Hello, 63 kg weight is fine for your age. However, you can have protein rich food and work out on muscle strength exercises in order to increase a little bit more.

Your BMI is 39, placing you in the morbidly obese category. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP and need Bariatric surgery. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

A few patients have enquired about the 1st line of drug for Type 2 diabetes. Usually, Metformin is the first drug to be given in non-pregnant Type 2 Diabetes, along with advice on diet changes, exercises & lifestyle modifications (quit smoking, quit or reduce alcohol, etc). But in a few patients, Insulin might be used as 1st line. But even in such patients, Metformin is given along with Insulin.

Do exercise.Eat small amount of food frequently.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use ginger and lemon drink in the morning and evening.Eat plenty of vegetables,whole fruits.Use healthy fat in cooking but not much.These are basic things but consult me privately on lybrate to know more details about specific foods.

I am loosing my weight together with pain constantly in legs despite being blood sugar under control (fasting-105 and pp-144) under medication. I have had a thyroid test too but result is absolutely normal. Serum creatinine, uric acid and urea is also normal. Pl suggest the problem I am facing and the remedies.

This may be a reasion of viral fever because many patient are complaining of these type of problems thay were suffering from fever or viral. So check your blood test dengue, typhoid, malaria.

You can apply these home remedies for relief : • Take 1/2 piece of ginger , crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day . • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar . • Avoid cold water , ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi . * Eat a bowl of cereal daily . * Drink a glass of milk daily to add one teaspoon of Bornvita or maltova powder in it .

Eating right is the simple secret to living healthy. Mothers stress on the importance of eating healthy and at home you shirk off their advice.   1. Include nuts in your daily diet- The amazing revelation that having nuts can add a year or two more to your expected life span can actually attract your attention to its other benefits. Nuts are rightly known as storehouses of energy. Having a handful of nuts everyday can help improve your skin and hair health. It also purifies your body. Nuts have a high percentage of unsaturated fats and can therefore make you reap the benefits of a healthy cardiovascular system.

Diabetes is a condition wherein the endocrine function of the pancreas has reduced. That is insulin secretion is reduced. So maintaining a good control is about substituting the deficient insulin, controlling and regulating diet to avoid glucose overload - whether the insulin will feel overwhelmed and lastly keep up body activity to avoid excess storage of extra glucose. But thats all about maintaining - that problem is consistently present and so is your treatment. Coming out of treatment regimen - however - possible only if the original cause of the problem rectified - i. E. Insulin secretion maintained or increased. Hence, medicines can be tapered and may be finally stopped if the pancreas is able to resume secretion of insulin at normal ranges

hello in order to reduce thigh and hips, u need to do stretching exercises, planks, squats and yoga aasans along with brisk walking. avoid fried foods, sweets and carbonated beverages. include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like cabbage, onion, carrots, cucumbers, kakri; fruits like watermelon, guava, papaya. drink plenty of water. thank you

I have been detected diabetes with hb1 6.7 in jan2016. Doctor advice me to diet control and come after rwo month. Now I have got checked hb-1 5.7. At the same time I also have detected with 60-70percent blockage in LAD and LCX. What I have to do.

Your weight for the height is high, you should focus on reducing your weight. Start with walking and exercising, that will help increase the hdl which is the good cholesterol, and it will also help reduce ldl which is bad cholesterol that results into blockage of arteries. Get your blood pressure and sugar checked regularly. You might need some medicines in order to keep the sugar and bp in check.

Tension can never be the way out.Question is how you implement this tension as your strength to reduce your weight.You will have to really work hard on your eating habits and your daily schedule but prime important is your mind and at the age 13,I dont think a child has a strong enough mind to control her habits.So being a homoeopath,I will try to reduce her weight with some homoeopathic medicines and a diet plan according to her tastes,so that she dont feel uncomfortable.So please provide me the details that how and when she started increasing weight and what are her food habits and diet.
