Hello, You need to definitely focus on calories but it means calories alone doesn't matter in weight management. Quality of your calories also matter. Example 1 Samoa and 100gm of vegetable stirfry might have same calories but stir fry is better option than Samosa. Healthy high calorie foods include milk, curd, egg, lean meat, beans, pulses. Fruits also have good calories to add to regular meals. so focus on eating high calorie healthy food to increase weight. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit.☺

Dear doctor, It is tough to decide what to eat after one or one and half hour of tea biscuit. May I take small amount of sprouted chickpeas and moong with a banana? I take my meal at 11 am and bread is not comes to suite my health. I avoid sweet, citrus fruit, fermented milk and spicy foods due to my health. Doctor what should I do?

To gain proper weight eat more food more frequently.Do not skip meals.Use weight gainer supplement.Use dense fruits and vegetables.Use whole cream milk.Take cake,pastries,ice cream,chocolate,ghee,butter with food.Take more protein foods.Use extra amount of healthy fat in cooking.No water before and during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take proper rest for 7-8 hours at night.And regular free hand exercise for better health.

Apples. The apple is high in fiber, vitamin C and numerous antioxidants. Avocados. Avocados are different than most fruits, because they are loaded with healthy fats instead of carbs. Bananas..Blueberries. Oranges..Strawberries. Other Healthy Fruits. Lean Beef.
