Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Do walk daily for 2km morning n evening...eat healthy n protein rich food ...take small meals 4-5 times a day...drink plenty of water...take ashwgandha tab 1 tab twice daily.

diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I am 20 years old. Height 6 feet, weight 52. I am so thin. And week also. I have gastric problem. I don't eat any kind of fast food. My digestive power is so week. I am thin since many years but my gastric and digestion problem appear from last 2 month. I consulted with a doctor. He prescribed me 2 medicine. And said not to be tensed. 2 medicine are aceuac Mr. (8mg), and roles 20. I take it. But no results. Please tell me how can I improve my digestion power and gain my body weight?

Eat a lot of good things - you need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are good calories. Want to start contraceptive pill femilon. Three month before my doc suggest me femilon co I have cyst in right ovary. After taking that my cyst was dissolve. N I had gain weight too n no other side effect. Now I want to restart again this pill I want to gain weight. Is it OK to start again.

If body pain is acute you can take any pain killer like paracetamol after meal. For problem of flatulence and acidity you should have a look on your diet pattern. Avoid oily and spicy food, fast food and junk food. Take diet easy to digest. Take fibrous diet ,salads, green leafy vegetable and fruits to avoid constipation. Do not sleep in the day time and have a walk after dinner. Take nux vomica 30 one dose at night for one week.

To be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items. Consult a dietician.
