हमारे यहाँ प्राचीन काल से ही हमारे यहाँ सुबह उठने को उचित और स्वास्थ्य के दृष्टिकोण से बेहतर माना गया है. शास्त्रों में कहा गया है कि हमें ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में जग जाना चाहिए. हलांकि सुबह जगना शुरुवात में थोड़ी मुश्किल होता है लेकिन धीरे-धीरे इसकी आदत पड़ जाने पर सब ठीक हो जाता है. सुबह जल्दी उठना आपके स्वास्थ्य, मन और सम्पूर्ण शरीर के लिए बहुत ही फायदेमंद है. आइए सुबह उठने के फायदों को विस्तारपूर्वक जानें.

1. कम होगा तनाव
जाहिर है जब हम सोकर उठते हैं तो ताजगी महसूस करते हैं. लेकिन जब हमारी नींद पूरी नहीं हो पाती है तब हमें बेचैनी और तनाव महसूस होता है. यदि आप अनावश्यक तनाव से बचना चाहते हैं तो पर्याप्त नींद लें. सुबह देर से उठने के कारण आपको अपने परिवार और दोस्तों के साथ बैठने का समय नहीं मिलता है. आप थका हुआ भी महसूस करते हैं. यह चक्र चलते रहता है और आपको देर से उठने की आदत पड़ जाती है जिसके कारण शारीरिक और मानसिक तनाव पैदा हो जाता है. इस लिए जल्दी उठें और इस चक्र को समाप्त करें.
2. अच्छी नींद के लिए
कहते हैं कि हर चीज का एक निश्चित समय होता है. तो जगने का समय सुबह का ही उचित समझा जाता है. क्योंकि जब आप सुबह जागते हैं तो अपना सारा काम करते हुए दिन भर की व्यस्तता के बाद थका हुआ महसूस करते हैं. ऐसे में जब रात में बिस्तर पर जाते हैं तो आपको बहुत अच्छी नींद आती है. इससे आपका नींद चक्र और सेहत दोनों बेहतर होता है.
3. ऊर्जावान बनाने में
जब आप सूर्योदय से एक घंटे पहले सुबह उठते हैं तो सूर्य की ताल के साथ आपका शरीर चक्र चलता है. ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में जगने से आपके शरीर के ऊर्जा स्तर में महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव होता है. इस समय आसपास का वातावरण शांतिपूर्ण होता है. यह सकारात्मक कंपन उत्पन्न करता है और अच्छी नींद के बाद एक सुकून की भावना देता है. इस प्रकार आप अधिक ऊर्जावान महसूस करते हैं.
4. खुशी का एहसास
सुबह-सुबह जग जाने पर आप पाएंगे कि कसरत के बाद अधिक ऊर्जावान महसूस करते हैं. इस कारण आप पूरे दिन खुश रह सकते हैं. इसके अलावा जल्दी उठने से आप अधिक सकारात्मक और अपने काम के प्रति अधिक आत्मविश्वास का अनुभव करते हैं. जाहिर है ये भी आपको काफी खुशी महसूस कराने वाली होती है.
5. व्यायाम के लिए समय
जब आप जल्दी उठ जाएंगे तो आपके पास हर काम के लिए पर्याप्त समय होगा. व्यायाम जो कि हामारे लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है उसके लिए भी आपको समय मिल जाता है. वरना लोग अक्सर शिकायत करते हैं कि उनके पास व्यायाम के लिए समय नहीं मिल पाता है.
6. अवसाद में
रात को ज्यादा देर जागने वालों में सुबह जल्दी उठने वालों की तुलना में तीन गुना अधिक अवसाद का अनुभव करने की संभावना होती है. शोधकर्ताओं के मुताबिक रात को ज्यादा देर जागने वाले नकारात्मक विचारों और चिंता से ग्रस्त होते हैं जिससे डिप्रेशन हो सकता है. देर से उठने वाले समय के अभाव के कारण किसी भी काम को करने के लिए पहले से बेहतर योजना नहीं बना पाते हैं. अंत में जब वे सोने जाते हैं तो उनको कभी भी संतोष महसूस नहीं होता है. इससे उन्हें अवसाद हो सकता है.
7. प्रोडक्टिविटी बढ़ाने में
सुबह पूरे दिन का सबसे अधिक प्रोडक्टिव समय होता है क्योंकि रात के दौरान आपके मस्तिष्क को आराम मिलता है. सुबह आप मानसिक रूप से तेजी से सोचते हैं और अधिक एकाग्रित होते हैं. यदि आप जल्दी सोने और जल्दी उठने के नियम का पालन करें तो आप अपने महत्वपूर्ण कामों को आधे दिन में ही खत्म कर लेंगे.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, gym is not the only option you have to do some dietary changes in your daily routine diet. Try to take more & more green leafy vegetables and fruits. Take small & frequent meal. Do not skip your breakfast. Avoid simple carbs & sugar in diet. Try to avoid heavy dinner.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

May be affected by SUN RAYS in open has affected you .use some good company MOISTIZERS /Sun screen BEE Propolis creams/Aloe Gelly /or plane BEE Honey/ Haldi /Baking soda /annnd Sesame oil wash at night and take some good balanced 1; 1 ratio DHA: EPA ratio omegas.

Hello, There is a proper calculation, not a judgement to determine a calorie requirement of the individual. This can only be done by a qualified nutritionist or dietitian, this can never be generic or vague. Calorie requirement are base on various factors, my opinion would consult a qualified expert nutritionist, who can decide how, many calories you need based on various factors.

Your glycemic control is not good as for now. Repeat your blood sugar test + glyceted Hb (Hb1Ac) Your dose needs to be titrated too

Hello. Take Schwabe's Aplha-DP/ thrice a day after meals. The following yoga-poses will help you in improving your digestion (but don’t perform these on your own if you do have some medical condition which is contraindicated): 1.Pawanmuktasana: Lie down, relax and inhale, placing your hands on your knees. Exhale, and hug your knees to your chest. Rock your knees from side to side to maximize the stretch. Stay for five to ten breaths, and release your knees. Repeat this move a few more times. 2.Spinal Twist: Lie down, hug your knees and inhale. As you exhale, drop your knees to the left, using your left hand to push them down gently. Then, turn your head and stretch your arm out to the right. Stay for five to ten breaths. Inhale, and return your hands and knees to center. Repeat on the other side. 3.Bridge Pose: Lie on the floor and bend your knees. Keep your arms beside your body and your feet flat on the floor. Move your hips up to give your chest a good stretch. 4.Paschimottasana: Sit on the floor with your legs in front of you. Keeping your back straight, slowly hinge forward at the hips and lower your torso. Stay there for five to ten deep breaths. 5.Vajrasana: Sit down on your heels and lean back, placing your palms about eight inches behind you, with your fingertips pointing away from you. Press your hands into the ground, lift your chest and arch your back. You should feel your hips pushing into your heels. Increase the stretch by lowering your head behind you. Feel the stretch in your throat and chest. Hold for five breaths, and then sit up. 6.Balasana: Sit on your knees and feet with your legs spaced wide apart. Lean forward, stretching your arms in front of you. Then, keeping your back straight, place your forehead on the floor.

Most diabetics are hypertensive. Diabetics can prevent hypertension by absolute control of diabetes. Keep hba1c level at 6 -7. Chek lipids. Exercise important. Salt less than 2g/ day. Plenty of vegetables and fruits. Sugar and fruits to be avoided in diabetes. Papaya fruit is advised fir diabetics.

You should take small and frequent meal, if you loss your appetite then go for appetizer like take 1-2 oranges before your meal or 1 bowl clear green leafy vegetable soup ,mint water, cucumber + Coriender water. Take protein rich diet, include fruit shakes in your diet like apple, papaya, banana. Take 1 Fistful of dryfruits.
