Hi, im 25 years old. I got married recently! Before my marriage I was sexually active, I used to masturbate 4 times a day. But after my marriage I can not go for round 2 with my partner, feeling so tired. It takes more than 30 mins to go for sex again. I checked my testosterone level before marriage it was 243. 87ng/dl. I have low hair growth on my face and unable to gain weight. After my marriage gained 8 kilos from 62 to 70 in 2 months. I'm not sure wats happening to me. Kindly help. Thanks.

Mr Karthick congratulation you find a beautiful Life partner .Regarding masturbation it is for your knowledge it has no effect on your married life if you were doing it before marriage. one thing you must understand that sex is for pleasure but you have made it a tiring job for her. give some time to understand each other and when ever you have a sexual feeling you have to see that your partner is ready for it or not , if not then don't press her but try to do such activity which may elevate her mood for sexual pleasure , you may play with secondary sex organs slowly to stimulate her, it is usual that after one act male take some times for another act so don't worry. don't be overcautious. If you are increasing wait then you have to control it by avoiding dry fruit, oily spicy junk and processed food , take sprout, oats meal, soya been green vegetables plenty and fruits , cut short carbohydrate , sugar, . NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING, NO TOBACCO CHEWING, GO FOR MORNING WALK, DO SOME EXERCISE. For pain you can take hifenac- p and see. For diabetes you need diabetic control. Which I can give you. Ask me with reports of fbs, 2hr ppbs and hba1c. Describe the location of pain you may have cervical spondylosis which can be confirmed by x ray, ct.

. Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 Lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

You are not having sound sleep it seems. Do sleep in well ventilated room please check if you are having nasal polyp/snooring this is hindering lack of oxygen in your body and hence tiredness/dizziness in morning.

I am a u19 Indian Cricketer , I got typhoid 2 years back after that I got fully treated but than I was having low grade fever continuously for 3 months I didn't got anything in my reports and in CT scan they found I got lymph nodes they put Me on ATT. For 9 months . I gained so much weight+ now I am doing regular running but the problem is that I am not loosing weight faster and if I leave my running for a week I gain more weight. I don't know why its happening with me. I want a solution so that I don't gain weight.

Hello, your condition doesn't seem to be very simple. In such conditions, you need to have your family doctor or your regular doctor who knows your medical history. Even if you go for weight loss programme, your medical history and the trainer's conversation with the doctor is required. Anybody with weak immunity should avoid dieting and aggressive work out. Do get a regular health check up esp. For thyroid if you are putting on weight for no reason.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Work stress is the most common reason for poor eating habits. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Weakness is a result of lack of physical or muscle strength. If you are feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles, it could also be a result of any disease, illness and too much activity at one time and not taking the food to match the amount of physical effort you are doing. Sometimes low levels of minerals (electrolytes), such as potassium or sodium also result in body weakness. Other important reason could be the problems with your thyroid gland. Because your thyroid gland is responsible for regulating the way the body uses energy. A low thyroid level can cause fatigue, weakness, laziness, weight gain etc. And a high thyroid level can cause fatigue, weight loss, muscle weakness etc. Sometime because of stress you may feel disinterest in your routine works. Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet,reduced assimilation from intestine, illness,metabolism ,genetics etc . Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes,eggs,fish,lean meat),vegetables and fruits,drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise . A person with diabetes has to adapt certain life style changes like 1) regular exercise for more than 1 h a day, 2) take a balanced diet, but avoid direct sugar and sweets, deep fried foods and junk food, 3) use whole grain flour for breads, 4) consume more green vegetables and salads, 5) avoid alcohol and smoking. Apart from this primary thing is to take prescribed medication regularly without fail, and periodically get blood sugar checked. When these guidelines are followed and weight is maintained near normal for the height, then one can live a fairly normal life.

Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

5 Home Made Solutions for Dandruff

Dandruff is characterized by a white, flaky substance on the scalp. Dandruff is not a serious condition and neither is it contagious. Basic hygiene and a few good rules could be effective in treating the irritable condition of dandruff.

Here are the five home Made solutions for dandruff:

  1. Garlic: A lot of people seem to avoid garlic on their hair because of the pungent smell associated to it. However, the medicinal properties of garlic are too many to be overlooked. The benefits of raw and crushed garlic are too many to be listed and have been tested since a long time. For best results, pound garlic cloves with water and wash your hair with the liquid. And for the smell, you could add honey and ginger to the mixture.
  2. Neem: Ancient herbs hold relevance till today. The medicinal and cooling properties of neem are a great remedy for treating dandruff. Nature is the best way to go and Neem has been a tested element for all skin ailments and same applies to the fungi that accumulate as the result of flakes. Boil neem leaves in water and use the broth to wash hair.
  3. Coconut oil: This oil is supposed to have anti-fungal properties and also keeps the scalp from getting itchy. For best results, mix coconut oil with lemon and rub it in the scalp gently. Leave for some time and then again wash the hair. This should be done at least three times in a week to get rid of dandruff.
  4. Vinegar: It is one of the other ingredients that are a proven anti-dandruff. Application of fungus helps to kill the fungi and bacteria associated to dandruff. Vinegar is rich in acidic content and thus reduces flaking a great deal. White vinegar and water should be mixed in equal proportions and applied to hair thoroughly. Leave it for some time and wash the hair thoroughly. Follow this for three times a week for best results.
  5. Yogurt: Perhaps the most common method used for treating dandruff since a long time. Yogurt continues to win our trust every time. This is simple as it could get. Apply yogurt to the scalp and leave it for some time. Then wash the yogurt after around an hour and use a mild shampoo to wash off the hair. Repeat the procedure for at least two days a week. If you wish to discuss about any specific skin or hair related problem, you can consult a specilized dermatologist and ask a free question.
