partial tears of the ligaments dont need surgery. You can use a knee brace for a couple of weeks for the acute injury effects to settle down. avoid high impact activities in the long term

I am 20 year old. I loose 25 kg of weight now gone under weight my height is 5'9 and my now weight is 60. I want to set my diet and do not want to increase weight with belly fat. Hi, go for a walk in d morning. Go for meditation to reduce your stress. Tk, easily digestible diet on time. Tk, ots, green tea in break fast. Consume, apples, carrots, cheese, cow- milk, bottle gourd, spinach. Tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism. Go for aerobics for belly. Hi Doctor, People say if we drink more than 5 to 6 liters of water kidneys will get damaged. Is it true. What is maximum quantity of water should consume by a normal person. Some people drinks nearly 10 liters of water. Is it correct. Regards.

It is your physical Constitution and should not cause any harm. But in case you don't like it then You can do area specific excercises. Excercise like running, squats will cause your leg muscle hypertrophy and will bring a shape to the contour of your legs. My personal advise is not to take any medication for that.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. Vitamins do not help gain weight. It will help if you are deficient in any nutrient.

Effect on body is of tea whether you take it with milk or water it will remain the same you can substitute it with lime water butter milk soups etc which are definitely more healthier than tea.

Hi, when I climb the stairs I also hear a cracking sound in my knee and if I keep my hand around my knee while sitting then just moving my knee like a rotation it is like a sound or feel like using an machine without oiling it (means its like no friction within my knees). Hi As per your complain and symptoms you suffering from osteoarthritis knee you need do quadriceps exercise for knee. And take hot water formentation.

Ice is typically most effective if it is applied soon after an injury occurs, or after any activity that causes pain or stiffness.

Hye, thanks for the query. You cannot get eight packs abs in such less time. It needs discipline in diet and workout of a good time. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Take rest for few days. Then buildup stamina gradually. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor.
