Rx. Thuja 1m/2 dose at 1/2an hour interval only once. Graphitis 3o. Od for 1months berberis aquafolium q/bd 15-15drops for 1months. Wash your face 3-4 time s from plane water. Avoid oily spicy & junk food. Avoid smoking.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Dear lybrate-user. Do not worry nature's gift. You think how glow of skin can be obtained and how mild herbals can lighten the complexion. Pl do not use steroid and chemical ointments. Never try to transform the complexion by unfair means. As of now you can apply raw milk with saffron powder dissolved in it, twice a day. Then wash after few hrs. Though my recommendation is wait for some time. Child not even of one month age.

Yes you can reduced weight by walking but its fast walking hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

It may be due to weakness of eye muscles or low visual acuity. Take nutrient diet. Sleep well and do regular eye exercises. You may start with ayurvedic eye drops.
