek pattern: Grows on the cheek on both sides of the face
e. Centrofacial pattern: Nose, upper lips, forehead and cheeks

Treatment of Melasma
Most women who develop melasma during pregnancy report that it goes away after childbirth. However certain forms of melasma may appear in non-pregnant women due to hormonal changes. Treating the underlying hormonal changes usually resolves the problem. However certain other methods may be required to resolve the issues such as skin creams, chemical peels, dermabrasion and microdermabrasion.

Drink plenty of water. Your kidneys need it to move waste through your system. Get plenty of antioxidants. Fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants can help protect your cells from the damage heavy metals can cause. Vitamin C and E are especially powerful antioxidants for protecting against the oxidative damage from heavy metals. Get enough fiber. Fiber helps move food through your system, reducing the risk that you’ll absorb the heavy metals. Get enough glutathione. It’s an antioxidant that helps protect against heavy metal toxicity. A 2004 study showed that it glutathione (GSH) protected the liver when exposed to things like mercury and chromium. Good sources of this nutrient include fresh (not cooked) fruits and vegetables, particularly asparagus, broccoli, avocados, squash, and spinach. You can also try supplements of N-Acetyl Cystein (NAC) and alpha lipoic acid.

A check up of vit d and calcium levels and for knee put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time twice a day.
