Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet EAT MORE milk n milk product

Mr. lybrate-user, Fasting blood glucose means checking blood glucose level 8 to 10 hours after dinner. Normal level is 70 to 110 mg. This is true for every body and all age groups. Thanks.

I am having diabetes from past 12 years first I started taking insulin for 6 months later I started yoga and walking then I was not taking. Any medication for 2 years then due family problem I stopped both and started with euglocon 5 mg two times daily then almost for 7 years I was with the same medication. But 5 years back my father got expired and my sugar level also got increased and started with insulin now until last four months back my sugar under control I was taking I was taking insugen 50/50 morning 20 and night 16 units plus pioplus LD2 tablet 1-0-1 Since pioplus tablet got stopped manufacturing My doctor started with insuman comb 50 and three new tablets but still I am getting god control of my sugar.

Mr. lybrate-user, It is good to know that you are having good blood glucose control. It is very important to maintain blood glucose level in the following fashion: FBS closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8, then one can prevent or postpone the long term complications of diabetes. Since you have been having diabetes for over 12 years it is better to get your eyes checked to rule out any involvement of retina, as diabetes tends to affect retinal blood vessels. Thanks.

Dear, To control your body temperature cool & get rid from burning feet & palms following methods are given below: • Sweating makes your body temperature low .when you go outside in hot weather drink 2 -3 glass of water before going . Make your body hydrated by drinking 8- 10 glass of water daily . • When you go outside cover your face and arms and head .Because due to sun rays your body temperature will rise. • Wear light colour cloths because dark colour cloths absorb more heat . *Eat a cucumber daily . Eat fruits like melon, banana , apple . • Avoid fast food and oily food . Eat healthy food vegetables and fruits. Also avoid spicy foods or take it in less quantity . Avoid to eat garlic , mango in summer. • Do not do excess exercise . Do walking and long breathing pranayams daily . * Drink a glass of water by adding 1 teaspoon of rose sharbat in it. Drink it daily. * you can eat or drink sattu (made by oats ) add 1 teaspoon of it it one glass of water . Drink it daily .

So I will be 12 weeks on tomorrow after laparoscopy to remove endo and ovaries along side an anterior posterior repair. Things are good! Definitely feel like myself again though do still get unnaturally tired if I have a busy few days on the run which is sometimes a bit disappointing but I know.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Try to keep your nutrition levels good. Usually weakness happens due to poor food intake. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or just busy. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, nuts, fruits in your meals. Sleep well.

First of all you r very young at age. The gyming and dumbells should be done aftr 18 or 20 as the heavy excercises may stop your growing height. The other excercise is fine and the supplements may cause you side effects like tiredness and weakness. So I suggest is plzzz stop using supplements nd dumbells for now .once you r lyk 20 or 21 uh shall start this. And running is very good for health as it boosts your stamina nd blood circulation and for your height the weight is gud for this age. Just do normal excercises till you r 20 or 21 den uh shall start with gyming.

Hi lybrate-user some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week. Hello, lybrate-user, you should consume nutritious balanced diet, liberal amount of fluid, small amount frequent feed, avoid foods and drinks higher in calorie and lower or empty in nutrients, do regular physical exercises and get 8 hrs. According to your height your weight should be 63-65 kg . To reduce weight have balanced and proper diet . You should consult some dietician or paln your diets . You should take small and frequent meals .Drink 10 -12 glass of water per day . Include fruits in your diet .Eat salads .Early and light dinners . By following these tips you can lose weight gradually.

Hye. Thanks for the query. The Zika virus disease can cause fever, rash, joint pain, and redness in the whites of the eye. But most people won’t know they have it. Though some people have no symptoms at all. The virus rarely causes major complications, but in rare cases, Zika has been associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome, a disorder that can cause partial or complete paralysis, usually starting in the legs, most often temporary. Zika, dengue fever, chikungunya, or West Nile virus, all can cause a variety of flu-like symptoms that range in severity and can last from a few days to more than a week. There’s no treatment, but most people with symptoms do well with medications for aches and pains. The disease usually runs its course within a week or so.

Thank you for your question. You will need to work out for at least half an hour a day or do any kind of vigorous exercise. A high protein and low carb diet will do a lot to reduce the belly fat. If your problem is localized a liposuction procedure can be very helpful.
