Hello- Sexual desire drops off when the Kundalini rises out of the Muladhara through the various Chakras, activating the subtle body, transforming the consciousness and creating an atmosphere of alertness, purity and rejuvenation within. These are a few techniques which may help along the way. 1.Sleep in a hard bed 2.Practice Muladhar Bandha 3.Meditate before falling sleep 4.Eat food which is bland and nutritious.

Its common to have pimples and masturbation at teenage because of high testosterone levels. As you get married it will be fine.

I had my last period on Aug 17, 2018. Since then, the period never came again and I would always use pt when my period is late and all was negative, but still no period. Not until Nov 21, I tried using pregnancy tests again, 7 pregnancy tests and all came positive. And I'm having pregnancy symptoms like sore breast and it got bigger as well, frequent urination, moodiness. But I went for an ultrasound on Nov 22, the doctor said I'm not pregnant. I'm so confused. Am I pregnant or not.

YOu have either , hormonal irregularities / PCOD or hypothyroidism for the period to be absent. You fo blood CBC, TFT and FSH , LH levels or see a gynecologist and confirm FSH stimulates the ovarian follicle, causing an egg to grow. It also triggers the production of estrogen in the follicle. The rise in estrogen tells your pituitary gland to stop producing FSH and to start making more LH. The shift to LH causes the egg to be released from the ovary, a process called ovulation. If you have hypothyroidism , it can be a suse and check up TFT

I have migraine pain since two years. I have regular pain in my head. What can I do for this? Please advice.

MBBS
General Physician, Hyderabad
Hello, take these preventive measures: >avoid triggers. Certain foods, perfumes, bright light and loud sound should be avoided. >exercise regularly. Obesity is also thought to be a factor in migraine headaches, and regular exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight or lose weight. > avoid or reduce the medications you take that contain estrogen. These medications include birth control pills and hormone replacement therapy. Talk with your doctor about the appropriate alternatives or dosages for you. >try muscle relaxation exercises. >maintain a headache diary. >rest and relax. >meditate and try yoga. >manage stress.

I am suffering from cough for last 3 weeks. Should I buy any cough syrup or consult any doctor.

BAMS, MD Ayurveda
Sexologist, Navi Mumbai
One of the simplest home remedies for a cough is to cut onions. Breathing in the strong vapors can help stop coughing. You can also make a cough syrup from baked onion juice, comfrey tea and honey. Drink it daily to get relief from a dry cough. Another option is to combine one-half teaspoon of onion juice with one teaspoon of pure honey. Swallow this solution at least twice a day to alleviate a cough and soothe your throat.

I would trust your doctor more than your thinking because he is a professional and knows what he is doing. Besides, he has changed the dosage after hearing about yoru symptoms. So trust him. The anxiety is there because you have not been dealing with your fears for a long time, perhaps. All unexpressed feelings will find some other way of expressing itself in the body. These will lead to psychological and physical problems of various kinds. You need to be trained in dealing with emotions and retain it as an ongoing process in life. Meet a counselor and get some guidance in this regard. In the meantime, please follow an exercise regiment, eat well and keep good company. Make your last meal, as far as possible, a pure carbohydrate meal. Eat early and make it a small meal too. Avoid all foods that cause flatulence. Sleep on your left ear most of the night. Every time you feel fear talk to someone about it. Do some deep breathing, with your left nostril shut, and you will immediately calm down. If it gets too much, place your index finger on your shut lips and puff up your cheeks tightly with air and hold it for some time. The back pressure of the air will press the vagus nerve at the rear of the throat and immediately reduce the heart rate to calm you down.

U are poking your nose too much, thats why blood spot on tissue paper 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep With an Extra Pillow Under Your Head-- Elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat That Stuffy Nose With Warm Salt Water-- Salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow Your Nose Often (and the Right Way)-- It's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: Press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better.
