I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.

Why muscles aren't growing even after working out in the gym? I eat 4 bananas, 3 to 4 eggs and a glass of milk everyday in order to gain some weight and increase my muscle size, but it seems like nothing is changing. Please help!

Lybrate-user 4 eggs is not what you need protein requirment increase when you exercise normal person need 40 gm protein and exercising person need 100 to 150 gm per day of protein.

He is very good in physic 2 years ago. Since he is promoted in office he is coming late to home because of office meetings & everyday he is getting fatty now his waist touches 36. Which is 32 2 years ago. He is very choose in eating he eats very less & also not using lift but uses stairs almost. Dring lemon a lot. Nothing is working any what to do now.

If you want to help him, you can. Please see that only lemon will not do. On the other hand congratulations that he is having desire to keep wt under control. That's why he is using stairs and eats less. His metabolism needs to be corrected. Take following steps: 1. Cleanse gut - taruni kusumakar kusumakar churna 1/2 tsp at night with warm water. It's a mild purgative. Will settle in 1-2 days. So start on the eve of holiday. 2. Deepan and pachan- may give agnitundi vati 1 bid, chitrakadi 2 bid, tab liv 52 ds 1 bid. 3. Medohar guggul- 2 bid 4. Kumaryasava- helps in digestion n metabolism. 15 ml + equal water after meals twice a day. All medicines with warm water. Lots of water (little hot) to be sipped whenever he gets time. Ask him to do so deep breathing esp kapal bhati. Start from 3 minutes in the morning if possible or 1/2 - 1 hr before dinner. Raise to 10 minutes in a week or so. If can have walks for 30- 45 minutes, its good. Otherwise walk within house/ flat itself as much he can do for 4 weeks and report. It will continue but you have to ask and report every 4 weeks for any change in directions. Say him to avoid tea coffee in office or take green tea or hot water sips. Nobody minds. I know. Avoid sugar in tea. Avoid sweets, heavy oily food. Serve him only green salad at night every alternative day. If feels hungry, roasted gram seeds may be given. Keep these with him in office bag. Amused? it will work. Itch of eating should be satisfied this way. My experience has been wonderful like this. Best wishes.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice....

Hello lybrate-user. 1st improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism. Take high protein diet.in sleeping time drink warm milk with honey. Take sleep after meal. Avoid junk food. Take chitrakadi bati tablet after meal.

I am 30 year female. Can you please suggest me what food we have to intake after removing 2 wisdom tooths at a time. I got cold because of eating cool food. Im unbearable with this pain. This is the 3rd day of removing this teeth. How many days I have to take care of this food and can I put steam to my nose for removing cold now. Pls.

Extractions of wisdom tooth can be painful at times as it requires a lot of bone cutting. It is normal to have pain and swelling for 10 days so need to worry. Tell your dentist to prescribe good medications and painkillers as per your health and age. No need have cool food. Only you do not have to take hot food. You are allowed to take warm food (at room temperature) stat warm saline gargle thrice a day. It will take about 2 weeks to heal. Do not inhale the steam too forcefully as it may dislodge the blood clot and hamper the healing again.

lybrate-user, If hypothyroidism is present then weight increase is bound to occur unless TSH level is brought down around 3 to 4 mU/L. So first thing is to see that TSH is at desired level. Then efforts to reduce weight are likely to be fruitful. Most important is to have a restricted diet and exercise daily for at least 1 hour. Thanks.
