Might be sciatica. Give her Maharasnadi khadha 2 spoon add 2 spoon Luke warm water take it after lunch end dinner end 2 tablet mahavatwindharas after lunch end dinner after syrup. Massage Ķeva anti pain oil on painful area.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm. Hello do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Learn strengthening & stretching exercises from physiotherapist. This will help in reducing the pain. Revert me after 10 days thanks.

Hello! Get a Xray done of the painful ankle first. There are many reasons for ankle pain. In general cases, it could be because of weight of the patient, prolonged standing ,weak joint or muscle weakness. Take the Xray report to a Physiotherapist and start with the relative treatment. Medications will give you just temporary relief and so, better to avoid frequent use of them. Choose a footwear which is soft and v comfortable in wearing. A heel sole will provide good relief. Avoid prolonged standing and prolonged walking.

Hi, Height can be increased only in the growth phase which ends around 19yrs before which we hv exercises etc to help increase height.As for your hair get your iron n vitamin deficiency profile done to understand why its happening based on which a diet can be prescribed.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. For dandruff, you may apply Ketoconazole shampoo. Wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or picking up the pimples and blotches as it further spreads the bacteria. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Drink lots of water. Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.
