I will try all home remedies for losing weight. please suggest me wht to do for losing weight now my weight is 65.
I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Nipple discharge that is white or creamy can be noticed commonly by women. It may occur from one side only also. If discharge is watery or bloody, you should consult a breast surgeon or surgical oncologist.

Gain weight healthily by eating 5-6 meals a day, even if they are slightly smaller than usual. Make sure each meal includes healthy, calorie-dense foods like nuts and full-fat dairy, as they will help you gain more weight without feeling too full. If you don’t feel like you can eat more, drink liquid calories like 100% juices or smoothies because, since they tend to be less filling than food, they allow you to consume more calories overall. Eat healthy foods that are calorie-dense. When you're trying to gain weight it's important to maximize the amount of calories you can consume with each meal and snack. Calorie-dense foods are items that are high in calories per serving.Consume these foods with each meal and snack. Calorie dense foods to incorporate into your diet include: nuts and nut butters, avocados, full-fat dairy products (cheese, yogurt and milk), butter and oil, and eggs. Also use full-fat condiments like regular mayonnaise, full-fat cream cheese or full-fat salad dressings. Not all high-fat foods are healthy or appropriate to eat more frequently or in larger quantities. Minimize these foods: fast food, deep fried foods, candy, and high-fat processed meats (bologna or hot dogs). If you're eating multiple times throughout the day, you may feel more full. This may lead to smaller meals instead of several large meals. Even when meals/snacks are small, if they are calorie dense, they can help induce weight gain. Add extra calories to meals and recipes. In addition to eating more calorie dense foods, you can also increase calories in your favorite meals and recipes. Adding extra foods or using higher calorie ingredients in your recipes is an easy way to bulk up your total calories. The more of a caloric punch you can add to meals, the more calories you'll consume over a given day and week. Drizzle extra olive oil or add an extra pat of butter to salads, steamed vegetables, soups and casseroles. Top lower calorie foods with high-calorie toppings. For example, top whole milk yogurt with nuts and granola or top your salad with full-fat shredded cheese and sunflower seeds. Perform strength training activities. Strength training can aid in your weight gain. As you build lean muscle mass, you may notice your weight increases. This is highly important when attempting to gain weight. Many people do not realize that exercise is crucial to weight gain, just as it is to weight loss. Strength training activities include: weight lifting, isometric exercises (push-ups or crunches) and Pilates. Strength training does burn calories, just not as many as aerobic activities. For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Dear lybrate-user! Do not compare walking and running. Both have different effects on body. The both are good in differnet extreme. A young who have good stamina needs to atheltic an go for running A moderate aeg person, who lack stamina can go for walking. Compare to walking and running, jogging is also good. Where as in running, without proper warmup a person may land in tissue and joint injury. For walking no need of warmup. But need a very brisk walking for atleast 30 min a day only help you burn the calories. So as per your age I will suggest you walking is good.

What Your Body Odour Means About You

Everyone is familiar with the causes of body odor from sweat. Sweat itself does not have any odor; it is when it interacts with bacteria (underarm pits or groins), the sweat gives out a body odor. Although body odor brings a downslide during social interactions, the sources of body odor can be more serious than a person might consider and may not go away with regular baths or by applying deodorants. The article discusses a few sources of body odor other than sweat.

The Fish Odour Syndrome

Trimethylaminuria (TMAU) is a common body odor disease due to a genetic disorder. It is also commonly known as the fish odor syndrome and might be inherited in nature. The rare metabolic disorder does not allow the production of Flavin-containing Monooxygenase 3 (FMO3), an enzyme which generally converts trimethylamine (TMA) into trimethylamine oxide (TMAO) by the process of N-oxidation. This results in building up of TMA, which releases a fish odor smell through sweat and mouth. TMAU can be treated naturally in the following ways –

  1. Keeping distance from foods, which have choline, carnitine, nitrogen and sulphur. For example, salt-water fish, eggs, etc.
  2. Reducing the doses of antibiotics taken.
  3. A medical study also suggested that in 85% of the cases, taking in charcoal or copper chlorophyllin helped to reduce the body odor.

There is also secondary trimethylaminuria (TMAU2), a type of TMAU where it is not hereditary.

Rotten Apple Smell

Diabetic ketoacidosis is a diabetic disease when untreated. When the body is not able to compose enough insulin, there is a metabolic disorder which makes the body burn or break down excess fat for fuel. This causes the person to exhale breath with a sweet but disgusting aroma similar to the smell of rotten or decomposing apples. This is the reason why doctors, specializing in body odor, ask the patients to go for a urine or blood test, to determine whether the patient has diabetesTreating diabetic ketoacidosis is same as managing teeth disorder –

  1. Brushing teeth regularly and flossing daily.
  2. Drinking plenty of water to keep the mouth moist.
  3. Following all the medical prescriptions to regulate the sugar level of the body as given by the doctor.

Stress Disorders

It is also reported by medical clinics that body odor can result from emotional stress disorders causing excessive perspiration. It is common among teenagers who are in the phase of developing hormones.

Conclusion

A man or woman who is looking completely healthy and fit from the outside can too have body odor disorders. This will affect their social relationships, and so it is always better to seek advice from the specialists so that effective actions can be undertaken as soon as possible. A doctor can prescribe appropriate medication and advise some natural measures to restrain the problem.

Have you always wondered why men seem to lose weight faster than women attempting to do the same? This is attributed to the fact that men tend to have higher amounts of lean muscle tissue which helps in burning more calories than fat even when they are resting. And even when men and women lose the same amount of calories, men usually shed more weight at least initially. But in case of long-term goals, the effect is more or less equal.

Reasons why men shed weight faster than women:
Men are endowed with testosterone and free from the estrogen load: The difference in weight loss programs usually sets the stage of comparison. When both sedentary men and women start off with exercise programs, men invariably lose more body fat while women don’t. This is because testosterone content in a man’s body coupled with the absence of excess estrogen make it easier for the males to shed off weight. Also, men have a speedier metabolism which helps their body to respond faster to the changes in diet and exercise. And even if they are not losing much weight, apparently it appears that they do.

On an average, women tend to have around 6 to 1 1 percent more body fat compared to men. Right from puberty to menopause, women can keep up more average body fat than men even when they are taking a lesser amount of calories. But it is important to point here that the fat content in women is not necessarily unhealthy because a fit woman would also hold around 11 percent more body fat than an entirely healthy man.

Men lose weight around the belly faster: Men can lose weight faster around the belly which makes it even more noticeable when overweight men start trimming down. On the other hand, the fat content in a woman’s body is more spread out which makes it even harder for them to showcase any substantial result within a short span. And even basic and regular workout for around half an hour in a day will reduce abdominal obesity even when there is no effective weight loss.

Women too have advantages when it comes to weight loss as well: Sometimes, women have more body fat in the backsides and thighs which make healthier fat storage spaces than the abdomen. Moreover, just like women are better when it comes to storing fat, they are also better at burning more fat. The fat which is harder to lose is generally less harmful.

To conclude, it can be said that losing fat is equally difficult for both men and women. But anyone willing to lose weight can accomplish it regardless of the gender.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
