Gluten free diet is not the ultimate solution for celiac patients our center found in 10 years experience patients are normal feel to take gluten free diet till18-24 months after words they feel sick and decrease their immunity level simultaneously iron, calcium, zn, mg, essential trace elements and vitamins deficiency and check their physical as well as mental development also. And they have also become to susceptible other food products like pulses, gram, milk and milk products etc prevention of gluten diet is not the treatment of celiac disease it is just opposite to nature`s low if we go way from nature, nature follows us so we should follow nature.

Hi lybrate-user here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

first checkup tests kft to confirm level of your uric acid. High uric acid level can be caused when human body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys do not eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications , Drinking too much alcohol, Genetics disorder , hypothyroidism , Immune-suppressing drugs, Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity, psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Yes offcouse you cant take high protein for weight gaining. But you can do walk for good digestion and metabolism. Dis will increase your appetite. You can gain your weight by proper healthy high calories high protein nutritive diet.

Your body and thirst gives you signals for cold, cool or warm water. Drink whatever makes you feel good and comfortable. Having lot of water is good.. Cool or warm does not make any difference. Hot water does not melt any fat. The job of water is to hydrate. In hot summers if you are going to have hot water...you will feel miserable. So avoid such extremes. Trust your instincts. Have a glass every hour. Have nimbu paani 2 times a day. But Avoid Colas or Juices. Have lot of soups. If you want to reduce weight then Natures Diet + Intense exercise + Continuous Motivation is the Solution

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I am 46 years male. Doctor I am suffering from cervical spondylitis. But in order to do exercise I had bought a treadmill. But some of my family doctor had suggested me that treadmill will increase my spondylitis. Is it true or false.

Treadmill will do no harm.But for cervical spondylosis you need neck & shoulder exercises along with other physiotherapy measures.Anti inflammatory drugs along with antioxidants also help in recovery.
