Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally.

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. : Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Mixing tomato juice and cucumber juice. Allowing to form ice. How does it work for skin.
Hello, tomato juice and cucumber juice are good to consume, whether you drink them or apply them on your face. For radiant skin, you can apply a mix of tomato and cucumber as a toner. It is good for oily and acne prone skin. If you have frozen it, de-freeze the amount you want to use and freeze the rest of it for the next time. Just apply the mixture on the face covering your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin (and neck if you want) leave it for 5 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Men diagnosed with the fertility related issues or infertility are more susceptible to type 2 diabetes according to recently published study.

The scientists from stanford university, school of medicine conducted the study which showed that patients diagnosed with infertility have a greater risk of developing other conditions such as ischemic heart disease, type 2 diabetes compared to fertile men.

The scientists conducted retrospective study in which they assessed the medical records of over 1, 15, 000 men filed between 2001 and 2009.

The scientists scrutinized the men's medical visits before and after fertility testing to determine what health complications they developed in the years after fertility evaluations. They compared general health conditions of men with infertility diagnoses to men without the diagnoses and to men who underwent vasectomy.
The results of the study showed that the infertile men had higher rates of most diseases the researchers had shortlisted.

If you have a fast metabolism and you want to bulk up, changing the way you eat and exercise can help you gain weight more quickly. While you can always gain weight by eating junk food and getting little exercise, the healthier way to do it is by eating plenty of nutrient-rich food and weight training to build up your muscle mass. It?s not going to happen overnight, but if you start right away you'll see results within a few weeks. Eat more than three meals a day. If you naturally have a really fast metabolism, eating three meals a day, Eating this much can take a lot of effort, since you need to stock up on enough food to feed yourself more often. Pack calorie-rich snacks you can eat on the go, like bananas and peanut butter or dense granola bars. Eat plenty of calories at every meal. Eating five small, low-calorie meals isn't going to cut it; they've got to be big and rich in calories. Load up on a restaurant-sized meal each time, with big portions of meat, vegetables, and a carbohydrate. Eating this much might not exactly feel comfortable, but it?s the best way to gain weight fast. ? A large enough breakfast might consist of a three-egg omelet, two slices of bacon or sausage, a cup of roasted breakfast potatoes and a glass of orange juice. ? For lunch, try a fully dressed turkey club on whole wheat bread, two bananas, and a salad. ? Dinner could be a grilled steak, loaded baked potato and a few cups of grilled veggies. For ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no side effect you take 1 month trial pack and course is for 3 months.

If you have good salary. She listens your words. Now you are low. She is high. You have two sides are important. Better to talk to her in a pleasing manner. Tell the importance of your parents and your responsibilities. Give excessive priority to her in all aspects. Request to stay with my parents. Express your better loving words and impress her. She must listen your words. Do not argue and do not command. Because she is earning. You have no other options. Except requesting and pleasing manners is the only solution. Better to try to impress her. You have also talk to your parents. Take the advise of them. Ask what to do. Request there is any other solution in this side. If not then requesting wife is the solution. Do not think too much about this matters. It is common in all families. Everything come close one day. Do not spoil your health. Be friendly with others. Spend most of the time with friends and be sociable. Best of luck.

Dear Lybrate user, Thanks for contacting us. It seems like you are going through a great loss and it makes a lot of sense that you are feeling very sad and have a hard time accepting that she is no more. Losing a loved one is a painful experience and it might feel like it's never going to be better. It was only less than two months since she passed away though, so give yourself some time. Allow yourself to feel sad, angry, hopeless - whatever feelings might be there - and then move on. Take your time. Things will change, even though it might not feel like it. Everyone deals with grief differently and there are no right or wrong ways, but there are ways to cope with the pain that might help you. Connecting with others might help you heal. Have you tried talking to others who have experienced something similar? There are support groups of people who are all experiencing a loss of a loved one who can help each other cope with their loss and grief. They often find that they are not only supported by others who can understand them, but also realise that others need them too. If you feel the need to talk to one of us we can certainly set up a session online to do the same. Else do contact a psychologist at Aurangabad to help you process your grief. I hope this was helpful for you. All the best!
