Hello User, If are going to gym then protein powder can be consume no a issue but its not a only option you may take Eggs, Soyabean and moong etc instead of powder as these are rich in protein and fibers.

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Dear Lybrate User, *If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos. Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight. Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain. Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

What should I take in order to get nutritious diet? And how much quantity please suggest?
Nutritious diet include all the food groups like cereals, pulses, dairy products etc. Avoid junk food, oily and fried food. Like in morning breakfast you can have a medium bowl of 1 medium vegetable poha, oats idly, 2 oats cheela, 2 besan cheela, 2 multigrain breads, 2 boiled eggs ,1 bowl wheat flakes+ milk or musseli + milk etc. Then in mid morning have a glass of butter milk or sprouted salad, in lunch have 2 multigrain chapatis + veg +salad+curd then in evening have a cup of green tea + roasted chana then go foa light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + vegetables or 2 chapati + bowl of veg+ 1 plate salad. Only protein intake won't help. You should take a balanced diet having reasonable proportions of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Hi lybrate-user. Eat a balanced diet .take ample of proteins in your diet. Include shakes, smoothies,sprouts, lean meats chicken ,fish, pulses and legumes, nuts to gain weight. Eat every two hrs.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Maintaining stamina and to gain fitness requires, diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Masturbation practices are not healthy in long term you need digestion and absorption herbal supplements as additional.

I am 24 years old. I am working From past 2 and half years. Its a desk job due to which I sit on chair for almost 8 to 12 hrs in AC. I had a habit of sitting crossed leg since my height is short. When I used to get up for break sharp pain on right knee I used to feel for few minutes and then it used to get normal. My knee pain is still there.
