Lybrate-user I think your weight as per age & height is ok, you need not to worry bcoz once you start gaining weight it will be very difficult to loose again. It is always better underweight to avoid other problems.

hi, your ideal wt must be 51 kg to 53 kgs 1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes. consult privately online we also have packages for you

Eat only 3 major meals. Each meal should have vegetables and fruit. Make food at home. Food eaten from outside is high in oil and carbohydrates and hence you are putting on weight.

Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 55 kg you have to loss 25 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 25 kg weight. First we have to find our reason of your weight gain. You have to remember one thing avoid dieting for weight, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1. Try to take our research oriented holistic medicines for assures, fast and permanent weight loss. Without surgery, without gym, without crush dieting, with out side effect. People are loosing 2 to 10 kg weight per month. 2. Take 1 glass warm water with lemon. 3. Eat plenty vegetable and fruits. 4. Eat 5 to 6 servings of food per day. 5. Drink 10 glass water per day. 6. Avoid deep fried, cold drinks. 7. If your non vegetarian you can eat egg, fish, chicken in limited quantity. 8. Avoid hormonal treatment, steroid, stress.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. • 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch Cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with ½ cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad. Hi Lybrate-user, I would suggest you to incorporate foods rich in proteins that will help grow muscles and will help increase height like- milk, and milk products, soybean, pulses, nuts, etc. Avoid junk and fried foods and eat a healthy and balanced diet, just do some exercises (like- jogging, brisk walk etc) and also some exercises that helps in height gain (like walking on toes, jumping on toes with hands straight up, swimming, play basket all, stretching exercises etc), Will help in height gain.
