Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take balanced diet .high fiber foods like all fresh fruits and vegetables. Take cucumber and tomato slices when you feel like overeating.

The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children.

As per your height you need to reduce only 2 kgs. Take breakfast everyday. Eat small & frequent meals. Drink lots of water. Post lunch & dinner walk for 15-20 minutes daily keep check on your food intake and keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

Hi to reduce extra body weight avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Don't take ghee, butter, unprocessed cheese, cream etc. Eat whole fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread, oats etc. Eat food in small amount but don't skip meals. Eat protein foods like soy products, soy milk, tofu, cottage cheese, peanuts, peas, paneer etc. Use skimmed milk. Drink water 3lit/day but not during meals. Take quality sleep ans lead a stress free life.

Hello, height can not be changed, only weight can be. Only if your height has stopped right now, to be grown later, it can be achieved by exercises and diet but you can't get taller than you were supposed to get sooner or later. -do taad asana -get yoko height increaser -do yoga stretches -do cardio for weight loss -eat oatmeal, spinach, turnip, take protein. -stop eating unhealthy food, you may eat once in a month but not more than that.

OBESITY AND HOMOEOPATHY
Obesity can be best described as the most common nutritional disorder especially in the affluent group of people. It is a condition in which excessive accumulation of fat takes place in the body due to intake of food in excess of physiological requirements. Therefore, over-nutrition is as much malnutrition as under-nutrition is. An excess of 50 calories per day can increase about 25 Kilograms (Kgs) in a period of ten years.

Weight bears the relationship with age, sex and bone structure.

CAUSES OF OBESITY:
Overeating or intake of excessive calories compared to physical work or exercise, Due to inherent metabolic disturbance of the body.
Bad eating habits are also the factors contributing to obesity. Obesity is rarely seen amongst active persons and it is more common in those with sedentary habits. Obesity can occur both in male and female at any age.

ADVERSE EFFECTS OF OBESITY:

Obesity reduces the life expectancy.
Obesity may result in the following medical conditions:
Abdominal Hernias.
Varicose Veins.
Flat Feet.
Bronchitis.
Osteoarthritis of Knee, Hips and Lumber Spine.
Due to poor reflexes, liable to fall down on slippery floors.
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension),heart attack and stroke. It may also cause damage to kidneys.
Metabolic disorders such as :
Gout.
Cholesterol in Arteries.
Stone in Gall Bladder.
Diabetes Mellitus.

HOW TO REDUCE THE WEIGHT (OBESITY)

It is estimated that an active person will burn about 12-13 calories a day per pound of body weight. Therefore, a person having weight 140 pounds will need roughly 1700-1800 calories a day to maintain that weight, and less to reduce it. This can be used as a guideline for planning weight loss programme, by reducing calorie intake. Thus, reducing weight means one has to reduce calorie intake by reducing his high-calorie diet. It may therefore be suggested to an obese adult to stick to his daily diet providing 1300 KiloCalorie (Kcal) which may help in reducing about 0.5 – 1 Kg a week.

A balanced Diet

A balanced diet contains an adequate amounts of Proteins, Vitamins and Minerals. Once the body weight comes to the standard level according to the height, the weight maintenance diets (adequate in Proteins, Vitamins and Minerals) should be taken to keep weight constant i. e. between 1700-1800 kcal. Therefore, daily diet should contain balanced amount of cereals, pulses, green leafy vegetables, other vegetables, roots, fruits, milk, fats and oils, sugar and jaggery, and groundnut.

Diet Tips:

You may not eat or drink the following :
Alcoholic Drinks.
Butter, Margarine.
Cakes, Pan Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Pastries, Pies.
Candy, Chocolates, Nuts.
Creams, Cheese.
French Fried Potatoes, Potato Chips.
Pizza, Snack Foods.
Gelatin Desserts, Puddings (Sugar-Sweetened).
Gravies and Sauces.
Jams, Jellies, Sugar and Syrup.
Ice Cream, Ices, Ice Milk, Sherbets.
Muffins, Waffles.
Soda (Sugar-Sweetened).
Cut down on salt and sugar.
Eat from a small plate.
Do not skip meals – else being hungry you will overeat at the next meal.
Do not eat while you are out of home
Do not be tempted by prohibited foods. Keep tempting foods out of sight.
Do not eat while reading, watching TV, Video or games, etc.
Control your urge to eat excessive.
Eat little at dinner.
Eat in the same place invariably.
Chew your food , never gulp it.
Do not eat between meals except raw carrots.
Drink 7-10 glasses of water a day.
Walk after night meal.
Be vegetarian to lose weight.
Use skimmed milk instead of full fat milk.
Avoid foods high in saturated fat and cholesterol

Other Tips-
Set a long term weight loss goal.
Buy a reliable scale to weight yourself and a kitchen scale to weight your food.
Weigh yourself quite often.
When you are angry, drink water.
Walk and exercise daily in the morning.-

Hello, Fitness is about a healthy mind and body. Its a holistic approach involving a well balanced diet with regular intervals of eating at 3-4 hours. . Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running.
