Plan your food according to calory. Take low calory n high fibre food. Avoid fast, fried, oily n spicy food. Take lukewarm water, add lemon n honey n take it empty stomach. Take oats in breakfast. Take green tea 2-3 times in a day. Take salad. Do not skip meals. Do physical activity.

I am a 26years old male. I have increased my belly fat over last 6months as I have no physical work in my job. I used to do yoga and other exercises whenever I get time. I feel belly fat decreases but again comes out so when I don't get time for exercise. What should I do now for sone permanent relief. My waist size is now 34cm. Earlier it used to be 31cm.

Hello, To reduce belly fat following will be helpful. (1) eat lots of vegetables, fruits as these helps to reduce fat. Eat vegetables like okra, leafy vegetables, celery, cucumber, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower etc and more fruits like whole apple, guava, orange not juice, dab water, watermelon etc (2) avoid sugar, sweetened juice like soft drinks, fruit juice, tea or coffee with sugar etc as the main ingredients are glucose and fructose and these turns into fat and these are the host of metabolic disturbances. Instead of these eat whole fruits, these are healthy and mitigates the negative effect of fructose. (3) eat whole wheat, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc than white flour, white rice. (5) eat more good protein for long term weight loss program like fish, lean chicken, egg white, cottage cheese, peanut, soy product etc. (6) avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods (7) stay always hydrated with water. Take water 3 lit/day but not during meals. (8) regular exercises like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups. Sit ups, squats etc at morning or evening (9) stay busy with works not with foods and quality sleep.

Refined Oils ? and why you should never eat them

With the endless choices on the store shelves it?s hard to know which to choose. Butter vs. Margarine, extra virgin olive oils, refined oils like vegetable and canola.
There is evidence pointing in the direction that it isn?t animal fats causing our epidemic levels of heart disease, but vegetable oils. Research is showing that butter consumption at the turn of the century was about 18 lbs per person per year and the use of vegetable oils was non existent. Cancer and heart disease were rare. Today butter consumption is just above 4 lbs per person per year while the use of vegetable oils and refined oils has soared.

What are refined oils and which ones should you avoid?

Definition: An oil has been refined by using chemicals that are harmful to us. In short it means to ?purify?. But the meaning of purify has many definitions. It may mean the oil was treated with acid, or purified with an alkali, or bleached. It can also be neutralized, filtered or deodorized. All of which require chemicals like Hexane!

In the process of making and refining these types of oils, it leads to PUFas (rancid polyunsaturated fatty acids) which DO NOT hold up well to high heats. In the process of being extracted from the seed these oils oxidize and turn into trans fats. The smell is so rancid that a cleaning process has to take place using bleach to deodorize it.
But most of all AVOID Hydrogenated oils (Crisco and margarine) ~ This is one of the most dangerous products on the market today! It has actually been BANNED in 2 European countries, but not ours.
Hydrogenated oil is made by forcing hydrogen gas into oil as high pressure. The more solid the oil is the more hydrogenated, such as margarine and Crisco or lard. When hydrogenated oils are made the healthy fats are converted into a new type of fat, known as trans fat. This is the one subject that you will find an overwhelming agreement from Doctors, scholars, and scientists alike. Trans fats should be avoided while healthy fats (found in olive oil, nuts and avocados) should be eaten.
Trans fats are so bad for you, the FDA estimated approximately 95% of prepared cookies, 100% of crackers and 80% of frozen breakfast products contained trans fats [Govt Publishing Office] Now that trans fats have to be labeled on products, most companies have removed them from their products. Sneaky, huh?
The problem now isn?t our own kitchens, but what if we dine out? How do we know what restaurants are using? Well California?s governor recently signed legislation to phase out trans fats from restaurants and baked goods in bakeries [Natl Conference of State Legislatures]. (Too bad I don?t live in CA) and New York city became the largest city in the nation to demand restaurants, cafeterias and schools go trans free.
The best advice I can give is to ASK. I ask everytime we go out now if the dressing coming with the salad is homemade or store bought. I ask what types of oils they use when they cook. I ask where they get their vegetables. Don?t turn a deaf ear. Most restaurants will put the bottom line (their profits) over your health. I hate to say that, but it?s true.
So which oils are safe then?

Hey. Well any injury in diabetics is very difficult to treat. In case of your mother, the injury on her feet should be managed by intravenous antibiotics for 7-10 days. It should be cleaned and dressed daily with antiseptic solutions. Do not wet the area. Try to keep the sugar levels well in control by taking the medicines appropriately and by maintaining diet changes.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Hello, your symptoms can be due to seborrheic dermatitis which is a severe form of dandruff. Don't use Fucibet for long since it contains a steroid and can give side effects. Please use Salisia KT or Scalpe shampoo for head bath and around nose during bath thrice a week for a month and then as maintenance at least once a week for 2 months. Avoid oiling scalp as fungus thrives in oily scalp. You could oil 1 hr prior to head bath. Apply Tacrovera solution on scalp and around nose at night for a month. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.

From the reports that you have provided (i assume you don't have symptoms like fever, loss of appetite, abdominal pain), it is seen that your indirect bilirubin is higher and your enzymes are normal. Usg is normal. Hbsag is negative, but I would also suggest you to get an anti hcv antibody and hemoglobin. If all these reports are within normal limits, your indirect bilirubin is persistently high and you are totally symptom free, in all probabilities you are suffering from a condition called gilbert's syndrome. It is a condition in which the body is genetically deficient in an enzyme to conjugate bilirubin. It is harmless usually. The indirect bilirubin often increases in response to stress like fasting. However, I would ask you to repeat your liver function test after a month and keep a record. Regards.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
