Hi, I am girl 22 and I am suffering form hairfall. Please tell me what to do for there growth.
Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

I am 26 years of age and my weight is 70kg and may I know what are the diet I need to take.
Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Carbohydrates and Diet

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi

Carbohydrates are very essential for our well being. They are nutritious and energy giving. Nowadays people want to take only proteins in the diets. They don't want to take carbs. But they don't understand that energy can only be provided by carbohydrates. If we consume excess proteins kidneys will hve to work more to digest the proteins and this can lead to disturbance in the working of the kidneys. So we should take a balance diet which contain carbohydrates and proteins both.

I have teeth decay, but I really brush everyday two times. What should I do? Please help me.
Sir u need to understand that unhygiene is a major problem for tooth decay but not the only problem. Flossing is as important as brushing . Brushing cleans from outside. But food particles also get stuck inbetween ur teeth. To clean that flossing is required. food habits, malallignment, hereditary.. lot of other causes r also there. So don't worry and without delaying , get filling done in carious teeth.

Use a salicylic acid based facewash to decrease oiliness of skin. Also chemical peels can help to decrease the oiliness of skin by shrinking the pores and thereby decreasing the breakouts. One should not pick the acne because picking can cause dark spots and scars which take a long time to fade.

Tips on How to Grow Facial Hair Quickly and Effectively: A) EXERCISE: Exercise affects facial hair in three ways: 1. Shedding excessive weight increases testosterone. 2. Short intensive exercise is proven to increase testosterone and prevent it from declining. Particularly weightlifting and strength-oriented HIIT (high-intensity interval training) 3. Exercise increases blood circulation. (Blood carries proteins and vitamins to your hair follicles) B) Use shampoo and conditioner. Using regular bar soap or detergent is not recommended as it can dry skin. C) Get it trimmed. Both scissors and electric trimmers work well for trimming beards. Ear aches are a very painful condition, which tends to affect mostly children. However, adults can be affected by ear aches as well, which can disrupt their routines and be quite painful. Let's have a look at some of the aspects of ear aches in adults.

Causes of ar aches in adults
There are many causes for ear aches in adults and it may vary from one person to another. However some general causes of ear aches in adults are listed below:

  1. Infections within the body: If you have a throat infection or cold, it could trigger an ear ache as a side effect. Treating the underlying problems will, thus reduce the ear ache or it will go on its own when the symptoms of the cold subside.
  2. Ear canal injury: Adults are most often guilty of putting in sharp objects to clean their ear canal, which may result in an injury and also lead to infections. These injuries can also be infected and cause fluid discharge and ear aches.
  3. Blockages caused by the regular use of ear buds: Using ear buds or other sharp objects to clean the ear will only result in pushing the ear wax further into the ear. This will result in blockages of the ear canal and cause ear aches.
  4. Dental problems: Certain dental problems, such as wisdom tooth growth can result in problems. Even gum disorders have been known to create ear aches in adults.
  5. Jaw pain and facial pain: Jaw pain and even facial nerve pain has been known to affect ears and cause aches as well.

Symptoms that may accompany ear aches
Depending on what the causes of the ear aches are, the symptoms may vary. Still, let's have a look at some of the known common symptoms of ear aches in adults:

  1. Irritability and lack of focus: Ear aches may initially manifest as a headache and make the person irritable.
  2. Poor sleep: Fluids may build up within the body and thus cause issues while sleeping as the fluids may shift from one area to another.
  3. Ear drainage: If in case fluids build up, they may drain from your ear, which could vary anywhere within yellow to dark brown colour. This may even indicate that your eardrum is ruptured.
  4. Hearing problems: Fluid buildup or other underlying causes may also cause hearing difficulties.
  5. Fever: Sometimes, fever may run as high as 104 degree C due the very infections, which may be causing the ear ache.

Whatever may be the cause, if you have ear aches for sustained periods without underlying reasons, you should visit your doctor immediately to get it checked out, so that appropriate treatment can start quickly.

Hello, you are a male of 22yrs. So, the chances of gaining height are remote. Try to accept the fact and one shouldn't get depressed with it as there are so many diseases and disorders in the whole world, compare yourself with them and you will feel more confident rather than rejecting the fact! Just show your performance in studies/ profession, prove yourself, become more confident which will enhance your personality! But, if your are so much concern about your own height, start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the Best!

I have to build my body. Im going to gym since 4 years and I am unable to gain muscle.
diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.
