Hi. When you wake up, have hot water with honey and lemon juice. Breakfast- milk/cereal/porridge with poha/upma/idli/omellette/vegetable sandwich one glass of seasonal fruit juice or coconut water before lunch lunch-butter milk, rice/chapati with dal/sabzi. (made in less oil or ghee) evening snack- protein shake/milk shake with khakhra or any light snack. Dinner- khichdi/soup/dal, avoid rice. Dinner should be before 8: 30. Eat more of leafy vegetables in routine.

Hi, Go for aerobics for 30 mnts. Take, banana,butter, hot milk, almonds ,walnuts in d break fast. Add ghee in lunch with breads, rice, pulses . Take, apples, carrots,soya been, rajama, cheese, milk,pumpkins,spinach, regularly. Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to complete d digestion to allow body growth, smoothly. Avoid, dust,smoke, caffiene, nicotine, junk food,alcohol. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. What is your height? you have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat, high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. White meat like fish and chicken made in little bit of olive oil / cornflower oil is good. Hello You need not worry. Your vit d and vit b12 levels are quite low. You can visit a physician so that multi vitamin can be prescribed. Along with include the following in your diet: Milk and milk products Soya and soya products like tofu. If you are non vegetarian include eggs, red meat. Thank you.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.
