First and foremost thing you can do to control your weight is 1.By saying goodbye to sweets in any sense whether it is in tea,Milk,Chocklates,Sweets, 2.Avoid overeating.Eat half chapaati les than your actual diet 3.Light Breakfast and Dinner but you can take slight heavy Lunch 4.Start a habit of drinking green tea 2 times daily with lemon and honey,Morning and evening 5.Early morning brisk walking for 30 minutes with deep breathing alongwith walking and KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM daily for 20 minutes. 6.Daily drink 6-8 glass extra water ( 1-2 Glass early morning empty stomach),2 glass milk and eat a fruit daily. 7.Try to eat a cocktail of fruit and salad chat instead of breakfat or dinner.Choice is yourss. 8.Take your dinner atleat 90 minutes before going to bed and a 10 minutes light walk i a mut after dinner. 9.Just always think in your mind about those good old days when your weight was 65-70 kgs and just see now when,no cloth fit you properly.Set up an example for others so that onee day everybody in your circle gives your example 10.last but not the least,once again the secret being,CONTROL YOUR MIND and HAVE A POSITIVE MIND SETUP.Everything is in contyrol of our mind and with its help we can achieve new heights but the real task is how to control your mind when something delicious,sweet,mouthwatering comes in front of you. Kindly guide treatment for my mother suffering from high grade fever since 1 month. The fever reaches upto 103°F and is not resolving with medicines. Since 2 days she's also feeling cold and complaining of generalized body weakness. She's taking cefixime, cp nose, rantac, large. But the fever is not getting relieved.

To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try a banana shake or smoothie. To help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak, eat a ripe banana with one tablespoon of honey twice daily. Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy. Whenever you have weakness, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey mixed in it. You can also boil two to three figs in one cup of milk. Eat the boiled figs and drink the milk to gain strength. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of clarified butter to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice daily to cure weakness caused by excessive loss of blood. Also known as amla, Indian gooseberry is a highly nutritious fruit that can improve your energy level. It is a good source of vitamin C, calcium, protein, irons, carbohydrates, and phosphorous. Simply eating one Indian gooseberry daily can strengthen a weak immune system.

Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. 1.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day 2.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3.Try having your dinner (proper food) before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you in your stomach problem. 4.Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 7 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. 5.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. 6.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). 7.Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Drinking water during or after meals can bring almost 103 types of disease in your body. I can suggest you one magic machine which you can use, its a machine which every Indian mother used from thousands of years and every one had a normal delivery. That machine is" atta peesne ki chakki" Through this machine your uterus will be flexible and you will avoid cesarean delivery, use it for 15 minutes everyday and you may also use to eat fresh flour. You can also start eating methi dane k ladoo to avoid cesarean deliver. Thirdly if you do not have kidney or gall stone problem you can eat one gram choona (lime stone) with curd for 3 months. This will help not only in giving normal deliver but will also give birth to a intelligent baby, that calcium will reach your baby through mothers milk. Choona is a magic natural medicine, do not bring doubt in your mind, for any query you can contact me or check the benefits of lime stone. For pain during pregnancy drink hot cow milk at night and add 1 table spoon cow ghee and half table spoon haldi, this will give instant relief and is the best medicine for pregnant mothers.

Avoid fruits with high carb like mango, chickoo, banana, grapes, custurd apple. Avoid taking fruit juices instead have fresh fruits. Avoid maida products like bread, biscuits etc. Avoid oily and high salt food apple, orange, pears, peaches, strawberry, guava is good for diabetic. Increase whole grains oats in diet. Daily 40 mins of brisk walking is good.

As per latest survey more than 60% population of India is suffering from different types of mental illness although its severity varies. We are living in such a environment now a days that we have to face different types of challenges everyday ,to cope with such challenges is really difficult task. But we have to make yourself to deal with this challenges effectively ,it is not so difficult what it requires ,is just some change in our thinking and approach. Depending on drugs for very long time is not so good although don't stop drug suddenly without consulting any professional. If your condition is ok .then by reducing its dose it can be stop. Dear user, the Size of the fibroid is small to effect pregnancy however it also depends on the location of fibroid. If it is submucosal and the baby grows there it can result in abortion. Other than that if it is located anywhere else it won't cause problem.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hi, take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea. Yoga or physical exercises or 1 hour brisk walk along with strict diet will help you to reduce weight.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Apply kojivit gel twice daily over spots.Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after.Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.Increase in weight needs a holistic approach with diet control, exercise and physical measures. There is no short cut to this. Cut down on fatty foods.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi gudevng. I am 22 years young man and for daily I will go at least twice to letrin. I think there is a problem with my digestion. My problem is am not getting strength and am so thin. Eat more of healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein. Eat every 3 hourly basis. Eat eggs, bananas, cheeku , dry fruits, fruits on regular basis. These things will help you get good energy levels. Actually, its the fat that are depleting in your body during gym just continue taking more proteins while doing gym and slowly your cheeks will be normal but now without any fats storage but only muscles due to protein intake and gym.

hello the medicine you are taking needs exercise of some sort along with it as per body can do like walking or stretching and yoga aasans for 5 days a week. also healthy balanced diet is required. avoid sweets, fried foods, carbonated drinks \, mango, banana, cheeku and processed foods. include seasonal fruits and vegetables ( mushrooms, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, tomato, cherries, plums), sprouts, green tea, lemon water, tea-coffee without sugar take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals thank u

Although 7-8 hours of daily sleep is very much essential for our mind nd body for everyday energy but you have a problem and I can understand that. Many of us face the same problem in some part of our life and I will advise you to do daily bramari pranayam for 10 minutes to relieve you from stress and will provide you more vigor in your daily life.
