Source: Vitamin D supplements can be found over the counter in just about any corner store. However, the high dose form, which contains 50,000 units of the vitamin and is taken once or twice a week, can only be obtained by prescription. A prescription for 50,000 units of vitamin D could be a simple way to turn your life around if your level of the vitamin is low. Of course, this should be discussed with your doctor. Many new studies are in the works looking at this intriguing connection. But in the meantime, the potential benefits of vitamin D for depression, should not be ignored.

I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the face and follow up on completion and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Hi, Take protein rich diet like - milk and milk products like curds, butter, panneer, cream, cheese, ghee, etc.; sprouted wholegrams like channa, bengaal gram, greengram, rajma,etc.; nuts like almonda, walnuts, pista, groundnuts, etc.; pulses like toor dhal, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal, greengram dhal, etc. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can take egg, meat, fish, etc. Eat lot of sweets and pastries. Sleep well for 8-9 hours per day.

Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently
