It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. People are vastly uncertain about the idea.

Does a cell phone in my denims affect my fertility?

Results of a recently conducted study reveal that if men kept their cell phones in their pockets during daytime, potency was seriously affected in nearly 47% of cases!

And the stat is alarming.

If a man uses a cell phone for as little as an hour a day, it could result in lowering sperm levels significantly.

The study even shows that if the cell phone is close to the testicles, or within 1 or 2 feet of the body, it can lower sperm count to a level that conceiving could be difficult.

One of the basic ways of overcoming the problem is that if one wears a suit to work, he should put the mobile phone in his jacket pocket instead of trousers. So this would prevent the sperm count from dropping, or dropping too much!

  • Yet another important revealing from the study is that using a cell phone affects the fertility in just 11% of cases, but when the phone is close to testicles, fertility could be affected in as much as 47% of cases.
  • Let's quickly run through some of the key findings of the study. A team of doctors monitored over a 100 men who attended a fertility clinic for a year.
  • As per Professor Martha Dirnfeld from Technion University, the doctors analyzed the count of active swimming sperm and also the quality. Sperms showed some depreciation on these parameters.
  • The professor further explained that the underlying cause seemed to be heating of the sperm by the cell phone, and also the electromagnetic activity.
  • Results of the study reveal that some of the other actions which could be detrimental for sperm health are speaking on the phone while it was charging and keeping it only a few centimeters from the bed.
  • One could go through the findings of the study in the journal Reproductive BioMedicine. These form a very clear link between dropping fertility rates in men and use of cell phones.
  • Dropping fertility rates in men are critical in nearly 40% of cases wherein couples have a difficulty in conceiving.
  • In case of women, Professor Martha Dirnfield expressed that since women don't carry their mobile phones on them, there is a reason to believe that the phones won't affect their fertility.
  • However for men, not keeping the phone on the bedside table, and avoiding keeping it in shorts or pyjamas pockets could act as the first step towards rectification of the problem.
  • A discussion with experts in the field reveals that this is likely to be more of a problem when we take younger men into consideration. If a couple is trying to conceive and the problems persist for over a year, then this just might come across as an issue which might need to be looked into!

Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. So my suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan and visit a doctor too.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Get some relax during the work and walk for 15 min. In between the work. Intake healthy diet and green leafy vegetables. Drink 1 glass of milk every day with half table spoon of turmeric. Do cervical exercises for that. And not use pillow at night.

Hye. In the long run your body will start depositing unwanted fats. There is daily breakdown from within because the body is not getting any fuel to start the day. Your body is managing to survive the torture right now, but eventually it will start to give up and it will lead deficiency of nutrients further moving to obesity, diabetes, ulcer or cardiac problems.

If even after doing exercise you are not able to gain stamina you should check for your diet. For diet: Take 5 meals (3 main meal, 2 small meal)/day. Add protein rich sources in your regular diet. Like: Paneer, lassi, Curd, Milk, Sprouted dal, Roasted Soyabean or chana ,eggs. Have fruit/ vegetable juice 1/2 hour prior your workout and Soaked dry foods (6 walnuts+ 10 gm sunflower seeds + 10 raisins) OR 2 Eggs after 1/2 an hour of your workout. Have Trikatu churna (1 tea spoon) 1/2 hour prior Lunch and Dinner.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

लौकी एक बेल है जिससे उसके फल के लिए उगाया जाता है। यह श्रीलंका, भारत, इंडोनेशिया, मलेशिया, फिलीपींस, चीन, उष्णकटिबंधीय अफ्रीका और दक्षिण अमेरिका के आर्द्र मौसम में उगायी जाती है। यह पीला, चिकनी और मोमी हरी सतह और सफेद स्पंज पल्प वाली एक सब्जी है। यह स्वस्थ सब्जी पानी और खनिजों से भरी है और अपने शरीर को हाइड्रेटेड रखती है।
इसमें विटामिन सी, थियामीन, नियासिन (विटामिन बी -3), पैंटोफेनीक एसिड (विटामिन बी -5), पिइरोडोक्सीन (विटामिन बी -6) और छोटी मात्रा में फोलेट्स शामिल हैं। इसमें कैल्शियम, लोहा, जिंक, पोटेशियम, सोडियम, मैंगनीज और मैग्नीशियम जैसे खनिज भी शामिल हैं।

लौकी के रस को तैयार करने का तरीका:
1 सबसे पहले, अंत से एक टुकड़ा काट कर चख लें। कड़वे स्वाद वाली लौकी इस्तेमाल ना करें।
2 फिर लौकी को पूरा छील कर, टुकड़ों में काट लें। उन टुकड़ों को मिक्सी मे डाल कर उसका रस बना ले।
3 इसमे स्वाद अनुसार काली मिर्च और नमक डाल लें। स्वाद को बढ़ाने के लिए आप इसमे पुदीना भी डाल सकते हैं।
4 इसमे थोड़ा नींबू का रस भी जोड़ें लें।
