Hi Last 3 to 4 months I am suffering from stomach ailments. I am passing stool daily 2 to 3 times and it always soft and If I eat anything spicy it became almost loose I have also noisy stomach and gas when eat something spicy I have visited doctor and taken several medicine done tests like ultrasound, stool test and urine test but all clear but the problem still happening what should I do now due to this I also lost some weight there is no stomach pain or any other problem.

Hello, You seem to have high acid levels in your blood stream. No need to worry. You just need to pay special attention to your diet. Do not eat too much. Eat small meals and eat frequent snacks between meals. Eat mainly foods that seem to calm and not to aggravate the problem. Eat more alkaline (opposite of acidic) foods which help to restore the balance of your body. In general, to avoid an acidic state within your body, avoid foods that contain sugar, artificial sweeteners, gluten, refined grains, or dairy. Here’s a list of alkaline foods you should be eating more of: Fruits Vegetables Greens (spinach, broccoli, cucumbers) Avocado Beans Raw nuts Vegetable juices (carrot, beet) Sprouts (moong dal, chana, soy, alfalfa, broccoli sprouts etc.) Apple Cider Vinegar seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia etc.) ALOE VERA GEL. Take 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel with a pinch of baking soda. This will have an immediate soothing effect. PAPAYA JUICE. For hyperacidity and indigestion, try drinking 1 cup papaya juice with 1 teaspoon organic sugar and 2 pinches cardamom. Hope this helps.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Do regular transcendental meditation for 10 mins. Now who decided. 140/ 90mmhg is normal. So take it easy. Ok.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

There is no need to take supplements in the beginning. Focus on taking right balanced food, not only protein. Eat different kinds of fruits, veggies and good carbs like oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes etc.

It could be because of daily diet and physical workout schedule. You should do 40 min workout daily. And in diet eat food which make you feel healthy. Avoid fatty and spicy food. Avoid junk food ,lays ,kurkure they have 0 nutritional value. FOR FURTHER DETAILS CONTACT.

U definitely need a check up. For bleeding gums get the cleaning done. And for chocolate. Get the cavities filled if they are present.

Hello Lybrate user, both implant and bridge can be a good option to replace missing teeth but it is difficult to tell which is better. Both of them are done for selected cases and have their own advantage. In smokers or diabetic individual or any patient with poor oral hygiene I will not suggest implant because the chances of failure is more. Bridge is a safer option in such cases and chances of failure is less. Hope this helps.
