A healthy diet means you should take at least two cup of pulses or dal, two cup of vegetable. Three to four chapatis a day with good breakfast. Need high protein diet to remain healthy.

M a student but when I have to do focus on the book or everything I have so headache and then I fell so week bomenting and I can't do anything I can't live stay I just want I have take sit. Hello, please check your blood sugar. If it is normal. Try eating healthy and do regular physical activity. Take small meals many times. Like 5-6 meals in a day. 3 main meals and 3 snacks. Hope this helps you. Stay healthy stay fit.☺

In ayurveda we call this disorder as grahni. You may try the following recommendations 1. Chacha or buttermilk with roasted cumin seeds (jeera) is beneficial in such cases 2. Stop eating food which takes more time to digest like rajma, urad dal, bhindi, arbi, etc 3. Amla is good in all forms for you. Taking amla ras 30 ml in aglass of water twice daily. 4. Try isabgol 1tsf after dinner with butter milk as it helps in retaining the faecal matter if required pl consult an ayurvedic physician for the same.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if you have confirmed diabetes then the only option is to either take oral anti- diabetic drugs or take insulin injections or both. These drugs hardly cause any side effects. If you stop the treatment then sugar levels will go high leading to serious side effects with all the vital organs. There no home remedies for treating diabetes. You are weak you should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast. Include fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Milk and milk products and give heavy and healthy breakfast like sprouts, daliya, poha upma. Include protein rich food in your diet.
