Dear Lybrate user, *These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples and black spots: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily, practice of yoga, breathing exercises will helps to detoxification. •Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. * consume more fluids, vegetables • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. *Massage face with baking soda by mixing with little water.

Dear, I can understand. Loosing someone near and dear is called grief and depression related to grief is pretty normal. But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy. Take care.

Dear lybrateuser, -For safe water after putting alum when the impurities settle down filter the water & boil it for atleast 20 min this kills the germs in it & prevents various stomach disorders like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea & other gastrointestinal diseases.

Hello, We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

check your BP. Check your eye sight. take crocin pain relief one sos if headache is more and unbearable. take good sleep and rest, avoid anxiety and stress. consult if not ok.

Thank you for the query. Acne in young females can occur due to hormonal changes during puberty, skin sensitivity or may be due to some hormonal imbalances. 1. Try to wash your face regularly whenever you come from outside. 2. Follow three steps of skin care: cleaning, toning and moisturising with as many natural products as possible. 3. Avoid oily and fatty food. 4. Avoid oil based creams in case your skin is oily. 5. Avoid too much of makeup and make sure to wash it before you go to sleep. 6. Drink lots of water as it keeps the skin hydrated. 7. Do not pluck the acne as it may leave the scar. 8. Take proper sleep.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

Diet-- Avoid salt intake limited. Avoid also FRY, FATTY & FAST foods. stop smoking totally also alcohol. Take plenty of vegetables&fruits.
