Hello to gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Lift Weights, do free body weight exercises. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Digestive problems are due to imbalance diet, sedentary lifestyle, hormonal imbalance and stress and anxiety. So, you should eat proper diet without skip meal. Take nutritional diet . if you have constipation then follow fibres diet daily. Avoid fatty, spicy, oily and outdoor items in food. Avoid drink water during meal. Do exercise regularly. Must walk after eat meal. Avoid taking stress. will keep away from all digestive problems if you maintain proper schedule for eating, Drinking and exercises regularly and time to time. But you have any medical condition then take medicine too. You should take proper balance diet.

Hello, Check your vitamin B12, Calcium, Vitamin D and Thyroid profile. Picture would be clearer once the reports out. Simultaneously, ensure you are distressed and get the right diet after the right diagnosis. Look for the prominent changes in the food and lifestyle from past two months.

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Better to take breakfast after bath, but do not delay breakfast 8: 30-9: 00 am breakfast 1-2pm lunch 5 pm evening snacks 8 pm dinner.

Hi You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular chest exercises or machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

* आपका लगातार वजन बढ़ रहा है तो सावधान हो जाइए।

* आप भी इस समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं तो हम आपको बताने जा रहे हैं कुछ ऐसे छोटे-छोटे नुस्खे, जिन्हें अपनाकर आप बिना ज्यादा मेहनत किए वजन को नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं:--

* पुदीने की ताजी हरी पत्तियों की चटनी बनाकर चपाती के साथ खाएं। पुदीने वाली चाय पीने से भी वजन नियंत्रण में रहता है।

* आधा चम्मच सौंफ को एक कप खौलते पानी में डाल दें। 10 मिनट तक इसे ढककर रखें। ठंडा होने पर इस पानी को पिएं। ऐसा तीन माह तक लगातार करने से वजन कम होने लगता है।

* पपीता नियमित रूप से खाएं। यह हर सीजन में मिल जाता है। लंबे समय तक पपीता के सेवन से कमर की अतिरिक्त चर्बी कम होती है।

* दही खाने से शरीर की फालतू चर्बी घट जाती है। छाछ का भी सेवन दिन में दो-तीन बार करें।

* छोटी पीपल का बारीक चूर्ण पीसकर उसे कपड़े से छान लें। यह चूर्ण तीन ग्राम रोजाना सुबह के समय छाछ के साथ लेने से बाहर निकला हुआ पेट अंदर हो जाता है।

* ज्यादा कार्बोहाइड्रेट वाली वस्तुओं से परहेज करें। शक्कर, आलू और चावल में अधिक कार्बोहाइड्रेट होता है। ये चर्बी बढ़ाते हैं।

* केवल गेहूं के आटे की रोटी की बजाय गेहूं, सोयाबीन और चने के मिश्रित आटे की रोटी ज्यादा फायदेमंद है।

* सब्जियों और फलों में कैलोरी कम होती है, इसलिए इनका सेवन अधिक मात्रा में करें। केला और चीकू न खाएं। इनसे मोटापा बढ़ता है।


* मोटापा कम नहीं हो रहा हो तो खाने में कटी हुई हरी मिर्च या काली मिर्च को शामिल करके बढ़ते वजन पर काबू पाया जा सकता है। एक रिसर्च में पाया गया कि वजन कम करने का सबसे बेहतरीन तरीका मिर्च खाना है। मिर्च में पाए जाने वाले तत्व कैप्साइसिन से भूख कम होती है। इससे ऊर्जा की खपत भी बढ़ जाती है, जिससे वजन कंट्रोल में रहता है।



* खाने के साथ टमाटर और प्याज का सलाद काली मिर्च व नमक डालकर खाएं। इनसे शरीर को विटामिन सी, विटामिन ए, विटामिन के, आयरन, पोटैशियम, लाइकोपीन और ल्यूटिन मिलेेगा। इन्हें खाने के बाद खाने से पेट जल्दी भर जाएगा और वजन नियंत्रित हो जाएगा।

* रोज सुबह-सुबह एक गिलास ठंडे पानी में दो चम्मच शहद मिलाकर पिएं। इस घोल को पीने से शरीर से वसा की मात्रा कम होती है।

* गुग्गुल गोंद को दिन मे दो बार पानी में घोलकर या हल्का गुनगुना कर सेवन करने से ‪#‎वजन‬ कम करने में मदद मिलती है।

* हरड़ और बहेड़ा का चूर्ण बना लें। एक चम्मच चूर्ण 50 ग्राम परवल के जूस (1 गिलास) के साथ मिलाकर रोज लें, वजन तेजी से कम होने लगेगा।

* करेले की सब्जी खाने से भी वजन कम करने में मदद मिलती है। सहजन के नियमित सेवन से भी वजन नियंत्रित रहता है।

* सौंठ, दालचीनी की छाल और काली मिर्च (3 -3 ग्राम) पीसकर चूर्ण बना लें। सुबह खाली पेट और रात सोने से पहले पानी से इस चूर्ण को लें, #मोटापा कम होने लगेगा।

Means you want to maintain health without making changes in your smoking habit.On every cigratte box it i written that smoking i injurious to helath,so what ever healthy food you eat,what ever diet you take along with cigrattes,it will not help you.So try to control this habit andd slowly decrease your cigratte smoking.This is the only way out nd not ahealthy diet.

Heel pain?
Heel pain is a very common foot complaint and may involve injury to the bone, fat pad, ligaments, tendons or muscles. Heel pain can also be referred by a pinched nerve in your lower back.

It is important to have your heel pain thoroughly assessed to ensure an accurate diagnosis and subsequent treatment.

Anyone can suffer from heel pain, but certain groups seem to be at increased risk, including:

Middle aged men and women
Active people eg running sports
People who are very overweight
Children aged between 8 and 13 years
Pregnant women
People who stand for long periods of time.
Common sources of heel pain
Achilles tendon rupture
Achilles tendonitis / tendinitis
Fibromyalgia
Heel spur
High ankle sprain
Lupus
Muscle strain (muscle pain)
Overuse injuries
Peroneal tendonitis
Pinched nerve
Plantar fasciitis
Psoriatic arthritis

Common causes of heel pain?
Some of the many causes of heel pain can include:

Abnormal walking style (such as rolling the feet inwards)
Obesity
Ill-fitting shoes eg narrow toe, worn out shoes
Standing, running or jumping on hard surfaces
Recent changes in exercise program
Heel trauma eg. Stress fractures
Bursitis (inflammation of a bursa)
Health disorders, including diabetes and arthritis.
Heel pain treatment
Most heel pain is caused by a combination of poor biomechanics, or muscle weakness or tightness. The good news is that heel pain can be effectively managed once the cause is identified.

Most heel pain can be successfully treated via:

Pain and pressure relief techniques
Biomechanical correction eg orthotics, taping, foot posture exercises
Muscle stretches and massage
Lower limb muscle strengthening
Proprioceptive and balance exercises to stimulate your foot intrinsic muscles.
If you feel that your footwear or sports training schedule are potentially causing your heel pain, then we recommend that you seek the advice of a sports physiotherapist, podiatrist or trained footwear specialist (not just a shop assistant) to see if your shoe is a match for your foot; or discuss your training regime to see if you are doing too much.

Heel pain and injury are extremely common. With accurate assessment and early treatment most heel pain injuries respond extremely quickly to physiotherapy allowing you to quickly resume pain-free and normal activities of daily living.

Hello, Fitness is about a healthy mind and body. Its a holistic approach involving a well balanced diet with regular intervals of eating at 3-4 hours. Exercising for 45-60 minutes atleast 4-5 days/week and taking good rest for 7-8 hours/day. 1.Have small frequent meals with 2 ½ -3 hours gap between each meal 2.Have fresh raw salad & greens before meals 3.Cooking methods like- Roasting, Boiling & Baking should be initiated rather than deep or shallow frying 4.Chew every morsel of food thoroughly & avoid eating in anxiety 5.Prefer consuming food in Small plates & portions.

Best suggestion is as follows: one of the main reasons for not getting proper sleep is that plans made during the day time or earlier, do not succeed and mind finds ways or speculates or wanders to find ways to make the the plans work. These mental speculations repeat in mind at time of sleeping. So, due to plans not working as the mind likes to, the mind remains in agitated state due to finding no way and thus leads to frustration which avoids mind to go into sleep mode. This leads to not getting proper sleep. The solution is to not intentionally think further about plans, but with faith surrender to the supreme and instead of thinking about the plans it is better to read a nice book, listen to nice music or talks which do not allow mind to get frustrated with mental speculations. Drinking cow's milk in night before sleep also should help. Hope this helps,

Leave all junk food. Burger. Pizas etc. For exercise; do daily cycling and join a foot ball club diet; take protein diet; if non veg. Eat tandoori chicken with out oil and butter eat vegetables home made only.
