For flat tummy start your day with luke warm water and then after half an hour have a cup of green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds. Go for brisk walking for 20 mins then jogging and yoga, Include fibre rich products in your diet like oats, oats cheela, oats idly, besan cheela, boiled egg white, museli + milk (avoid refined cereals, oily and fried food) after 2 hours have 1 glass butter milk then in lunch have 1-2 oats bran or missi roti + veg + curd + salad then in evening have 1 cup green tea + 60 gm roasted chana then have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + 1 bowl salad. Do not skip any of your meal. For your urine problem try to have water in day time avoid at night for more information you can consult a doctor.

I am sleeping 7-8 hrs still after waking up next 1-2 hrs feel sleepy, no energy, no hunger ,heaviness in head .I sleep at 12 o'clock and wake up at 8 or 9 o'clock. 1st I take 1 glass of normal water. Within 15-20 minutes I take a breakfast and tea. Heaviness in whole body, specially 3-4 days before periods.

Well you have cut down your sleep atlst 1 hour or 2 hour, and go for regular jogging or walking, and take high protein in diet, take plenty of water, take fruits daily especially apple, pears,banana, blueberries etc, also take walnuts, almonds, dates,and you need to test your blood for Blood sugar, thyroid level.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.

Dear, these are some reasons for dark circles: * lack of sleep * stress * lack of nutrition * anaemia follow these instructions and methods to reduce dark circles: * eat green leafy vegetables and a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily in night. Do not skip food eat on time. You can drink carrot juice daily or eat raw carrots. * take proper sleep 6 to 8 hrs daily. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * apply moisturizer around the eyes do massage slowly for 3 to 5 minutes daily. * do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

When I masturbate. Usually nothing is wrong, but sometimes after I masturbate, a few minutes later I have to urinate. And when I do, it is usually very painful. The feeling doesn't pass either. My scrotum usually gets tightened up, and there is painful feeling above my crotch. Usually I just sit there, drink some water and I have to urinate (if I can'nt) and very little amount of urine is come for 25-40 min. Until the feeling goes away. ANY idea what this is?

This is a normal phenomenon. There is nothing to worry about this. You can do kegel exercise daily to strengthen your muscles. You will have a greater control over your urination. Before masturbating, make sure that you pass urine beforehand. Holding urine while masturbating can cause some trouble while passing urine later on.

u can go for HSG after taking painkiller, or if u r too afraid then u can undergo small anaesthesia also..it's pretty safe procedure..

I have premature greying hair problem on head ,little bit on beard and chest ,How Can I fix it? What may be root cause for the same? Is oiling once a week healthy for hair? Also is connected to sinus.

Cause Heredity, stress/Anxiety, lack of vit B/c, cu, Fe, iodine, unclean condition of scalp, washing hair with hot water, use of hair dyes, drying hair with electric dryer Treatment- 1.Dye your hair, use Emu oil shampoo (grey hair shampoo) containing omega 3 Fatty acid, 2.take diet rich in omega 3 fatty acid, B12, Folic acid, 3.Avoid soft drink/pastries, jam,jelly, white flour (mauda, refined sugar, 4.reduce stress/quit smoking, 5.Take Balanced diet, fruits, green leafy vgetable, 6. Daily exercise, adequate sleep, positive youthful attitude, 7. Massaging scalp for 15 minutes daily with almond oil/coconut oil with 8.consult a trichiologist (hair specialist) for advice and treatment.
