I saw your profile that you are taking blood pressure medications. That also might be a cause of lethargy. First it is your resolve then conditions. The weight gain may be because of electrolyte imbalance too. As of now reduce salt intake drastically.

You have to eat smaller meals 5-6 meals per day and take lots of fruits and vegetables ; do exercises early morning take vit b rich fruits take bakery foods to increase your weight and ofcourse all foods in proper rda quantity.

-reduce calorie intake by 25%. -sugar and oil need to be a oiled mainly. -eat light dinner, and have it 3 hours before sleeping. -workout, do cardio for 30 minutes everyday. -do 30 minutes of stretching, abs and other exercises everyday. Take more protein and less carbs.

Basil seeds for weight loss:

Sabja seeds can be used for weight

A new study has revealed that for type 2 diabetes risk, where you live matters.

The university of california san francisco study found that living in a neighborhood with resources to support exercise and with access to healthy food was linked to a lower incidence of type 2 diabetes, medpage today reported. 

Researchers found that 12 percent of the more than 5, 000 people in the study developed diabetes within the average 8.9 years of follow-up, but patients who lived in areas that had access to more physical activity resources and healthy foods had a lower risk of developing diabetes. 

The social environment of a neighborhood was not associated with the incidence of type 2 diabetes, found the researchers, who were led by paul christine. 

Researchers nancy adler and aric prather wrote in an accompanying editorial that they do not yet know what elements of neighborhoods are most essential for generating better health, these researchers provide important clues about which elements have an effect and for whom. 

They noted that the risk for type 2 diabetes mellitus is a combination of both person and place, and the national strategies need to understand and intervene across these levels. 

Christine and colleagues also found that environmental resources mattered differently to those with higher and lower incomes. Poorer patients in areas being viewed as having less social activity and as being more dangerous to go outside in were more likely to develop type 2 diabetes, but overall, neighborhood safety and social cohesion were" largely unassociated" with diabetes. 

The results suggest that modifying specific features of neighborhood environments, including increasing the availability of healthy foods and physical activity resources, may help to mitigate the risk for t2dm, added researchers.

As here it was mentioned there is h/o c/ohypothyroid, that also causes constipation. But in general for daily regular free evacuation, you need to first set your biological alarm in that way, that you can maintain suffficient hrs of sleep&food properly. You need to follow spcfc timings for food intake. For breakfast, lunch& dinner. For easy stool, the dinner part shows more impact, thats why, its always suggestable to take light, bland diet& more fibre rich food, with more proteins. Like whole wheat. Pulkas, or jawar roties is good. Even in day also, you should take more raw veg salsds, fluids, water, solids also, like sprouts, dal, veg curries, fruits. You should avoid or lessen the intake of oily, junk, spicy, fast food, which will show impact defntly on next day evacuation. Taking minimum 3-4 litres. That to 1/2-1 litre in morning itself with empty stomach will give great results. Always keep in mind that early to bed, spcfc timings for food[not too late& not after 9 pm], maintaning of quality in food like rich fibre, more fluids, proteins is always good.

Hye. There is no problem in having green tea, but on it's own it can't help bring down triglycerides. Also rice is not a problem if it's unpolished or single pounded and it's not eaten in excess. Your overall diet plays an important role. It's not about just restricting fat but eating the right fats and sensibly.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.
