Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands.

i am not in favour of supplement, take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od , 1 hr walk daily, it will help you,thanks.

In general, most cases of fatigue \weakness \ laziness may be attributed to three areas: lifestyle factors, medical conditions or psychological problems. A thorough assessment is needed in all three factors to get to the actual cause of weakness. Your diet and day to day life style also is very crucial for right diagnosis.

Following regimen is healthy and good for increasing weight without adding undue fat. Early morning 4 khajur to be roasted in ghee and taken. Before meals do Shawasan for 10 minutes. It will make you calm, decrease your appetite and yet increase d assimilation. Eat manuka 15-20 before meals. Then immediately have meals. Use fruit vegetables mostly (avoid palak, methi such leafy vegetables. Don't drink lot of water before or after meals. Have roasted rice only during afternoon meals. Fruits Apple or banana only empty stomach evening. At bed time have 2 Anjeer (figs) with 1tsf liquorice powder + ghee + warm water. Start Suryanamaskar daily. This much is sufficient. please consult me on Lybrate for more minor details.

The best way is to sip on water at frequent intervals. Avoid taking too much water while eating as it will supress your appetite. Within few minutes of eating your meal you can have a glass of water.

Myth : Exercise makes one hungrier and gain weight when on an exercise program.
Fact: Exercise is actually an effective appetite suppressant. It will however, make you thirsty because you will perspire, urinate and respirate fluid from your body. That is why you need to drink water before , during and after exercise. If you make the mistake of eating instead of drinking in order to rehydrate, or if you drink so called ‘sports drinks’ or ‘energy drinks’ , then of course you will negate the effects of your exercise. Exercise also oxygenates your blood supply and body cells, which helps to boost metabolism and burn body fat for several hours after you have finished exercising.

You can try this exercise at your place- Sit straight on chair. Make sure foot is rested on the ground. Hold both the hands behind the head. Bend slowly forward using abdominal muscles. Straighten the back slowly and sit straight. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Sir I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis and it is causing heavy pains throughout my joints all over in my body and they are getting stiffed please tell me what is the cure for this.

There is definately no cure for ankylosing spondilitis but yes regular mobility exercises, stretching can reduce you pain and joint stifness to a great extent, so either consult a near by physiotherapist regularly or consult me for further guidence.

Hi I am 40 yrs old I had l4, l5 problem means like a butterfly shape is there, but last year summer ending I face a problem of knee to foot and elbow to fingers burning sensation is there, at that time I met one Dr. He given a simple medication means daily one tab of nuerobeian and daily morning and evening 30 mins walking with belt after that I relive that pain now means after one year I facing same problem and one more thing when I wear the belt after that my total body is shivering and motion sensation is there means some times coming some times may not total body is dehydrogenation feeling is there please kindly give me a best suggestion thanking you.

Slip disc is one of the causes of pain in spine. Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

While sitting there is a cracking sound inside my right knee, doctor said it might be deficiency of vitamin D. After some tests doctor confirmed that I have vitamin deficiency. He gave me vitamin powders and he said to stand in early morning sunlight so that I can get vitamin D. But I have not much time to stand in early morning sunlight. I'm a student so I have to get ready for school. Can I have some vitamin D rich foods? But I do not know what to eat, can you please suggest some vitamin D rich foods?

Hye. Thanks for the query. Vitamin D is essential for bone health. If you don't spend enough time in the sun or if your body has trouble absorbing the vitamin, you may not get enough.  Firstly it is important to understand that you need to have a balanced diet to help absorption of all vitamins. But there are some things you can do to increase the Vitamin D levels. Firstly get sunlight. Sunlight spurs the body to make vitamin D.A small amount of sun exposure without sunscreen can do the trick. If you're going to get it from the sun, about 20 to 25 minutes of exposure is helpful. Include in your diet foods like fatty fish like mackerel/bangda, an egg yolk, dairy, fish oil (capsules), ghee and nuts. Also you may have to take a supplement as per the physician's advice.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
