Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

I have slipdisk problem from 11 months no improvement should I have go for operation.?

Never go in for surgery in haste. Not all patients of backache need surgery. Most of them can be managed without operation kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi The neck pain could be due to spondylitis or due to weak muscles as you have said. It is better to take second opinion from another doctor. If it is still due to muscles only then it could be due to excessive computer / laptop use. Please check out on the net how to sit properly in front of computer. Also you can do Yoga exercises for reducing the neck pains. There are lots of them on Youtube.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. For hearing loss: Get examined from an ENT spicialist.

Hi, it's a Matter of concern since it's from four years. Better would be to meet an Ortho doctor and he would be able to take you further with the relevant treatment. From immediate and temporary relief you can apply analgesic gels and give hot water fomentation. Wishing you good Health.

Hi I am feeling that my bare foot many a times becoming senceless from bottom. If I keep this in hot salt water for 15 min. Then I feel better but after 3 days it again gives me numb sensation. What should I do please. Advice.

Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)--. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Your age, what lifestyle and history should be known before I comment. However in general take hot water bath and put lot of warm water over calf muscles and back of thigh. Gentle application of rumalya liniment after bath should be done and let it absorb. Similarly for knees. If still you feel pain after few weeks, take ayurveda medicine from any ayurveda doctor. Please Do not make habit of allopathic pain killers. Yoga postures will help you a lot. I mean it.

I have vague pain in knee and thigh region. I have shown in to the orthopedic. He have prescribed me medications for 10 days. But after that the pain again re started and now I have show it to physiotherapist. He asked me to perform some exercises for adductor and osteitis pubis muscle strain. After performing those for some days the intensity of pain is being reduced for some level but now again it is recurring ajd I feel like helpless now please help.

Take 5 sittings of IFT over knee pain region @ 15 min daily and thigh region @ 10- 12 min x 3 days NUCOXIA Mr. OD with rantac 140 Mg x 5 days ice compress if this helps contd for 10 days ok NU patch 200 MG you can use but you can bath on use water there over thigh region and knee pain region.

Back Pain. Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

1. Drink plenty of water empty stomach 2. Don't eat heavy dinner, take early dinner by 8 pm 3. Don't eat junk food, fried food 4. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 5. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 for one month minimum

You have pain in your testis this could be due to infection . I advise you to do testicular scan & tell me the report for better guidance.

Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi, Take tab. Shallaki 400 mg 1-2 tabs 3 times a day depending on the severity of the pain. Take Balarista 2tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and Maharasnadi Khadha 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water. Apply Rumalaya liniment to the affected joints and massage in circular motion for 10-15 mins and then take hot water fomentation. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, recently harvested rice, jackfruit, etc. Which aggrevate the pain. You can even undergo physio- therapy for 10-15 days.

Hi,Thanks for your query. I understood your concerns. Treat for anal swelling- 1- repose it 2- lubricate it with oil appln. 3-take bland non- spicy diet diet. 4-do pelvic muscle work up for 2 wks. 5- avoid non veg spicy diet
