I am 19 year old. And I am suffering terrible backpain while sitting on chair. I don't know the reason. Please help me.
Reason must be the prolonged sitting. Avoid long duration sitting, get up from your chair after every 30mins. Do gentle stretching of your back, mainly bend behind. Start doing basic core strengthening exercises. Avoid sedentary life style and weight gain.

I have pain in my back. It started from a point in back and continuous to left leg psin goes from back to leg.

I have pain in my back. It started from a point in back and continuous to left leg psin goes from back to leg.
It seems like a nerve irritation of the nerve going down to your leg. Avoid sitting for long time and start lying on your tummy by keep two pillows below your chest. Maintain this position for at least 15 minutes. Repeat it twice a day. Avoid bending forward.
