Homoeopathy is wonderful in treating such chronic, repetitive complaints. It builds up immunity and restores health of an individual. Mix a teaspoon or two of salt with a warm glass of water and let it dissolve. Swish the solution in your mouth from side to side, then spit it into the sink. Don’t swallow the salt solution. This may help ease pain and reduce inflammation. Dry the area with a clean cotton swab first, then use a fresh swab to apply the honey. Look for Manuka honey, as it has the most potent antibacterial qualities. If you can’t find it, though, any kind of honey will help fight bacteria. Suck on ice chips. I am suffering from bad breath, this problem is facing from last 5-6 years. But now it is very high. And I am observing that my saliva is so concentrated. When ever I am drinking water, I feel some concentrated liquid at my throat, if am not take anything the mouth get sticky and causes bad breath. Also I am suffering from fever once in a month, which is only for one or two days, from last 7 8 months. Also I have some dental problems like blood from gums. Almost every person has some degree of bad breath upon waking in the morning (this is called morning breath) and is easily eliminated by brushing the teeth. It is only when bad breath progress after brushing ones teeth that a diagnosis of halitosis can be made. Halitosis is often caused by a mouth or throat infection or in response to a food item in one’s diet. The main food culprit is garlic which can often be easily counteracted by eating parsley. Oral health conditions can also cause bad breath and are responsible for the development of halitosis in 85-90% of bad breath sufferers. Severe diets which restrict carbohydrate intake such as ketogenic diets are also responsible for the development of bad breath. Certain anatomical deviations such as corrugations or striations in the tongue do allow for the accumulation and growth of bacteria in the oral cavity. Certain foods Foods such as garlic, onions and spicy foods etc. Cause foul smelling breath after eating them. Poor oral health care Without proper and regular brushing, flossing and routine examinations by your dentist, food remains in the mouth causing bacteria to multiply and produce toxic waste which in turn causes breath odor. Food stuck on the teeth, gums, and tongue creates an environment where bacteria can feed and multiply. These bacteria release certain chemicals as a by-product which causes damage and decay of the gums and teeth. The chemicals that are released by the bacteria and the resulting decay in the mouth contribute to the bad breath. Tobacco products Not only do tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco and snuff stain the teeth and put the body at risk for a host of other diseases, they also contribute to bad breath. Tobacco products cause bad breath, stained teeth, reduces one's ability to taste foods and irritates the gum tissue. Tobacco users are more likely to suffer from periodontal disease and are at greater risk for developing oral cancer. Medical condition Bad breath may be an indication or symptom of any of the following conditions. However, each individual may experience different symptoms such as: A respiratory infection Infection of the nose, windpipe, or lungs Chronic bronchitis Post nasal drip Chronic sinusitis Diabetes Gastrointestinal disorders Liver or kidney disorders Severe dieting Dieters may develop unpleasant "fruity" breath from keto-acidosis which is due to the breakdown of chemicals during fasting. Constipation causes a lot of discomfort to children. A lot of factors are responsible for constipation among children.

Some of them are:

  1. Deliberate Withholding: Often children may consciously avoid visiting the toilet, which may make them feel constipated. This may be due to embarrassment, especially in public spaces or they might be too engaged in playing to not go to the toilet, altogether. Some children do it out of fear when a previous toilet experience has been particularly painful.
  2. Illness and Medication: Infections and illnesses, especially ones pertaining to the stomach cause the child to become constipated. Many medicines and supplements also affect the digestive system and can lead to constipation.
  3. Diet: This is the primary cause of constipation in children. If the child's diet has low water and fibre content and heavily features sugar and processed foods, stool becomes hard and bowel movement gets restricted.

Treatment for constipation in children:

Constipation in children is treated differently than in adults as their diets and patterns of bowel movement are dissimilar. The primary treatments for constipation in children are:

  1. Dietary Adjustment - Making changes to the child's diet by including high fibre foods (such as fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads, cereals, etc.) can help cure constipation. Compelling the child to intake ample fluids in the form of water or milk is also necessary. Sugary drinks must be avoided.

Hi teeth whitening will not cause an obvious sensitivity. You can use sensitivity tooth pastes to avoid any discomfort. Rest you can go for other options like laminates, veneers. Depending upon the condition and the treatment plan.

Hi, initially while starting a work out you will get pain, but by practicing daily the pain will be reduce slowly. Do stretching for your muscles and icing.
