Please Change your diet No dairy products -No dairy milk. You can use non dairy milk like Almond milk, Coconut milk, cashew milk but you have to get the right brand and if you do not know how to do proper grocery shopping by reading labels and what to eat organic and what can be eaten clean non organic you are going to get into trouble because advertisements and marketing promotions fool you/ -Stop eating wheat -which is a gluten which will cause damage to your pancreas. Cut down carbohydrates eat healthy fats Eat plant based diet No animal products unless it is organic Do exercise daily change your life style See a diabetic educator for proper dietary advice sleep for 8 hrs daily Reduce weight if you are overweight You may have to use certain supplements which will reduce your sugar and help you to reduce your medicines dosage rule out complications of diabetes on heart, kidney,eyes and nervous system. Diabetes can be mostly reversed with diet and life style changes. Fruits and veggies to be used in diabetics depends on the glycemic index. If you need specific advice please take a consult.

Along with medicine follow the ad vice given below 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. Oil one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in two cups of water. Strain and drink it after adding a little honey to it. Another option is to consume one teaspoon of fenugreek seed powder along with milk. Alternatively, you can boil one cup of fenugreek leaves, add a little honey, and eat it twice a day. Drink a few cups of fresh coconut milk or tender coconut water daily. Also, eat the kernel of the tender coconut. Follow this treatment for at least one week to get positive results. Alternatively, take one tablespoon of coconut oil in the morning and another at night for one week. As coconut oil is mainly composed of medium-chain fatty acids, it can be easily digested.

I am taking anti-depressant (escitalopram-oxalate) since last 16 month and now i am having side effects like fatigue, lazyness, low sex desire and erectile dysfunction. You need bariatric surgery to help you loose weight. In the meantime please persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, cooking should be in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double tone milk. The best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Regularly I spent my 2 hours on exercise for a lean body but I'm get too much tired after exercise and I also want to increase my exercise time but my energy level is almost down after 1 hour during exercise. I also reduce my diet and leave oily and high calories food and start eating fruits and vegetables. But still i'm feeling weakness, so I start using isolate protein whey (product name :- humabolic iso 100) I take its one scoop with a glass of water before the half an hour of exercise, it gives an excellent result to me but after using it 4-5 days, there are some acne on my face and I have doubt that the cause of these acne is the whey protein. Please tell me any solution how to prevent these pimples.

Hello, Timing is equally important for exercise. Its not how much time you give but also the quality of workouts which are done. May be the exercise done is not giving away positive results. Whey protein is the most commonly used supplement, but it's action get ineffective if not taken with balanced diet. Serving only on fruits and vegetables won't help you. A proper proportion of carbohydrates, proteins and even fats are important to keep you fit and lean. Drink plenty of water, and you might be right by saying acne could be because of the supplement. Clean eating is important, not eating less.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hye, Wajan kam hona aur thakaan hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai.  Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi.  Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai.  Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se  badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi.  Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Wil it be effective if I hav readymade juices n soups from readymade soup powder in my diet? I need to loss ateast 10 kg in 1n half mouth n I cnt have tht green tea n oats. If I include them in my diet plan I tend to leave my plan in dy or 2. So wnt to do diet skipng that items. Pls give your valuable advises.

Readymade juices will add more weight since its high on calories and low on fiber. Readymade soups have no Nutrition in them. The excess salts in them can become a cause for hypertension. There is no way to Remove 10 Kgs in 15 days from your body. Nature does not work in such drastic ways as we imagine. Aim at long term health and fitness and gradual weight loss. Such unscientific experiments of Crash Diets always end in a crash leaving you more frustrated and desperate than before. Best is to visit a Dietician and take proper guidance which can transform your health for good.

Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the Solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

To control body weight and fat try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.
