What will I do my body starts paining while playing football because it's happening from last 2 days.
That usually happens if you do not do warm up before the game and if you are playing the game occasionally without any exercise in between. Do daily regular exercise. You are unlikely to get the pains then. Also, always warm up exercises before the game. If the pains do occur, just take adequate rest and good sleep with plenty of water. It will resolve on its own.

A checkup of fever in home and weakness in your problem supplements must healthy diet tk firstly thatthat do stretching exercise of both limbs.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anaemia 3. Physical exertion and any trauma 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7. Abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Vit d and calcium deficiency kindly consult physician for further management.

Hello lybrate-user, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and to confirm exact cause do few investigations like (CBC with differential and (T3, T4, TSH) 2) Do take prescribed medications after report only. 1) Take foods high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids such as leafy green vegetables, salmon, nuts, seeds, and shrimp etc 2) Try to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Water and green tea can be sipped on in between meals to prevent dehydration. 3) Take Iodine rich foods such as seaweed and algae etc. 4) Foods such as broccoli, cauliflower, soy, beans, and spinach can actually slow down the functioning of the thyroid so they should be eaten in small quantities. 5) Avoid artificial sweeteners, caffeine, dairy, and alcohol when on a diet for hypothyroidism. 6) Do take a multivitamin caps (Rejuvit Plus) regularly at bedtime. 7) There are a number of specific yoga asanas or postures that can stimulate your thyroid and pituitary glands and increase the level of hormone production.
